The best party rental place in San Fernando Valley. We called and ordered a jump house for our sons birthday party and they did not have the selection we wanted but agreed to send us a larger and better one for the same cost. What a deal. Owner is real nice and their overall prices are lower than other shops I have seen. Highly recommended.

This party product store is really amazing. I wonder how they manage to carry all their products in that store. Anything you can think of to brighten up your party or events, they have it. Best of all, their prices always seem to be better than other place I have seen in the area. We go there whenever we need balloons, DJ rental equipments or jumper room rentals.

You can find a lot here but its not as economical as I thought. I do come here for last minute finds though. Very convenient.

You can pretty much find anything you need related to any party, for any age, for any person. I bought confetti, balloons, banners, cups, plates, napkins, party favors and decorations all from here.They have a station where you can pick up any deign balloon and have them blown out by one of the workers.They even have a wide selection of piñatas.They have their own parking lot which makes it easier to pick up things and carry it to your car. Their prices are s but higher than the rest but since the location is convenient and their customer service is good it’s worth to pay a little extra.

Great service! They helped us the day of our party when we decided we needed more tables and chairs. We also decided to try the bounce house for children and it was a big hit at the party. I would definitely recommend Printland for your events!

I rented chairs, table, and table cloth from them last week.Their customer service was excelant, I was not sure about number of my guests and changed my order several times, during this process they were very helpful. They were prompt and on-time as well. I would definitely use their services my my next event.

So glad this place is in my neighborhood. Needed some quick bday decorations for my sons first bday was able to find everything I needed and more.

So happy they had Hanukkah candles!! They had a small selection of Hanukkah decorations, but anywhere else had even less. They guy who helped me was nice, and they do charge for credit card purchases under $10.

Party Rental saved our Christmas! Their huge selection of party products and their low prices helped us throw a great party. Will use them again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a fog machine for a film shoot. We were told the fog machine would come with fog juice. We paid for the largest one they offered and it was supposed to come with a remote. We had a set runner go and pick up the item and when he returned we found they gave him the smallest one weve ever seen, almost no fog juice, and no remote. We ended up not being able to fog the set at all. We contacted the store to let them know we would be returning it a day early and expected not to be charged for it. The store replied and said we would be charged for all the days we reserved because they do not honor refunds. We informed them that they gave us the wrong item entirely. The store informed us that that was OUR fault for not letting THEM know that they didnt include everything we paid for when our runner picked it up. Shouldnt the store know its own items and understand what each order consists of? Shouldnt their computer system tell them Customer A is receiving item B, not item C? Its simple business 101 and this place doesnt know the first thing about running a proper business. We rented numerous props, lights, wardrobes, and generators, all of which included what they were supposed to. This place is the only one that failed to deliver what they should have, and then blamed us for it. We wasted our money and it ended up costing us parts of the film. The store operators are rude, inept, and run a terrible business. Take your money elsewhere.

Lots of stuff for event. But one time I walk in . And the store manager was yelling at the top of his head . At the staff. . I feel for the staff. . Some one needs to put that store manager on check.
