I normally place my order online, but we realized we were completely out of coolers so I called and Tricia was the customer service rep that helped me make an expedited order, she was very helpful and very sweet. I didn’t remember which cooler sizes we order so she explained the sizes and was so great to deal. I received my order the next day, with everything I needed. Great customer service skills there.
