I stopped there today at 7 am and asked for a tedious meat order at the butcher counter. The gentleman that helped me was more than patient, very courteous and took care of my order with a smile. Everyone I interact with at this Jewel always provides top quality customer service ! 5 stars !

It’s a Jewel. Aren’t they all the same? Pretty clean, pretty decent prices on booze, expensive on everything else. Service mediocre at best but better than Walmart (maybe). You’ll go because you need to.

I had a horrible experience at the butcher counter. I asked for him to tenderize my skirt steak. I was told the machine was put away for the day and he didn’t know how to put it together. It was 3:00pm. The guy has been at this store for 30 years in the meat department. I think he didn’t want to do it. How do you sell skirt skirt steak and not tenderize it.

In this supermarket you can find local fruits and vegetables, in addition to the generous offers that it sometimes makes. This supermarket is distinguished from many because it has a stand of articles or souvenirs of Chicago. The floral department was great, I got some flowers for my mom for Mothers Day and the girl working was helpful in adding some extra roses to the bouquet! My mom loved it:)

I was unhappy that the only cashier open was the express lane (after i checked myself out i was advised that the express lane would take anyone.)...should turn the express sign off then.....i normally dont mind self checkout but i had 5 bags of groceries.....when you spend that amt of $ it is nice to be checked out. .i am also unhappy that the parking lot lights are still out....i will be checking out woodmans tomorrow...ihave been shopping with you since 1987.....1st time i am so upset

Everyone is very friendly there and when we go there everyone knows us by our name since we are a frequent shopper there. Ned or nef is very helpful in produce and very friendly and helpful! Organized and clean and have some good deals and nice little reward system with the jewel perks

Came in to get TWO last minute balloons to put on our mailbox for a funeral so people knew which house to go to. The Lady in floral refused to blow them up because they weren’t from her department. Even offered to pay her cash cause I was vulnerable and needed to be with my family quick. Terrible people.

Im not a big fan of this Jewel-Osco mainly because of how terribly cramped it all is. The aisles used to be more broken up and not so narrow, but they did a revamp maybe two years ago that made navigating the store really cumbersome. Now, I go in on a Sunday, and Im dodging and weaving between loads of customers at the front end because theres next to no space to move about. The store has made no efforts to open up any space for social distancing, and you constantly have to squeeze past people.Its the closest Jewel to my home, but its the one I dislike the most because its such a major pain to shop at. Ive had no issues with employees or anything else, but I really hate coming here.

Has to be the absolute worst Jewel store.Shelves are empty, spent over half an hour tonight at the deli, and was only 4th in line. Workers now have to weigh up the uncut lunch meat after they slice your order, to put back in the case??? It takes forever. Lot of competition around now..Woodmans soon to open..look out.

Jewel is the best place to find all your shopping stuff

Staff are friendly, got help right away at the seafood counter, short lines at the register. When needing help to find a product the young man stocking the bake goods went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed. Goood produce and selection of products.

Jewel-Osco is my favorite place. There are my favorites food,meat,pasta, vegetables, fruits, sodas and much more. This store is near by my house. Keshier is very pleased. Store is very clean.

There are cheaper prices for groceries, but for a one stop shop, this place has most everything

Staff was very rude to me when self checkout had an unexplained tender failure. There was also a woman and her child without masks on shopping, and employees did nothing about it so this makes me believe they do stop care about the safety of their customers.

I hate the new long ailes. I have a bad knee and its alot of walking for me. Plus they usually only have a couple registers running so your forced to use the self checkout. Im not on their payroll, im not ringing up my groceries.

This Jewel is always just ok. They have food and stuff but the one down the road on army trail and county farm is much nicer.

The store was busy and thats good. The cashier was very polite and helpful with my issue she deserved a 4 star that shes a very good worker. I hope theres more worker like her.

I went in really wanting to use the app but I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I did some shopping and asked a gentleman to help me, Michael L. He took the extra time to help me figure out how to use the app, made sure I knew what I was doing, and also helped me find something in the store.He delivered and maintained the highest level of customer service I’ve had at this location. I’ll be coming back just for him!

Better than the Addison Jewel. More employees about, better meat and seafood sections. Checkout lines a little faster. A very tightly packed, claustrophobic store, though.

They are not following rules making employees wear masks saw 5 employees with mask off nose and one employees with mask around chin told them about it before but i dont think manager cares nrver corrected snd its been 2 months. I wear mask to protect them they could do same. Go to a store that cares caputo put in cart washer. And every cart brought in gets washed by employee jewel has a sprayer in cart if you want to do it and hope there is something in it.

I just went to the pharmacy. Nice people, but I dont shop here. Too expensive.

Bad service. The cashier at self check-out was impolite and didn’t speak. Plus, she was standing extremely close to me, which was just awkward and uncomfortable. She doesn’t mind personal space or social distancing apparently. But, I got everything I needed, so I’m happy.

This Jewel has the greatest staff of any grocery store i’ve ever been to! My wife and i love them!Just now, one woman came behind the deli to walk me across half the store to show me where something was.THEN, i dropped 2 things of berries and a giant bag of chips & multiple workers came over to me & practically acted like it was their fault.I’m just so impressed — whoever runs this store is doing an amazing job. They all seem so happy — so my wife and i now drive out of our way to get here.Honestly, if there’s a way to leave a review to the higher ups at jewel, i would like to know how to do that.Thank you, jewel workers!! You bring a smile to our faces & we somehow don’t mind spending a lot of money for groceries!!

I literally have to explain to the bagger not to put all the cans in one bag....please dont make the bags too heavy....Im disabled....I need the cart to lean on.....they have a terrible habit of grabbing the cart and pulling it away....Ive lost my balance more than once....not to mention my purse is in the cart

Deli was a little slow but I have yet to see a fast deli haha. Everything was organized well and the aisles were labeled so I could find what I needed quick and easy.

Always meets or exceeds my expectations I can always find most things Im looking for. Lots of great sale prices. Deli slices my stuff just like I like it. Butchers tenderizes my meat for Free 😀 and pick up my prescriptions. I can usually get most everything at Jewel. People are Nice also🙂

I have been coming to this jewel for well over a year now and havent had a bad experience until yesterday. I wish I wouldve had the patience to go up to customer service after the cashier completely ruined my expirence. The cashier clearly did not want to be there, didnt make eye contact, mumbled a hello to my fiance and ignored me blatantly. She decided to throw all my products down the belt and ended up bruises all my peaches and crushed my tomatoes. I am EXTREMELY upset and will not be coming back to this location any longer.

Been shopping there for 30 years. They seem to be doing all they can to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.

The store is always very clean & well stocked. The staff in the deli is great, they are always super friendly, funny & quick in service considering they always look to be under staffed when I come in. My only complaint about the store is the long checkout time. They never seem to have enough cashiers working. Other than that its a great place to shop. Good variety & great staff.

These guys are really close to my house so I go often. They have a really good selection of products. Almost as good as Walmart. Reminds me of Meijer when I used to live in Michigan. Walmarts prices are generally better but if you make a quick stop to buy some milk or something, they have a lot of stuff on sale for competitive prices

I have had two great experiences with the ladies in the bakery.I had to bring cupcakes that were school safe for halloween,but the cupcakes had no decor on them. I asked one of the ladies if they had Halloween rings that I could purchase to put on the cupcakes and she told me that she would check and came back with the rings. And the second time I needed a cake that was dairy free and wasnt sure of the ordering process. One lady took her time to explain and offered suggestions. Everyone should try the dairy free butter cream cake, I had lots of compliments and people were surprised that it was dairy free. Love how they really care about customers!!!

Lots of fresh produce. Cpuldnt find certain items such as plum tomatoes, but its clean and theres alot of other options.

My kind of store... I usually go there in the morning after night work... courteous employees, smiling to greet you, they even give you tips how to cook certain foods ... I know them all by faces.... hope they remember me too... from the deli to bakery to pharmacy... you can feel a good vibes through the day ahead of you.... kudos !! To everyone
