Elite Document Solutions has been fantastic. From the moment Earl first walked in my office to ask me about new copiers he has been extremely professional and friendly. Earl was down to earth and upfront immediately about costs and programs/services that his company offered. From his very first proposal that he gave me I received great pricing and options for machines. We had 11 bidders and decided to go with Earl/Elite and have been with him for almost a year now. Our service has been great, billing correct and right where he said it would be (no hidden fees) and the couple times I have had to call for service on the machines they have been very prompt and were able to get the machine fixed right away. I highly recommend this company.
