Ordered a CAT 40 retention knob on 4/30. I then received an email that it will be shipped out on 5/10 due to it not being in stock. When I placed the order nothing informed me that it was out of stock. Its now 5/14 and I have not received shipping details. I would recommend MSC over this company.

Almost 2 weeks to get an item that was in stock and that was after I called them twice. If you machine tools I recommend MSC or Grainger
