The drum stopped turning on my 6 mo. old dryer. The manufacturer originally called a service company out that claimed I was not at home. Then, the manufacturer sent out Lee from Appliance Express. Thank goodness. Unfortunately parts were needed and Lee thought it would be a few days to complete the repair. To my surprise and delight, they were able to get me up and running on a Saturday.

Received excellent service today from Appliance Express. Lee was recommended to me by my handyman, and he did not disappoint. He checked my refrigerator which had been making a sporadic whirring noise, and made some recommendations... Also got my dishwasher in great working order (it had not been getting dishes clean, regardless of multiple vinegar cycles). He explained everything in detail - excellent communication. I paid $65 for the service call and $20 for the labor... he gave me a 90 day warranty on both appliances for the work/inspection so that if another service call becomes necessary, I wont have to pay the flat fee. I should also mention that his communication throughout the day letting me know what time he would arrive was outstanding. Highly recommend this company - Lee in particular.

If you are looking for a part for an appliance check here first. They were friendly and helpful. I need a door handle and three screws for my Kenmore stove. No one in town had it in stock, and it would have cost me $76 dollars for a door handle and three screws. We found the entire door for $65. I was overjoyed. Thanks Ron, you guys are great.

I dont get what the bad reviews are about. I first used Appliance Express 5 or 6 years ago because my home warranty company sent them out to repair my dishwasher. They were fast and very friendly. I am now having another problem and I no longer have the home warranty but of course I wanted to use them again. They were VERY friendly on the phone when I arranged the appointment which is scheduled after the weekend. Their customer service seems great to me but if it changes after the appointment, Ill be sure to post again.

The technician came out and fixed my dishwasher while also stopping on his way out and getting out his drill to tighten our door handle. Super impressed!

I am 64 years old, have owned homes in several different states, and I can finally and without question tell you that LEE from Appliance Express was the most qualified and professional repair technician Ive ever experienced.Conversely, yesterday, I had a technician from a different company, Everest Air & Appliance Repair attempt to repair my Sub Zero refrigerator and Dacor oven. The technician Josh was completely unqualified, fixed nothing, guessed at the problem and quoted rediculous prices to do the repairs, even though he had no equipment with him to diagnose any problem. Absolutely useless.Lee from Appliance Repair came this morning, on time as scheduled, diagnosed both issues, called both manufacturers to verify his diagnosis and then fixed my Sub Zero for a nominal fee and has ordered the proper control panel for the oven repair. Honestly, I dont know what other words to use to describe the experience with Lee other than incredible and I was more than completely satisfied. Thank you Lee for doing in one hour what no other technician has been able to do for weeks. Superb technician!You wont find better than Lee with Appliance Express in my humble opinion.

Had a great experience with appliance express after what was a nightmare with another local company. They came out and promptly resolved the issue within 24 hours. Lee is a great technition, very nice and knowledgable. I would reccomend this company to my family.

We bought a washer/ dryer set for a great price used, under $325... they delivered and even came out to service it once at a small cost after my warrenty. The set still works great 4 years later! Nice and friendly, didnt seem to be con artists to me as others mentioned. My brother bought from them too.

Phone review (to speak on the full service experience later): these people where knowledgeable of their inventory and professional. fact-of-reality: by talking to the staff you are talking to the back room crew, i.e. they are a warehouse by any other name, that should be the degree of conversation you should expect and present - i.e. simple pieces of information on what you are looking for based around information they can search for. by my experience calling them twice they do not have any sales staff taking phone calls.provided that they are very easy going and easy to communicate with. if you are looking to fluff up the conversation either with pleasantries or trying to talk down the price over the phone expect a battle, thats not what these folks expect nor are trained for. they are bulk re-salers at best so your best option is to come down to their location (I intend to in the next few days - will update)so far, at least as far as phone ediquit goes they are professional enough to justify staying in business. short questions garner short answers earning you a short phone call so long as you know what you are actually looking for. if not, well, you need to actually show up to get their professional opinion when you can give them proper face to face information.

Appliance Express in Glendale, AZ was contracted by Frigidaire to perform extended warranty repairs. The provider failed to perform the services because as a customer I complained to Frigidaire about Appliance Express responsiveness.Our Frigidaire stopped working due to a electronic control board issue with error codes SY CF. Upon calling the extended warranty department at Frigidaire they stated to call their service contractor Appliance Express. Upon contacting Appliance Express I was put on hold several times for extended periods and never got to speak with anyone. The last call rolled into a we are closed voice mail. I called again the next morning and the gentlemen who answered the phone was unprofessional. He became upset because I called several times and stated to me call Frigidaire and tell them I am refusing your work order due to personality conflict and hung up. Frigidaire could not find another contracted service vendor to come out for another 3 days.

Lee fixed my dryer in mere minutes and was very professional. Now I can go back to doing my laundry!

The company is not honest. They will do what they can to let the warranty company not to pay for the warranty claim. They are very rude on the phone. Stay away from them.
