Pretty terrible experience with the customer service. They completed the work, and so far it seems they did a fine job with the repairs, but all the people I spoke with were horrible. They lied multiple times, added extra charges and fees, and were generally sketchy. Unfortunately, I had to use them because there were no other options for my time frame. Would never recommend or hire again, even though the work was fine. UPDATE: the owner called me and apologized for the experience and said it’s not how they like to do business. He refunded me $50–not much considering how much I paid, but definitely a nice gesture. Adding a second star for his kindness.

Great service. The technician showed up on time within the two hour time frame which i was happy about. He took his shoes off before he entered which i was actually very happy about. He introduced himself and asked what our issues were. He was very kind and listened to all our concerns. We purchased a sofa through Costco Abbyson living sofa. It was great but some of the threading was starting to come up. Since costco has a great policy they sent out these guys right away. Techs did a wonderful job addressing my issues and fixed the sofa. I am so happy with this service and will keep them for years to come. Whenever i have a furniture issue i know who to call. Thanks All furniture services youve got a life long customer here.
