Great place to get race gas VP 110 octane

I love this place! I bought my 450 Honda off rich and his team. They really know what they are doing there. Gave us a great deal on helmets and Id recommend this place to anyone who needs any work done or looking to buy a quad!

Have been getting dirt bikes and quads worked on here since I was a child with my 110. Many years later now and this is still where I go for atv repairs. Rich has always been a good guy and Ive never had to bring anything back after they work on it.

Very knowledgeable group of guys. Are used to take my quad somewhere else. Was recommended to R ATV. I will never take my bike anywhere else. Richard and the whole team there have a plethora of knowledge when it comes to Atv’s!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!! What a bunch of Jokers. Called yesterday and told them what kind of bike i had and asked if they could install some new tires. Talked to rich and he said no problem take them off the bike an we can handle it. Took them off and sent my wife up there today to drop them off and see if they could change out the rear sprocket while they had it.. When she got there they said all kinds of crazy stuff (those are both rear tires, we cant change those tires because of the spokes, we can take them to Nash and they will charge you 150 a tire to replace them). #1 they cant tell the difference between a sprocket and a rotor #2 nash charges 25 dollars a tire to change them. Needless to say we went another route paid 25 a tire to get them changed and they did the sprocket for free. BUYER BEWARE.

Best place in town if you want to get ripp off.Took my quad 4 times to have these guys fix it.Told me electric problems, 2 weeks after i pick up my quad and next way wont start.Took it back a few times for the same problem and they coulnt fix it. But i had to paid about 800 and they could fix problem.Took my quad to another shop and it was a 100 easy fix. They dont know what they are doing.

Richard and the crew at RATV are great people, with great service. Always honest and always take care of you. If You need a place for ATV parts this is where you need to go new or used they have just about everything. Sonny is Richards right hand main man and can hook you up with everything. Great mechanic service also

Excellent staff, very helpful. I was hunting carburetor jets and couldnt find them anywhere! Low and behold they had a variety in stock!! Staff didnt treat me like a number, very personable. I highly recommend checking these guys out. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

Grew up knowing Richard and worked for him in his shop for a short time while attending MMI, I always go to them for parts. Not many places in the area sell used parts unless you make a trip downtown to Bobs but I never need to. Also very affordable shop rates.

I have taken both of our Polaris trail boss for repair. While I had to return for further repair Rich made right all repairs on the ATVS. HE WAS POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WOULD DIFFINETLY REFER ANYONE WHO NEEDS

Convenient neighborhood atv shop with very good service and part departments.

My husband brought in his engine and asked them to look at it first and then call to let us know how much it would come to. A month went by with no word. We called and they said $300 over what they estimated it being so we came to pick it up and just sell his bike As Is. They then charged us $132 for taking apart the engine after we told them not to do anything till we got a price. Over a month of waiting and $132 later we got nothing done. Horrible business ethics, we feel scammed and taken advantage of.

Best ATV store ever..

Brought our Rhino 660 in to have it worked on. They were simply amazing! Let us know what was going on every step of the way. Would never take our quads or Rhino enywhere else! Very professional and did more then we expected. More then fair on prices!!!

Not impressed kidda acted like he didnt wanna help me look for a part I needed . Not very nolegable in my opinion. They sold my buddy some parts for a banshee that where wrong . They told him they should work but they dont and wont give a refund. NOT IMPRESSED

Well I can start by saying I know nothing about quads. I had some basic questions and the owner seemed irritated and impatient. i would give it more stars for the amazing employee who seemed to understand my questions however the owner would profit from it. I almost put all my stuff back, I didnt spend much but intended to order a few things and just left. Hire another employee instead of having a grumpy old man at the desk. Never gain another dollar from us and hopefully not you either.

This place acts as if they do not cut corners, however that is all they do to make money. The parts are half ass as well as the employees. None of them are certified, and just make it seem better than when it was taken in to them. Rich needs to retire he is bipolar, and does not care about anything but numbers. Take this into consideration when thinking about taking your equipment here or purchasing in general.

Had a problem with my banshee from another shop and Richard found it, called and let me know the repair was complete in a day. Won some confidence that day to have him do some more. Next day same thing, ride was ready to rip. Braaaap!

Dont bring your toy inn unless you plan to over pay and trust me you will. They had originally told me no more than 150 to change tensioner and put 2 shims went to pick up after terrible communication to a bill of 450 charged me 80$ alone on a used tensioner

Richard has gotten all of mine and my families business, he has rebuilt my banshee and did all of the work on it until I sold it. he rebuilt a friend of mines crf450r and has done all the work on it since then and now he has rebuilt my TRX450r top to bottom and has always done work at a fair price and has kept me informed the whole time while repairing my stuff 10/10 I always recomend RATV to anyone that needs their toys worked on. Very honest shop, if you go there it speaks for itself with the amount customers bikes.

Well lets see my quads is in worse shape then it was before I took it there it smokes and never has before. They forgot to bolt down parts. And they left a tool connected to a part under my daughters dirt bike. And when they were confronted about it they started saying nasty things to my husband. I will never use thier services again and neither will any of are friends who use them. If I didnt have to give a star I wouldnt I would actually give minus 5 stars as that his horrible buissness ethics. I urge others to find another shop that will take pride in not only there work ethic but as well as your bikes and customers.

Well the experience i had was freaking awesome, im not the kind of person that like writes reviews all the time, but in this case i definitly feel it was needed, so what brought me here in the first place was i took upon a repair job that i am doing for a buddy on his quad, and i called around several shops in the area and the competors price was way to high and outrageous prices, so i called RATV and i got nothing but the best service, i had tons of questions pertaining to my build and every single questiin i had was answered, the parts were at a very reasonable price too. This shop was a blessing to go to bc i left there feeling that i was completely taken care of, and relieved that i can go home and finish my build competently. I from here on out will always refer and take my projects and builds to these guys!
