Tim is the guy. Walked in to acquire about a used Cx-9. Tim was very forward and communicated well. This Cx-9 was a trade in that they had just received and was not available to see or test drive.This vehicle was the one we wanted so we were going to get the paperwork signed and come back another day to put up the Mazda. During the checkout process Tim informed us that the Mazda had passed inspection and would be brought right over from their sister locationI loved the simplicity of the process, even in the finance department, no pushy upselling.The guys at Dupage Jeep are doing an honorable job. Pretty bad experience at this particular dealer, manager was unprofessional and even went on to hang up on me when I asked why he upped the price a week after we had agreed to a price and got upset and blamed the whole stuff at his dealer saying they lied to me about every advertisement on their site and purchase option telling me I should’ve put a deposit on it which I tried doing and they told me I couldn’t do that, long story short I ended up purchasing the car from the gurney location $500.00 dollars more expensive than what dupage was gonna sell it to me! they treated me with professionalism and respect... honesty alone is worth more than a million dollars and they even brought the car to me... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!

Carlos and Austin were easy going and knowledgeable sales professional. No pressure. No haggle price. Very easy experience. Only suggestion to them for improvement would be a speedier process for paperwork.

We purchased a new Jeep Gladiator 3 weeks ago and the vehicle only came with one key from their sister dealership in Gurnee. So no big deal order a key and get it programmed. Well two trips and 4 hours of my time and Im still waiting for the second key. The service department here is a complete joke. I wont be getting my car serviced here that is for certain. Stay away from this place!!

I bought a Chrysler 200 at the CDJR store next door a few years ago, and a Chrysler 300 from them after that, last night I upgraded to a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the all new Jeep store. It’s incredible, so are they, it’s safe to say I’ll be a customer for life : )
