Communication was lacking a little bit and customers need to be informed of exact numbers before pulling credit. Other than that they were prompt to send pictures and Sam the owner was helpful and looked or my deal unfortunately it still did not work out for me.

I wanted to wait a few months after my purchase before leaving a review so I would know for sure how the car would hold up. I purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 from Greater Chicago Motors and will definitely come back should I ever need another car. I needed a car that could haul my track car from track to track. Just finished a 600 mile trip to Mid-Ohio race track and back and the car performed amazing and averaged 16mpg while hauling another car behind it! They made the whole buying process go really smooth and gave me a good deal on my trade in. If you need a car this is the place to go!

They were straight up and honest. No games. They gave accurate information. I was buying remotely. They took the car to and from my mechanic for inspection. They delivered it to my mechanic after the sale. They were very professional. Ahmed was very helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with.

Took forever to answer questions, avoided answering direct questions and then after advertising a car at a price I screenshot, once I showed interest, they marked the car up 14k. I am thrilled to be writing this review. I have purchased many cars over the years but never experienced the support and ease of purchase from any dealership like I have with Greater Chicago Motors. For the first time I purchased a car without having driven it or even seeing it in person. Ahmed was terrific. He gave me complete information and additional videos that I asked for. He was timely with all my requests, almost as if I was dealing with him right there in the showroom. The paperwork was easy and streamlined and was completed within 5 minutes online. Chad was informative and very responsive with all my financial questions. I was crazy nervous about having the car delivered to me. I was concerned that there would be hidden issues with the car that I could not be aware of by viewing the pictures and videos. The car arrived the 2nd day after purchase! I was blown away by the car. It was exactly as described to me by Ahmed.....even better! The car arrived cleaner and detailed better than some new cars that I have purchased. I could not be happier! This group is a first class operation that has their act together which is rare in this day and age of retail. 5 stars all the way.

What a bunch of clowns. Show up to test drive a used 2017 car (audi rs7) with 22k miles. They refuse me a test drive unless I negotiate the price and sale of the car before hand. I go to a real car retailer, they let me test drive the same car with 6k total miles (I take it on a 3 mile loop), and I decide to buy it. Mind u, I showed up in my 2016 ATSV, not a slump when it comes to performance or price, but enough for me to be considered insignificant.

Great place to shop for a new vehicle! They have a wide variety of vehicles a lot of other dealerships dont have. I purchased a H2 from here and am loving it! Ive owned it for just over a month. Overall a great experience. I drove from Grand Rapids Michigan to Chicago because they had the exact car I wanted at an out the door price that was a few thousand dollars less than anything I could find within 100 miles of my house. My salesman Ahmed was upfront and honest about everything. The only thing that didn’t sit well with me was the Allstate Theft Deterrent Warranty I was required to buy. It’s basically just a dealer fee they charge. When you see the online price and then see the dealer fee it feels like a bait and switch but it’s really not because Ahmed told me about it before I drove to Chicago. Just make sure you get the bottom line out the door price before you drive to Chicago.

Ahmed said his Maserati GT MC was the lowest priced car on the market and challenged to find a better price. I showed him another one with same exact specs and lower miles for 3k less but it was in Tampa, Florida. I asked for a discount as the car was sitting on the lot for over a year. I was asked to buy from Florida dealer !Terrible attitude and salesmanship. Buyer beware and do your research on price and buy elsewhere.

After many days of research and planning I purchased my new used car from Ahmed at Greater Chicago Motors today. I own multiple auto repair shops in the Minneapolis area and was lucky to find Ahmed and his team. Day after day I advise my customers to buy from a great company that does a thorough job inspecting and reconditioning their vehicles. Today I found the best of the best at Greater Chicago Motors. Their facility is absolutely top notch and as clean as my dentists office. No hype or crazy sales pitch like with so many other car dealers.Buying a car from looking at pictures and listening to the sales person can be nerve racking. Not with Ahmed as he represented the car exactly as it was. Additional pictures were sent as well as video’s showing me the different systems that were all in working order and also any scratches that were on the car which there were very few for a classic of 18 years The company went out of there way to prepare the car for sale by replacing clutch and I NS bearing that has been a issue for these type cars and something they didn’t have to do To me that shows there proud of there business and go out of there way to have happy customers Really to many positive things Ahmed did during the sale to mention I would buy another car from them again!!Chuck

I worked with William from the Greater Chicago Motors. In all my years and all my car purchases, working with Will was one of the best, if not thee best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The experience started with Will promptly returning the many questions I submitted via their web site and scheduled an appointment for me to come in a few days later. I had my eye on an Aston Martin Vantage and was excited to see it, so the same night I texted Will asking if I could come in first thing the next morning. I have been a buyer of high-end luxurious exotic cars for years so I know good service when I experience it. I am always leery of sales people when doing business especially when it involves doing business from afar. However, I never felt like William was trying to over sell me or aggressively pursue my business. There was absolutely no pressure! Even when I mentioned looking at his competitors website. Very best customer service. I would give them a 5 star if some of the little issues and details werent covered up about the vehicle and if the car was more carefully detailed. Overall great job. The drivers door locks dont work, and a check engine light came on a week after I got the vehicle. Tpms is out on one tire.They didnt clean out the bed until last minute. and one of the employees threw trash in it right before we left. Our (my wife and I) experience with Greater Chicago Motors was nothing short of exceptional. Our salesperson, Ahmed, was kind, honest, incredibly helpful, and even took the time to say hello to our dogs whom we brought along with us to the dealership. As out of state buyers, Ahmed took the time to send dozens of pictures and video of the car, a 2000 Chevrolet Corvette, to help of us feel comfortable with making the 700 mile round trip to purchase this vehicle. Upon arriving, Ahmed and Chad did everything they could to get us in and out with no issues so we could get back home and to work the next day. I think we were at the dealership for all of 90 minutes, which included test drive. Ahmed even called to make sure we arrived back home safely.Finally, I sincerely appreciated that Ahmed trusted that we would arrive when we said we would, which we did, and didnt even charge us a deposit to hold the vehicle. Based on our conversation, I believe his boss owes him lunch and then some for his exceptional service. This was not only a hassle free car buying experience it was - and this is not something Id anticipated saying about a dealership - actually pleasant! I worked primarily with the sales manager Wally, whom was very accessible and communicative during the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured or that I was getting an unsatisfactory deal. I also didnt feel that I -of squarely middle-class means - wasnt welcome in a dealership that sells cars most can only dream of owning. If that dream comes true then I wont hesitate to bring my business here!

I was initially going to give all 5 stars however based on my experience post sale I am very disappointed, at the time of purchase the Sales Rep William was very nice and on point - as part of the purchase it was agreed that some mechanical work would be done along with brand new replacement rear tires.After purchase there has been no follow on their side and even though its on paper and part of the purchase agreement, I still havent received my tires, whenever Ive called I am redirected to the Services Team, they dont know whats going on and tell me to talk to the Sales Team.Very disappointed - the sales reps should have the decency to abide by the agreement and deliver to their commitment. This review is subject to change if they get back to me with the open item.
