They are family friendly and stand by there product my family has been going here for over 30 plus years I got my first 22lr here they are knowledgeable but blunt they will not sugarcoat anything for your feelings over safety If you’re a first time buyer a extremely suggest this location they will not steer you wrong

The staff that works there are great people they make you feel like you known them for years,funny yet professional at the same time and they know there stuff. Need to redo this review I got a very nice response to my initial review the one that I gave them cash 80 bucks and put 7.73 around that much on my debit card in stead they charged my card 87 bucks on top of the 80 I got an response from the company this morning and I gave them a call as well there was a very nice and polite worker on the other end of the phone that is going to go over the til and the Benito card receipts plus the cameras to try to figure this out in all this gun store is a very good store that always has ammunition when other people don’t so I do apologize for the outlash. They refunded the money back to my debit card very easy also there staff is very friendly and treat you like a human thank you for that

I come in here fairly often, always have what Im looking for at a great price. The staff are a cool group of guys, Doesnt matter whether youre buying 1 box of ammo or 12 firearms, they treat you with respect and are helpful when needed.

Never too dificult to go in, get what you want, and be out of there relatively soon. I have found a P226, P365 SAS, and 9mm ammo here during the height of COVID when I could not find them anywhere else.Not certain if it is Veteran owned but I believe two Vets work here and they know there stuff!

Ive never been here before and after going to different places like ammo az, sportsman, tombstone, shooters world, Cabelas. I can honestly say these guys are amazing! David is who I had the pleasure of dealing with and he has so much knowledge and experience he was awesome to talk to and even went out of his way to walk me through how to care for/clean my weapon. I apologise I dont remember the other gentlemans name but he was awesome too! Both very great and knowledgeable guys! I didnt feel rushed at anytime he took time to answer all my questions and helped me through my inexperience and ignorance on many things! I feel 1000% confident in recommending this place purely based off of my first experience with these two gentleman and will definitely be going back! I also hope that David and the other gentleman see this and gets some sort of recognition both of them made me feel comfortable with my fire Armand didnt treat me just like another guy coming through the door like the other places Ive been. Great people and good fair prices

You know I rely on reviews to purchase or do business with a company. I saw five stars and thought I would be walking into a gun shop that would have what I needed. Well i needed some reloading supplies and what i found was a very very limited selection. I have to say I was very unimpressed. The shelves and packages looked like it hadnt been cleaned or wiped down in years. The only place that I could tell that was clean was the counter and large capacity magazine rack. There was a box of items that were in the floor which I went through to see what they had for sale but the stuff was at full price. Anyway, I was so disappointed that I got only what I could use and paid for the items. To my dismay when I opened up one of the packages it had the manufactures inspector sheet in it of 1996. That was some old inventory. The place needs a clean up and new inventory.

I just moved to AZ a few months ago and have been wanting to check out a gun shop. Randalls happens to be the closest shop to me. I was finally able to stop by this weekend and took my Wife with me. We were greeted by everyone in the shop! All I can say is Wow! I have never received such a warm welcoming from a gun shop. I have taken my Wife shooting with me before but this was her first experience in a gun shop and it definitely wont be her last. I learned that this shop has a new owner and he is all about customer service! They took the time to show my wife different guns that would be comfortable for her to shoot and listed a few ranges she could go try them at before making a purchase. We browsed several guns and they have new and used guns to choose from. One of the first things I noticed when I walked in was that they sell Black Rifle Coffee! Well I could go on and on, but I just have to say I will most likely become a regular!

My husband and I bough 2 guns from these guys today. They were extremely professional, took their time with us, and even answered all of our questions. We had gone in just to look, even told them that, and they still treated us like we were worth their time unlike someother gun shops we had been to. These guys are amazing. We will be back for more.

I recently bought a CZ Scorpion along with a SIG Brace. I was looking for a Gunsmith to install it. I was nearby so I stopped in. They told me, “we dont do much gunsmith jobs but we can do that”. He had it installed in 2min. I asked how much he wanted and he replied “nothing”. Talk about amazing customer service. I then bought a magazine and 300 rounds. They just got themselves a life long customer.

Incredibly RUDE and condescending staff, nasty looking store, bad selection and HIGH prices ($30 for a box of steel case 9mm). That about sums it up for this waste of retail space. Definitely WILL NOT be returning. Also, if you have tattoos, expect to get treated like trash and talked down to. If Google starts allowing zero or negative star reviews, this will be the first place I drop in rating.

These guys have been around for a long time there. There is no shortage of expertise/knowledge. And the best part about that is that it is freely dispersed, shared with the kind of selflessness not seen too often in a retail environment where the purchase may not be on the roster for the day. Doesnt matter. Theyre there to help you understand with qualified answers for any type of question you may have. Not an ounce of pressure or sales tone in their voices. Prices are always competitive and it just seems like I always find that round I couldnt find elsewhere at their shop. Theyve havent just earned my business, theyve earned my loyalty.

I went into this store today looking for a 380 handgun. I was greeted by Al, who was so nice and helpful. As I was standing there speaking with him a large, overweight, gray haired man asked me why I had a tattoo on my foot and I explained that it meant Gods love. He responded sarcastically with Well lets hope Gods love is unconditional because were not supposed to mark our bodies. I looked at him surprised and said Luckily our bodies wither away and our souls go to heaven He smirked and said we will see. I was so offended that I ignored him and left the store. I will not purchase anything from this store as I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I hope that Al gets business because he was so nice, but I cannot give any money knowing that man works there. I hope he isnt the owner.

Ive come here a few times throughout the years for hard-to-find .311 bullets for my Lee Enfield. I came here yesterday for some gunsmithing, which, unfortunately they dont do anymore.But Harlan was nice and helpful in finding me a good grease to remove the felt creep in my VQ trigger. It worked perfectly and I will use it for all friction areas for all of my firearms instead of oil. Very happy!

This is the worse gun store i have ever been to. When i went there, there was 4 males just standing there talking to each other. The 4 males all appeared to work there, yet all 4 of them seemed like they were not interested in helping out the customers. When you walk in, they greet you not with a hello or good morning but with a very odd and angry look almost like they do not want you in their store. My brother and i were simply looking at the 7.62 x 39 ammunition. We grabbed two boxes of ammo and walked towards the cash register to checkout. One of the 4 males followed us to the cash register while the 3 other males stayed behind watching us with very odd looks. When we were paying for our two boxes of 7.62 x 39, somebody from the group of 3 males that stayed behind whistled at the worker standing behind the register basically giving them a signal. Shortly after, the male standing behind the cash register decided to ask me if i had put any unpaid items in my pocket, so basically accusing me of stealing. I immediately said NO with extreme confusion. Why the hell would i want to steal when i want to support small businesses like Randalls Firearms. I could have just gone to Walmart and purchased the ammo there instead of supporting this small business. THIS IS THE LAST TIME THAT I AM VISITING THIS DAMN GUN STORE BECAUSE THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARE QUICK TO JUDGE PEOPLE IN A DISCRIMINATING WAY!

Ive been coming here with my dad since I was a kid and we were always greeted by Steve. Stopped in one day to buy my first pistol and and hadnt been in the shop in years and steve recognized me right away and was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I was looking for. I wasnt rushed and was able to look at any firearm I wanted to, finally made up my mind and went with a Glock 22 Gen 3 and got a great deal on it. I will ALWAYS recommend this shop to anyone and I will keep coming here to do business.

Overheard older male with gray hair (owner?) telling a story to customers. He was bragging about threatening to shoot a police officer in the back if he walked out of the store with an ATF form the officer wanted for an investigation. I understand there is a procedure for requesting a copy but removing a form is in no way a deadly force situation. Never will be your customer.

IVE BEEN DEALING WITH RANDALLS GUNS FOR YEARS. GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS, LOTS OF OPINIONS (on guns) MUCH KNOWLEDGE, GREAT PRICES ON GREAT VARIETY OF WEAPONS.

Bought a G43 on 9/28/2020. No Allen wrench to adjust sights, test shell casings were not in the box.

Not a very good selection and judging by the prices, they are very proud of their guns. But they are very nice. And its kinda hidden, so sometimes they have ammo when others have sold out.

Been going to Randalls for over 5 years now. Bought my 2nd firearm ever there, and because of the time the salespeople took with me explaining in detail in my early years about guns, they got all my business from that point. Ive spent at least $40K on guns at Randalls (have everything I want now LOL), and will continue to do so if I find one I want in the future. They have a selection of holsters, reloading supplies and accessories you cant find locally at other stores.Highly recommend purchasing from these guys - A+ in the business.

Back in the early 90s there was a primmer shortage. Now its obama. Back then it was clinton. Every gun shop in town was ripping people off charging double. Except Randalls. I have always remembered that and thats one of the reasons Randalls is the only place I go.
