The tech was very candid which I appreciated. He treated me fairly when I brought my car for repairs. Would highly recommend!

Be nice if they tightened the drain plug after my oil change. Huge oil stain in the driveway I have to remove because of the poor service.

They were open on New Years Eve and able to service my car. Beyond that they ordered the wrong lug nuts for my winter tires causing the rims to fall off. They also installed my directional winter tires and wheels on backwards. They also forgot to sync the tires to the tpms system which is something I thought was unspoken since its a Nissan shop.When I confronted them after my rims fell off they scribbledy phone number on loose paper saying they would call back. I had all this work redone again for cheaper at another shop a week later.I got 2 services doesnt that would be easy for any other shop, they royally messed up the winter tire installation and did an oil change. For 130 dollars I got ripped off with no formal follow ups or apologies.

It didnt seem like they did the service that was supposed to be done.
