Bought a 4Runner from Best Auto and the service seemed to be great but the only thingc they told me about the 4Runner is that they got it from auction, not that it was an out of state vehicle with rust issues. Their 2010 Toyota Sequoia SR5 is listed in their website & AutoTraders.com as No Accidents. I know a Clean Title might still have had structural damage accidents. I called them & they confirmed No Accidents. I spent the money for a detailed CarFax. There were 2 damage reports. The most recent damage report from 4mos earlier said Structural damage disclosed by seller based on results of a visual inspection. Vehicle sold. Then the next line, CarFax says Dealer took title of this vehicle. The Carfax shows proof that the prior owner disclosed to Best Auto that there was an accident with structural damage. Best Auto gave me false information and falsely advertised it.

We were in desperate need for a family car but werent looking for a soccer mom mini van. A friend had recommended this place to us. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Omar who seemed to be one of their technicians but was very informative and seemed to know their inventory very well. We mentioned what we were looking for and he gave us a few options. He mentioned a jeep commander 2007 4x4 with 4.7 engine leather seats, moon roof and 2 sun roofs for the back passengers. They had just gotten in but wouldnt be ready until another week. We needed it in the next couple of days since we were looking to go out of town. Omar then introduced us to some guy George to see if theres any way to get it ready any sooner. Right away we filled out an application and helped us get approved. Something that seemed was going to take longer only took 3 days and we were on our way in our new Jeep. Would definitely recommend this place and Im glad this place was recommended to us. Had bad experiences with other small dealerships selling vehicles that had been tampered with. Only problem was the stereo was jammed but as soon as we got back from our trip Best Auto got it fixed at no additional cost. Will definitely be coming back here.

After 2 days of looking threw there inventory we found the 2015 Scion XB and fell in love with it. My husband and I bought a SUV at Best Auto about 2 weeks ago. The SUV we wanted to test drive was up on the ramp. The battery was dead and our salesman had to jump it to get it started. I said I was concerned about the dead battery and our salesman Louis Cano assured me that he would replace the battery with a NEW one. His words not mine, he said NEW! We bought the SUV and I asked everyone there to make sure the battery was replaced with a new one before we left. All assured me that it was. About 4 days later, on a Sunday, I was getting ready to leave my house and the battery was dead. And of course there closed. So road assistance came jumped the battery and said not to shut off the car. The battery is shot. I bought a battery at Auto Zone, it has the VIN # on the receipt to prove it belongs to my car. I have it installed across the street. Almost $200 down the drain for a battery that was supposed to be new. The sticker on it by the way said 4/18. They lied! Next day they were open I took receipts in for reimbursement. I was told all there cars have refurbished batteries. WHAT? Either a car battery is good or not. Im not a dumb woman, I know my vehicles pretty good. I hate being screwed over. I was refused my refund. Stay away from this joke of a dealership. They will treat you good until they get your money in their hands. After that they will treat you like your a nobody and a liar.

This place is a joke! I Would give it a zero but it wouldnt let me. Financed me then pulled it the next day. Was told they refunded my down payment and they never did. I had to call them when I didnt receive my refund and go back up there. I received my refund 10 days later. Then, I asked for a simple letter stating I never took ownership and was told there was no file that I ever attempted to purchase a car and corporate wont allow any letters to be written like I said what a joke.

People like lies, putting this company right. of best car. when in reality they sell ruined cars. I say this because I bought my first car there and they know that I got the bad transmission and a big oil dump. I claimed them for at least two months. They told me it was nothing. That some sensor. They only make you endure time. for the end of the guarantee they give. And now that $ 1500 to repair it. I would really like that those who want to buy a car do not attach it there. bad service. liars selling things that dont work. irresponsible

And Im sorry but at least paint them better and tape it. Instead of having overspray. But no thanks you wont have my business.

I bought a vehicle here in Glendale and the car came issues and I took it back to within the 500 miles warranty three times and the mechanic never fixed the issue. The mechanic they have in central London is a joke. Don’t buy cars in Glendale location, the manager Luis is a liar and rude. I asked the Luis guy when the car got an oil change he didn’t know. He gave me an attitude (short man syndrome) The cars they have are lemon cars which they quick fix until the car is sold. I went to see the same guy Luis and refused to exchange the car because I was late with a payment, oh yes I am going to be trying to pay an issue you fail to fix over a year. I have all the proof to file a lemon law complaint as well. I will file a complaint to the BBB.
