Went to couple other dealerships first. At these other dealerships, I got as far as signing and handing over a check yet the numbers didnt not end up what we had agreed too so I walked out. Then called numerous dealers and got quotes over the phone. Finally called Sanderson Ford and they were the cheapest, most direct and transparent in dealing with of everyone I called or talked to in person BY FAR. I did all the work to buy the car over the phone initially with sales rep Dan Wickham. Worked out all the details by phone with him, he emailed me everything that we agreed to so it was in black and white. I agreed to a car that was already in the process of being built and shipped to the dealership and would take about a month to get in. Dan periodically would update me on the delivery date to the best of his ability. Finally arrived, he called to have me in, paperwork was already done, all in order exactly like we had discussed, and walked out in short order with my new car with very little waiting. AND comparing price quotes I got from other dealerships for the same car, the deal I got from Sanderson Ford was several THOUSANDS CHEAPER!!! It was not close. Ill never go elsewhere to buy going forward if I ever need a car again. Great experience, very easy. I recommend Dan to the highest degree. Couldnt be happier with the whole process.

I think it’s safe to say that buying a car can be one of the most stressful times. “Am I getting a good deal? Am I getting a fair amount for my trade in ? I think we have all felt like this at one time or another when buying a car. With that said, I contacted my local Ford dealer and inquired about the 2021 Ford Edge Titanium. They put me in touch with one of their salesman. A gentleman named Tim Rhodes. I sent him pictures of the vehicle I wanted to trade in. He quoted me a price and when I got there, that was the price they gave me, no surprise changes. I was greeted with a handshake and a smile after this man waited for me for 7 hours. He took the time to teach me that the previous car dealer, where I bought 2 cars from, were dishonest and did not tell me that when you trade a car in they are supposed to give you money back on the extended warranties you purchase if they are not used. I have to tell you I moved here 1 year ago and this was the best experience on purchasing anything since I’ve got here. This man/my friend Tim Rhodes was a true and utter gentleman. I took delivery this week on a custom order F-250 King Ranch from Sanderson Ford who was able to deliver to me everything I wanted in my new truck when most others failed it took over 10 months of going through other dealers to just keep having orders cancelled. We just bought an amazing, used Ford Mustang from Sanderson Ford. This was during September when there were hardly any new or used cars available. Our salesman Eric Apodaca knows his job and does it well. He helped us get the car we wanted. His advice was spot-on, and even though we didnt follow it as we should have, he still managed to help us get the car we hoped for. We would not hesitate to shop at Sanderson again.
We all hate dealership for one reason, salesperson are hound dogs and they will haunt and hound you day and night upon stepping foot at a dealership. Albeit the current economy does not require such approach due to record breaking sales, plus there are no vehicles to sell. Having said that, due to everything nowadays being order only, more patience is required by the salesperson making it more of a nuisance to the consumer. Ryan was beyond exceptional on every level given the above. When spending 100K on a Super Duty, I made my research, options, looked at every detail in and out, and made odds and ends with was there to look at in person. Ryan made sure I was not skimmed out in that regard by any means. After 4 months of countless visits to the dealership, phone calls to Ryan, questions, and concerns, I finally made my decision to place my order. Never once did I feel pressured, rushed, annoyed, or any felt any sense of discomfort dealing with Ryan. Even after taking delivery and spending 2 hours looking over the final built, before driving her home, he was there attentive every step and second of the minute. Hopefully salespersons learn to develop and become like Ryan. It helped and made the purchase pleasant and enjoyable. I had the best car buying experience ever. I walked in the dealership and I spoke to the first person I saw. His name was Carlton. I told him that my credit union had pre-approved me. Carlton took me into his office so that we could start the process. My bank did not get back to him that afternoon. The next day I showed up to finalize the deal on the car. When I walked up he met me outside and said “I have some good news and I have some bad news.” We walked into his office and he told me that my bank had denied the loan. Then he told me the good news. He was able to get me approved through one of their lenders and my payment was actually less money per month and fewer months for the length of the loan. Carlton provided me with first class service from the moment I walked in those doors until the moment I drove away. THE HONEYMOON IS OVER!!! Its been 14 days since, I purchased the truck and Ive spent 0 miles driving it. That because, it has been in the service department since the day I signed the sales contract. During the delivery we identified some areas that needed to be addressed. Since then, the service department has not been able to give me a date when the truck will be finally ready to come home.I fully understand the part availability may be bad but, setting some expectations on when things can get done and giving meaningful updates are things I expect. Instead, I was told, they dont know when it will be done. 2 weeks and Im still waiting.If you dont want your Ford to be stuck in a Bermuda triangle. DONT get it serviced at Sanderson Ford.Great place and great people. Thanks to Mike Holyoke in sales and Mark Powell in finance. Buying cars should always be this easy.
Went in expecting to spend the whole Saturday at the dealership- like the last 2x we bought vehicles other places. Extremely shocked the whole process took 3 hours or less! Sanderson Ford and Ray were great to work with on our recent purchase. We ordered the vehicle on 2 Dec. 2020 and it was delivered this past week. Ray kept us updated on the build status throughout the entire process. Our vehicle was affected by the chip shortage, but I suspect most vehicles are these days. Sanderson sent an IT Specialist to deliver our vehicle and one might ask why? Francisco took the time to show us the basics of our new vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with what we learned. Francisco also made sure he gave us his contact information in the event we needed more IT support.My wife and I chose Sanderson for a reason even though I could have saved thousands of dollars by shopping locally, Sanderson has always taken care of their customers. Sanderson has a sense of caring and giving back to the community. The local dealership is not trustworthy and this is through personal dealings with the local dealership.I would definitely recommend using Sanderson over any other dealership in the state.

So the service was done right. I had a few issues but everything was solved and corrected. Just bought a Ford and wanted an actual Ford dealer to do the oil. Definitely will be back.
I am highly upset with their customer service along with their mechanics and supervisors. Idk if it’s a race thing but it feels like it. Every time I go there ( mind you they are the only ones that touch my car when it comes to oil changes.) they never do their job properly and try to over charge for their mistakes . I went in for an oil change 8/28/20 and they tried to over charge me because my battery had rust I told them it was fine I can do that myself. I go back to do that myself and the mechanic left the little brush there as if once they told him that I didn’t want the service he just dropped it there. That’s one. I talk to the manger he told me to come in and I told him I fixed the problem. He said next time I come in ask for him. I did and got my next oil change everything was fine.that was 1/21/21. Fast fwd it’s time for another oil change 8/27/21 on the invoice it said previous tech left oil filter lose had to clean off oil this service. That makes me so upset because AGAIN they are slacking when they shouldn’t !!! That legit could mess up my engine which they Will have to replace!!! They need to double check everything every-time I am getting so tired of this. I rarely drive this car and every-time you guys touch it something pops up !!

Im giving 3 because the individual who assisted me was very polite and nice.1) During my visit, it was recommended that I have bolts replaced, that didnt need to be replaced, merely due to the age of my vehicle, also recommended was,2) Windshield wiper blades.3) I was told there was an oil leak but it was not a serious issue.3) What I wasnt informed of, but should have been, was a coolant leak that was on the paperwork which I didnt see until leaving; Im hoping in the future, more attention is given to what is essentially needed vs routine sale initiatives.
We are two time buyers from Sanderson and there is no one I trust more with my business and vehicles. We use Sanderson for our custom needs and the maintenance shop for all repairs and maintenance. I feel respected and valued. I have felt, from our first experience on their lot, that they are honest and transparent about pricing and process. Came in to see what selection Ford has as I’m trying to find the right car, was met by Daniel Higgins which was exceptional help and very knowledgeable with every question I had for him. Normally I’m off put by going to dealerships because of fake pushy salesmen that don’t do their own research about their inventory but Daniel sure knew about every single car I had a question on Ford or not. When I was checking around I talked with Ray the salesman and he was very informative for me.I ordered my truck and it came in as expected. The only guy I talked to was Ray, where was no bouncing around from person to person as Ray handled it all.The dealership is keeping prices the same as most others are raising prices with add on fees.
Excellent experience. Randy Slezak the sales person that sold me the car did a perfect job. Nathan Finney, The technology advisor got me off to a great start and will come out to my house next Tuesday for an additional instructional session on the cars technology, and the finance person did an excellent job on closing the loan on the car. Their overall philosophy and service is second to none and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
This is by far the best Ford dealership around. Their no pressure sales is Awesome. they do not pressure you to buy, but they are always there if you need help or have a question. We have bought around 15 cars from this dealership. They have the BEST salesman in Florin Nichitean and the BEST and most knowledgeable General Sales Manager, Tom Collins. The car that you buy is always cleaned up real nice and has a full tank of gas.I highly recommend Sanderson Ford and use Florin as a salesman.They are the BEST!

I enjoyed my purchase experience at Sanderson. Mike Miller was a pleasure to work with and I was very happy to find the Mustang Mach-E that I was looking for available there.I’m happy to recommend Sanderson Ford…and that’s a lot considering that my loyalty has always been to Earnhardt, having worked there for a few years in the mid nineties.
Due to the micro chip shortage, delivery of our Bronco Sport was quite long - Sanderson did the best they could do with a bad circumstance.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! My car was supposedly “fixed” at another Ford dealership and took nearly 2 months to fix, within 10 minutes of getting my car it broke down with the same issues. In less than a day this dealership had my car running like new. Not only that, but they told me if it was to be a long fix they would’ve provided me with a loaner. I wish I took my car here initially but now I know where to go from now on! To top it all off, they even washed my car before giving it back to me. Ask for Mike Saldivar if you can he’s great.
Sanderson Ford is great! We were able to get the car we wanted, get the terms we wanted and felt no pressure at all. They answered all of our questions ahead of time and did not make us feel rushed. They are not overpriced either!!!

Good experience buying a used Lincoln Nautilus. Price was decent, Salesperson (David Woods) went the extra mile to get all the paperwork done in a timely manner. They delivered the car and spent a good amount of time walking us through all the features.
