Michelle a cashier at the Glendale Heights Target is great. She has been checking out our groceries every Saturday, even during the pandemic. She worked with a cut finger too and tried to make the best of it. My husband and I are grateful she is there making us feel welcome.

Im currently at this target and there is a tornado warning. The workers are taking amazing care of all of us. Have given us water and chips. Their being very professional and keeping things calm. As someone with storm phobia this was very comforting. Thank you!

From baby registry, to clothes and food, target is where it’s at. This location is my go-to. Usually there is enough staff to get you through check outs quickly. I like to use the self-checkout when the stations are open. They consistently have all dry-good/refrigerator items stocked. Definitely recommend this location.

A lovely team member named TJ working in the fitting room helped me to find a particular pair of sunglasses patiently for 20 minutes. Outstanding customer service, Target!!!!

The drive up orders are extremely easy and convenient. The app is one of the better ones as far as retail/grocery stores.Between the offers in the app and the store debit card you can get some pretty good deals.Most of the time the produce isnt the greatest. Especially if you arent going to use it right away. None of it seems to last too long

You can’t find much in stock and if you do it’s not the size you’re looking for or need. But maybe it’s not this location’s fault, target has not been doing the best at keeping things stocked lately. I’ve noticed handful of employees not wearing their masks properly. The only good thing that keeps me coming back is the CVS pharmacy. Wish there was a closer different target in the area.

Was just in to buy a CHI flat iron at the retail of $99.99. Went to self check out where a staff member was basically hovering over me as I checked out the item and two packages of masks as if I was stealing. I didn’t appreciate the way it was handled. Clearly discriminated against because there were others around with more valuable items in their shopping carts who weren’t people of color. After paying for items, she continued to watch me as I was leaving the area. Before leaving, I returned the items and let the manager on duty know what had happened and how I get about the situation. Manager seemed as if it wasn’t too big of a deal. I WILL not be shopping at this location EVER again.

This store was a bit dirty. There were people walking around without masks in the store. Also the staff werent helpful at all. This used to be a great location.

Cashier Elenor in the rudes retail employee i have ever met. She charged mw $8.89 for gumball... but thats not the reason why i put 0 in my rating. Im a frequent customer and never complain but this lady is horrible, i see her a lot and every time her additude is bad. She needs to reevaluate and find different job because i dont think it is a job for her. Very disappointed with target that they still keep her Im sure many customers complained, my mom and sister got the same experience with her.

12/2020 Found the staff extra nice and helpful. Store layout was not what I see in other Targets. But we did find everything we needed. Lots of food items to shop for here.

It would have been higher but for the poor Drive up pickup setup. It was the worst of all the drive up pickups we have experienced. The Target app wouldnt install on my phone, and that is apparently the only place to tell you want to use Drive up pickup, forcing us to call the stores number and explain to them we wanted to use Drive up delivery. And then, when we got that ironed out, they did not number their many drive up spots, which meant two employees came up to our car asking if the order they were carrying was our. It wasnt. Ours was delivered shortly afterward because we at least told them what kind of car we were in. No numbered spaces, poor design.

Target made an error on an ad they posted for xenoblade chronicles 2 for the switch. It was 19.99. I woke up early to get a copy knowing it would sell out. They then realized they made an error and changed it around 9am to xenoblade chronicles 2 torna the golden country. I got there at around 10am. They would not honor the first price for xenoblade chronicles 2. I was advised that they reserve the right to deny any sale. What a joke.... Ide give 0 stars if I could.

It is my neighborhood store and I absolutely love the employees. They are always extremely helpful and know where product is located. The communication skills each person has is absolutely amazing!

Got a gift delivered in the mail and it was damaged, tried to return it to get a replacement and they needed the same card that was used to buy it which was really inconvenient. The representative was really rude and I called beforehand and they just said I needed the invoice. If you are doing a return be sure to bring the credit card used, invoice, all order details.

Target has good prices but its hard to shop when the shelves are not stocked. This has me doing most of my shopping at stores like Jewel or Meijer . also cartwheel doesnt seem to have that may deals like it use to. There will be something on cartwheel that I cant find and when I ask team members about it I am told that only some store will have that product. I like to shop early in the morning only that is when the team members are just starting to stock and you have to work around all the stuff in the aisles. what happen to bringthem in before store opens to stock so the store is ready for shoppers?

It’s not that I dislike target but how is this on sale?

Already told my friends this is the way to go. Found what i needed on the Target app, paid for it online and chose to pick up outside the store. I received the confirmation email that it was time to make my way to the store within 2 hours. Once at the store, they brought out the items within a matter of a minute or two. So convenient!

This used to be the only target store that I liked shopping it, today I had a horrible experience. I’m not one to write reviews but this really upset me. I went to return a bike kickstand because I bought it during quarantine and had to wait two months to return it, I had the receipt but didn’t have the packaging, she refused to return it because she didn’t know if I stole it or not, I work at a target myself and I know the policy she was extremely rude and told me I could leave now. She also talked to the other guest service employee very rude.

The cord was right where the Target Ap stated and in store they matched the price as was stated using the Ap. All is great!

Our go to target! Best prices for everyday goods like milk and eggs; get the debit card for extra 5% off! Wish they had more competitive pricing for fresh items like fruits and veggies though so it could be a one stop shop. Store layout is pretty good too.

We ordered a sofa on sale online and opted to get it through drive up. The store, during a highly contagious pandemic, opted to sell us the floor model at no discount and would not give us a boxed unit. Absolutely atrocious.

If you need meat from the deli, don’t even bother. There’s never any employees in that area, and when there are they just stare at you and walk away!!!!!Horrible customer service. Find new employees to run your deli TARGET!!!

First off, they have totally unprofessional staff including the manager, some security guard wannabe, and the associate working at the return desk. They do not even know their own return policy (or theyre misguided by management). We tried to return a PS4 that was bought as a christmas present on 1/14/19 and were told you are past the return window which ended on 12/28/19. We did not have the paper receipt with us at that time but had the digital one. We found the paper receipt a few days late on 1/19/20 and it said the item was eligible to return until 1/24/20. So we were already upset since the rep lied to us originally so when I came back I was a bit upset and told them they should know their own return policies instead of driving customers away and giving them incorrect information. It gets worse since it was bought at a different Target they told me every Target has a different return policy and its not the same at every Target you go to. I didnt think these Targets were franchised or anything so I asked why this one would have different policies then the rest of the Targets and they stated they were allowed to deny returns on open electronics. No where on there premises do they state this and no where on their website does it state they can deny an electronic return if the product is open. I asked them to find me anything that stated they could not take the return on the so called policies they were talking about and they could not find it any where. The acting manager even spent 15 minutes while we waited to find something and could not. Our receipt clearly stated we had until 1/24/20 to return it regardless of being open. They did have some other products that stated they could not be returned open but video game consoles werent a part of the list.I highly recommend not giving your money to this place. Ive just read a few other reviews from other customers who had the same type of issues.

It was a good day till the end. I walked past a manager who was on his 2 way phone with an employee. He asked him to do something and the guy went off. F this and that and F and F and some other colorful words. He was complaining about another employee. I dont think I should have to listen to it but he was standing right there. I had to walk around him. The phone was loud I was trying to get to the registers. I heard everything as I was walking. Take it outside or go somewhere else or go meet the guy.

Pretty tired of the half empty shelves at the Glendale Heights store. It was bad even before the pandemic. Ever since the remodel they are not stocking the shelves and there is no longer much variety if the products. Seriously, whoever is doing the purchasing for this store should either be retrained, reallocated to a different job or let go!

I got my order right away. And they we’re polite and offer help for me to carry or handle my order putting in my trunk. Cos it’s little bit huge and heavy. It’s a nice place to do groceries and shopping too!

I was pleased with the ease of self checkout. I was able to add discounts for items I saved online. I rung up fruit and hard to scan items by myself. You can add your circle cash to your purchase by yourself.

Store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Best Chicken tenders and potato wedges around! Hot and fresh!

Guest service is great! I think the return policy is very understandable. It’s your fault if you can’t remember your receipt or if you were too late for the return date. This is all on you people and to those who can’t understand the simple policy are very irresponsible. I wanted to return a very expensive case because it was the wrong one and I understood why I had to do an exchange on it. The lady next to me who wanted to return beats because she simply didn’t want them and already opened it, look like a fool for yelling and teaching her kids it was okay to yell at someone just because she was the one who didn’t have proof of purchase. We’re adults and you guys act like children when you don’t get your way. Thanks Glendale heights target for having great return policies and for not letting guest take advantage of the insane returns they could be doing! Always a great pleasure going here and finding all the things I need!

Love Target! I especially love the $1-$5 bins at the entrance, have found a lot of value priced chique stuff for the home, kids & its seasonal! Miss the cafe, Starbucks is too expensive. Still getting used to the new layout, sometimes I spend too much time trying to figure out where everything is but still worth shopping there. Cartwheel app saves me a few bucks!

My wife and I have been shopping at this Target for over 3 years now due to their close proximity and, more importantly, due to the store itself. I read the other reviews and have to say I have never experienced any of the stuff in the other reviews, which is why I decided to write this review.Weve been going weekly (sometimes 2 or 3 times a week) for a few years now. There are always shopping carts available ( a TON of them), the store entrance and store itself is neat and organized (as much as a department store can be), and the staff has ALWAYS been polite and helpful. They have a good selection. As with any store youre going to find good stuff and bad stuff (Target furniture is terrible), but overall this is an excellent store compared to other Targets Ive visited over the years.

This is one of the larger, newer Target stores with a wide selection of everything. They have a beauty concierge whos really great. Shes really knowledgeable about the many product lines they carry and can help you pick whats right for your needs.The pharmacy offers immunizations and you can get a flu shot now before the season starts.Like all Targets, the store is clean and merchandise is reasonably priced. Clearance sales can offer some exceptional buys. The house brands are good quality, especially food, clothing and HBA. Staff are always helpful.Although theres a larger competitor across the street, Id rather go to Target, because I can get in and out in a flash and the shopping experience is much more pleasant. The merchandise is higher quality. Theres a dollar store in the same strip mall as the competitor, so Ill go there if I need that sort of thing.

Extremely long wait times when picking up online orders. Would have been faster to just get the item myself and go to the register.

Just sat on hold for a total of 30 minutes trying to get in touch with the electronics department after 5 separate phone calls, having the front desk page electronics 2 times and ending up having to cal HR to get through.Ridiculous.If you hear the phone ringing, even while you’re helping someone else, you pick up and ask to put them on hold. Not let it ring till the phone hangs up on the customer (after 6 minutes of ringing)Unprofessional and just plain annoying.Step up the customer service game.

Self-control goes out the door as soon as I enter those red automatic doors. They strategically placed the $1 section smack dab in your face, as soon as you enter the store. I easily forget the reason why I made the drive, through rain or sleet, as soon as Im walking through the aisles. The worst thing is, that demonic Cartwheel App that I downloaded on my phone. Im constantly scanning items and have this need to win badges on how much I saved. Lets not even talk about how you go their with a plan of spending only $30 on necessities, but you go out spending $300. Target is a sweet and beautiful siren, whispering wonders in your ears as you prance through the aisles and happily empty your bank account at the register. Honestly I wouldnt have it any other way. I recommend Target, heck yes I do. Actually, I recommend all Targets, because you should experience this too.

If you cant be bothered to restock your sodastream exchanges or even know when they are coming in, I unlike your store will make an effort and shop elsewhere. This was a waste of my time and I dont have time to waste.

Target is very organized and there are lots of team members around to help you out and they are always have low prices in simple snacks.

I scored a little lower than I normally would just because of the updating that is happening. the store is a bit confusing at the moment. But very excited to see the finished product as the store was in need of these updates. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always asking if i need help finding anything.

The level of customer service I received at your store on Saturday 10-05-19 was absolutely unacceptable. Your management advised I frustrated them, because I asked them to honor the listed sale price on one out of TWO items that was mismarked. A department employee advised that his co-workers are lazy, and dont remove the sale tags on items when they should. The tag had a sale END date of 08-25-19.I found this item marked incorrectly on 10-06-19. Right item, wrong sale price. They would not honor.Talk about lazy.

Remodeling looks great. A fresh new feel to the store with the modern design and layout. Always neat and clean.

Decent prices overall. Depends on what youre shopping for. Not the best selection of produce or meat, though. If youre looking for seafood, Id recommend looking elsewhere like Valli Produce on North Ave. if youre willing to make the drive.Good prices on health and beauty and domestic stuff like cleaning products. Registers are often understaffed, though. They have self-checkouts so thats not a problem if you only have a few items but if youve got a whole cart full, tough luck!

Every time I come to this store they are out of key items, my prescriptions are not ready and the new layout by check out creates a huge bottle neck. Their deli counter is always under staffed and their checkers are so slow! I would recommend going across the street to Walmart or down the road to Aldi. Thanks for nothing Target.

This target is Unbelievable with their return policy. I had bought a $160 fitbit from them and had no issue. Thought Id go back and get another band for it to stick with their service. I got it and sat in the car for TWENTY MINUTES trying to get it on my watch and it would NOT go on the watch. So I went in to return it because it would not go in. They gave me a piss pour attitude and told me I had to exchange it with another electronic item because it was an electronic!!! Its literally a rubber band. Then when I asked to speak with a manager she refused to call up a manager. Now Im out $17 and they no longer will get my money.

Clean store that is never very crowded and has a decent selection. They dont have enough cashiers, but neither does any similar store. They also have a slightly poorer grocery selection than the neighboring Walmart, but its often worth it to avoid the crowds. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

It is always a pleasure to go here... I have received outstanding customer service on more than one occasion. On this visit I had my reusable bag and hands full (often I end up buying more than I came in for) a woman in the produce area saw my brimming bag and asked me if I needed a cart... I smiled and said you dont have to do that, But to my pleasant surprise she came back with a cart for me... on another visit I was looking for spray starch and two people helped me find it and it was sold out.. the manager immediately checked inventory and ran to get me a bottle... at self-check out the same manager Zach, noticed I was having trouble using a Cartwheel coupon for my purchase and he came up and applied the discount for me with a big smile... His assistance and kindness were incredible and I will never forget... I refuse to go to Walmart... This Target is FANTASTIC!

When I shop I always bring bags to put my items in because I am a senior and have arthritis and it is difficult for me to lift heavy items. Today the cashier was so nice and professional, she evenly distributed the weight in the bags and even though all items could have been placed in one bag she made the bags light enough for me to lift without any discomfort.

The store has changed and takes time getting used to, but overall i think its for the better. Their prices have dropped on off brands, the bakery is delicious, everything is clean and the music isnt dreary anymore. On the weekends they do food tasting like costco

Weve been coming to this Target for a few years now. Were there every Saturday to stock up on groceries. We have children, so we usually hit the toy aisles and then grocery section. The store is always neat and clean from end to end. Customer service is never an issue. Always get a greeting or someone asks if I need help.

DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM HERE. You will get conflicting information on return policy from this store versus what Target customer service tells you. If you call Target customer service, they say you can return opened Apple products as long as it’s within the return timeframe, which I was within the timeframe. Marianne was not helpful and was rude. She states they follow Apple return policy, but they don’t because Apple accepts returns on opened products as long as it is within the return timeframe. I had similar experiences With Danica’s review regarding Marianne and Misael’s review regarding return policy. I would just stay clear of this store with any electronic purchase or just this store in general.

Today I went to Target to change the size of a shirt of my son that I bought December 23th. The person who *help* me didn´t want receive it instead of it told me that I should look the new T shirt and comeback to her when I get the right size. I also wanted to buy some extra products so I grabbed a cart, and put my scarf and the t-shirt in. I placed the cart behind of me to look some candies and someone grabbed the cart . Now target says that they are not responsible for my security and the things in the cart, when everybody known that they must have a ensurance covers these damages.now same person said they are not responsible for what was stolen in the store, included the T-shirt, also said there are no cameras in the hallways then they don’t have proff of I said. My recommendation: be careful the next time you go to Target. Dont neglect your belongings when you go there.
