It was a stroke of luck that my quick google search led me to this place! On my way to work my brakes were singing me a song. When I called the number a friendly voice answered the phone and told me to come right in. Despite a very busy shop, I was seen right away, and even given a ride to work so I could leave my car. Not long after that I got a phone call giving me my options, and by lunchtime I received a text that my car was finished. When I picked up my car, to my delight, my total bill was less than quoted! I will definitely be back!

My car has sticky gas pedal. A man named Emad Salama ( I believe he is manager) take care of it. He called me back when the car was fixed. He tell me drive to see if the problem still there. It turn out excellent. He did not charge me. He said it is small problem and come back another time. I cant believe he fixed it for FREE. This man is HONEST. I strongly recommend this business.

I drove an hour from home (passing many other auto services) to intentionally patron this business! I first visited them earlier this year when I thought something was wrong with my transmission. They looked it over and confirmed everything was fine, and they didnt charge me for work they didnt do. Signs of an honest business. Fast forward to this week: my brakes have been screeching for months and I knew Id be going back to J&E for replacements, based on my first experience. They fixed my brakes while I waited in their little office for about 3 hours. Robert was very kind and patient even though the phone was ringing off the hook and he was doing a million things at once. My brakes are so smooth now! They even texted me this morning to make sure everything is okay. Excellent service!

Dont use this guy. I had a problem with my heating core and he claimed he would fix it. 1200 dollars later everything seemed fine for about two years, then it gave out again. I went to a dealership this time and had it fixed for real. When I called him to check the warranty on the part he kept giving me the same old song and dance he did before. He then proceeds to offer me 100 dollars for it almost two years later. IT may seem a nice gesture but it is apparent to me its because he know its his fault. Dont listen to this guy, just go somewhere else.

My lexus engine was misfiring. I called Emad to check it and he had it ready for a very reasonable price the next day. After some engine work my car is running very smooth and no issue since then already 3 months. Same job at the local dealership would have ended adding up more and more in repairs. Having found this place is one of my best move.

J&E Complete Auto Service is amazing. I brought my car to them after the manufacturer dealership was unable to remove my seized spark plugs after having my car for 6 days. Emad and his team were able to do the work above and beyond my expectations. Within 24 hour they had all my spark plugs and engine coils changed, within 48 hours they completed what the dealership couldn’t in six days and also did a full brake job, front, back and refinished my rotors. All for the same price the dealership tried to charge me for 1/3rd of the work Emad and his did. They finished the job, the pricing is extremely fair and they get the work done quickly. Another reason why I will leave a 5 star review and see why J&E Complete Auto Service is a 5 star business, is because one Emad and team are very honest, only fixing what needs to be fixed, within 48 hour of me leaving they sent an email with a online portal to your service records and what they recommend as your next service and within 72 hours Emad personally texted me to make sure I was satisfied with the job they completed. This will be my permanent car shop I go to for all my repairs and service. And I would definitely recommend J&E Complete Auto Service to anyone who needs work done on their car. I will share this shop with my peers personally to make sure they are getting the best work done on their cars.If I could I’d leave 10 Stars! These guys know what they are doing and they do things the right way for a fair price.

It has been 3 weeks since I visited. I waited to write my review until I drove my car a bit. I am very happy with the service that was performed. I had a high pressure power steering hose replaced and both lower control arms. The work was done to the quoted price and was completed when they said. They may not be the least expensive compared to a few other shops, but they are far less expensive than a dealer and the work was done properly. I do wish they had cleaned up some of the power steering fluid from the under carriage as it continued to drip for a few days following the work. The best review I can give is: I will return to these guys the next time I need work done and felt as though I was treated with honesty and integrity. I would recommend this shop.

Ive been in and out of this place several times throughout my years in Los Angeles. I must say they are one of the ONLY places where I got an honest opinion. The Chevy Dealership in Burbank completely screws up diagnosing my vehicle, but J&E Complete has always been honest and up front and told me the actual issues. They even said that certain things should be under warranty and take it back and tell them this or that about that issue Ive had. Theyre very knowledgeable and good people. I cannot recommend this place enough.

J&E is great! I had a flat tire and brought my car in super last minute. Emad helped assess my cars needs within about 15 minutes of my arrival even though his lot was pretty busy. He helped me determine that I needed all four tires (they were so bald!!) and was able to get the job done in under two hours. He also offered hand sanitizing wipes for any time I needed to sign anything or be at the front desk. Overall a great experience and a really nice team of people.

I needed replace the transfer bar on my Subaru Forester. The dealership wanted $1,600 for parts and labor.J&E did an excellent job replacing the transfer bar and because the price difference was so drastically lower than the dealership, I replaced the struts (which were on their last legs) too. All this cost me almost $500 less than the dealership wanted for just the transfer bar.In addition to a very fair price, everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Every time I communicated with them, they all addressed me by my name, which to me, shows respect enough to know with whom you are doing business.Lastly, I don’t think I needed to wait more than 5 minutes for anything; I dropped off and picked up, but was always serviced promptly.I will be returning for any future needs and will be recommending them to everyone I can.

Just do yourself a favor and go here. I have an older car and all of the repairs cost about half of the price of my other quotes. Plus they did a much better job fixing and replacing different parts and wires in my car than who I originally paid to fix it. They were really friendly and worked with my school schedule. I definitely wish I had come here first instead of the issues and hassle of pep boys or hauling my car around to different shops.
