Ive had nothing but good experiences with Kia, but not this Glendale Kia. Customer Service from the beginning to the end was not good. Already having hardship of my car being damaged on week of christmas, in a city away from home. Then the service being completely unpleasant.

This place and this people contractor not a real kia service. Really worst services only trying to charge extras fees making excuses.Im satisfying kia cars but i hate this kia glendale car pro service contractor.Will report to Kia usa headquarters.
