Favorite place, beats Lowes & HD in price, although their 11% is a BS rebate, just a store credit, but better than nothing. Not many sales since Covid-19

I have been very satisfied with the store the customer service and the products. I have a huge issue with the fact they do not have enough electric carts for those of us who cannot walk the store. More times than not I have had to leave because no carts were available. I have been forced to go to Home Depot where They have plenty of carts. PLEASE Address this issue!

The store was clean inside, and shelves were organized. The interactions that I had with the staff were pleasant. The cashiers was able to move through the checkouts in front of me within the que rather quickly. Overall a nice Menards store.

This store has the worst and cheapest Halloween decorations ever. The store is laid out like a maze. I think they cant figure out what they want to be... a hardware store, a Walmart or holiday decor store. Go to Home Depot.

Great place shop,This store has mostly every thing thats needed in the home and beyondThe employees are ready and willing to help you to find what you come for. They are very friendly and the cashiers greet you coming and going. I love shopping here, the prices are great, just like the logo says.

Im from out of state and I had never been to Menards before, but its easily my favorite home improvement store. The prices are great and they have everything. The 11% off sales just make it that much better, though it does take time to get the rebate back.

Menards is my go-to store for building materials. Theyve got a good selection, good prices, and friendly & helpful folks.

Their home goods have greatly improved over the years. Lowes used to be my go to place for home decor and I think Menards is now better. Great one stop shop!

Dale was very nice and helpful. Help me order ac unit. He had to use his phone because the computer wasnt working. I would recommend any household stuff you need go to Menards.

They were able to fulfill our orders for 12 sample containers of paint. The person at the paint counter did a great job making sure we got what we needed.

Basically had a guided tour through the building getting my supplies that I needed on my list staff is very helpful with all these tasks that I had

Very disappointed. We bought a 6 piece patio set in store and turns out it is defective. It is too heavy for us to bring back ourselves, we had to get help to carry it from our car to deck in the first place. I called thinking that menards should deliver us a new one andctake this one back but they want to charge us $80. I understand that we didnt have it delivered in the first place but is it our fault that we bought a product that is defective? Menards should exchange this for us via delivery for no charge for the inconvenience. What a pain. Now we have to go out of our way to find someone to help us bring it back. Not good customer service!

Go here all of the time for things that I need for any project. Always enjoy the discounts even as a mail in rebate to use the next time I come in.

For more then 3 years now I have not received one rebate. Ive tried over 10 x.I dont make a big deal as they are from 7 dollars to 30. Its just is aggrevating. I have called or emailed corporate.. NOTHING.Other then that .. Id give 4 stars.

I ordered an EZ build shed, and some ply wood was missing. Tim from building materials went through my whole order with me. I asked him to read through my order, he did, and we found the problem. Thank you Tim you were a GREAT help.

Meh. I don’t shop here because I love it. I usually come here when I’m either already having a bad day, or I’m ready to ruin it. If you have a better option, shop elsewhere.I shop at Menards because it’s closer than Home Depot (when I need something mid-project) and low cost with good enough products. Its not a particularly well run location, with long checkout lines and unhelpful associates. The company’s philosophy is to make getting value difficult — I’m looking at you, rebates and refunds.The customers often have their nose hanging out of their masks or tucked under their chin, so maybe the store is just a reflection of my community.

Very nice employees, good with pandemic considerations, pretty good return service, brands are often lower quality but cheaper than other stores. Good enough for me though. The biggest problem I have is the 11% rebates. I missed doing some (my fault) but for several others I did not receive the rebates I did send in (on time, proper address, all the BS). Tracking it down becomes not worth it. Overall leads to a negative experience IMHO.

Menards a good place to shop they have many many things that you want and need and 11% discounts at up try them sometime you like them

Of all the big box stores i like Menards the best. That said this trip did not live up to the normal 4 star experience. I went to pick up an on line order that was paid for. You would expect it to be bundled and set aside. No.. I get the yard guy just waving me out to the yard where there is hardly nothing left. Then multiple trips to customer service to get a refund..which i must say went ok. 2 1/2 stars this time. They need better on line to yard service.

We wanted to get a price for a cabinet fireplace and after waiting for half hour the young fellow said he really couldnt give us a price on the damaged or discontinued models and the fellow who could is getting ready to go to dinner. We waisted or time with him instead of getting the proper person from the get go

15% discount with brown bag located at the entry. Easy in and easy check out. I did need assistance related to a specific item.. Friendly and well knowledged staff was near by.

Bought a bathroom shut off valve, $6.89. The same valve at Ace hardware $11.89🤔. Hard to find help. Get familiar with the store may help..

This is one of the best Menards stores with tons of products variety and competitive prices.

Still one of the best stores for household and home improvement items. Regularly less expensive than Home Depot. My only complaint is that they dont always carry name brands.

They dont allow dogs in the store period. Thats ok I can go to home depot where they allow all the dogs and have people that will help you out when you ask, not have an attitude when asked for help. I can spend my money else where, thats not a problem.

Were waiting around 20 or 30 minutes for to buy Carpet nobody shows up and I asked women on there for help then, she said Im busy and we going out with out Carpet 😡😤😡

Menards is way better than home depot.

The store itself is great. Great prices and so many options. However, their pickup process is terrible. You have to go all the way back to the store, which defeats the purpose to me. You don’t need to go back there, ever, unless you’re a contractor or something. Also, they messed up 3 of my pickup orders. 2 were not refunded after not being picked up by the deadline, and one was marked as picked up by me even though I hadn’t made it to the store yet.

The store is very good but,I applied for a job there last year, there was NO RESPONSE. There was no “thank you, but we aren’t interested right now” or anything of the sort. I sent a follow up email to Human Resources and got no response! I was told by an employee that the Human Resources department there is terrible about responding to things like that.So, in short: the store is great, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING FOR A JOB because they really don’t seem to care about your time nor have the decency to reply.

It was nice . I bought my tiles online. I was gonna pick up. It was my first time picking up so I went inside the store with the barcode that they send me in my email. Well I didnt need to do all that. I just have to drive to the side of the store and do the process . Was not suppost to enter the store. Hopefully they will explain what to do in the website. Everything else was nice and smooth.

Needed to find a specific lightbulb. It was hard to find someone to help me but when i did find an employee they helped me

Courteous and professional staff. I greatly appreciate that Menards has implemented a mask policy for both employees and customers. A good business values the health and safety of its workers and visitors.

I was there shopping for just over an hour and a half and the same 2 employees were playing on their phones the entire time I was there in the cart corral hiding from doing work. They were still there when I left and they were already there when I arrived.

Used to go here for years and I am proud to say I won’t be shopping here anymore. First, I ordered plastic bins. I picked them up and got home to find that some of them have been cracked. I didn’t bother to return it but when I called the day I got it they said these bins would not be cracked as the previous shipment was. Second, worst customer service ever. Very rude and were very willing to lie to my face. Good luck trying to make it at that job with that attitude ladies. Home Depot here I come!

I was surprised. That doesnt happened anymore that youll ask the question and youll get directions right away without hmmmm let me see - 5 minuteslater we dont have it. I needed specific spare part for a lamp and after searching for about 10min. I decided Ill ask. Boom there it is ser. Nice job.

Customer service back in the yards was disrespectful and insulting. Im a disabled veteran with a cast on my foot and after waiting 35 min at the pickup parking I called and no answer and when I went in to ask for a location and assistance the only answer I got was its in the warehouse and she walked away and nobody would help me load up the sheets of cement bqcker board.

The customer service members are extremely disrespectful and rude to customers. I understand they deal with rude people as well, but to be cruel and non-understanding to someone being kind is intolerable. I will not go back here ever again.

Some employees are nice and helpful, others not as much, like any other large store. However, there were a couple of issues with an order we placed and Ron was extremely kind and helpful in correcting the issues. It makes us more trusting of using Menards in the future if any problems arise. We usually go there for smaller purchases and have never had any issues with those.
