MDC admitted the paper was defective but would not cover the cost of removing and rehanging it nor would they cover the cost of the complete removal and restoring the walls.25 years in the decorating business Ive run into the situation twice before with Seabrook wallpaper and Thibaut wallpaper, both companies stood behind their product and covered our labor costs.
