The owner (I think) Chantel is very disorganized and it requires several attempts to get through to her. The installation went well and we like the final product however I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone who has a deadline to have installation done as this business tells customers one date and then completes on another date without apology or adjustment on price for inconvenience.

I stopped in to inquire about repairs to the canvas on a tent trailer, the person who came to the front was very nice and introduced me to the owner. She was very helpful, took me into the shop area and discussed options for my repairs.

We spent almost $7,000.00 dollars in new awnings in our house we just purchased 4 months ago, we used this company because the prior owner of the house had a couple awnings made by them, we called them and had 12 new awnings made. After installation, two of the windows are hitting the awnings when we open them, I called the sales person and he said he will get back to me, two days later, to our surprise, he said that we had to pay for the adjustment, I said no way, the owner Debby or whatever her name is, said that we have to take the cost of her installer to come and raise the awnings because I told him the height that should be installed, and I did so to make sure they were on the right spot (as the company and I agreed upon placing the order), I talked to the salesman (Tim) doing the measurement and we talked about the height of all of them, neither him nor the installer (the so called experts) ever mentioned the issue about the height being an issue when opening those two windows. Now We are stuck with two awnings that wont allow our windows to fully open. After spending all that money on the awnings, $200.00 is not that much to pay to rsise them, we have more than enough to come up with the expense, what irritates us is the fact that the business is so greedy, that they would rather charge the costumer $200.00 to fix an issue that could have been prevented by her employees before it even happened, I will pay my contractor the $50.00 for an hour of his work to elevate the two awnings, but I know it will cost them a LOT more on the lost business they will get when we tell people about how they run their business, Its called Karma. I took many pictures and will be glad to share so I can prove my point.
