Took my quad in for no spark they called with the diagnosis 6 hours after taking it in. Got the quote the out the door price was good. Well see how it turns out! Follow-up they called 2 days early which was great! Quad was fixed and running in perfect condition plus they fixed 2 minor things out of courtesy absolutely a fantastic shop...I am very pleased!!!!!!

I took my 1993 Honda Helix 250cc to be serviced and they did a good job. They were knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and reasonable. Other shops wouldnt or couldnt service it and I was referred to them by the local Honda dealer! Thanks Oscars for the efficient service and helping keep my scooter in running condition. Ill be back to get the oil changed and serviced as needed.

They are honest and very fair with you. I had a bike that was in a really bad shape because it sat for many years, they got it working and went the extra step of making it look amazing again. Finding the right person to work on your bike is hard, Oscars is work trying and seeing what we all already know.

Customer Service- my experience here was awful. They bullied me into paying a 70.00 diagnostic fee, after giving me a 700.00 quote. When I politely and professionally asked for further information on the test ran in order to diagnose my sports bike, I was told that he “would not argue with me.” Not sure where the argument was.Reliability- this place will overcharge you, for work you don’t need. They are not reliable or trustworthy, and are dishonest. Turns out my 700.00 quote, ended up being less than 200.00 at a different shop. Know your stuff, and don’t allow them to oversell you.

Im no motorcycle expert, but everytime my old bike had a problem, they got it running again, and they were honest, and the prices seemed reasonable. Theyve earned my 5 stars.

Its been a while since I found a place I like. Oscar used OEM parts and didnt charge for stuff that didnt need to be fixed. I had the front and brakes with fork seals fixed, chain and sprockets. Bike looked brand new when he was done. Bonus - way more affordable than Ride Now!

Oscars is the place to take your personal watercraft, not only did they have the parts on hand, they fixed it while we were watching. Great place, Great service and Great people.

I recently had my suzuki brought to the shop. I was quoted a higher price once brought to the shop. Then was told on the phone that I needed new fuel lines, air filter and other stuff. I then took the bike to another shop and the guy Steve shows me that I didnt need all that stuff quoted at Oscars. But that the shop actually padded the work and was of course not needed. My advice is this shop is dishonest and go to them at your own risk. Good luck.

I took my jet ski I this place and they charged me the diagnosis fee and did not even diagnose it. He told me it was ready and everything was good but when I took It to the lake I got stranded. I then called him back and he told me he was too busy and to take it somewhere else. Oscar is a punk and very disrespectful and should not be in business.

I love Oscars place. All I have to do is call and he tells me when to bring it in. Always reasonably priced! 😎
