I always go to this location my girl I normally see is on a leave. I went in for a normal Brazilian (I have a rare skin condition down there where my skin is discolored) and I saw Marina today it seemed like she was grossed out by it and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a Brazilian she said I bled. I never bleed and I’ve gotten the same service done so many times. She didn’t want to wax anymore because of my skin condition… I left feeling like there was something wrong with me.

I absolutely love this EWC! My waxer is Alexis & she is the absolute best. I recently started getting Brazilians & we all know how uncomfortable it can be, pain wise and just in general, but from the start Alexis made me feel comfortable & feel like I had nothing to worry about. From the minute you walk in the door & are greeted by the receptionists, to the wax, to walking out the door & everything in between, it is a 10/10 experience! I absolutely love the receptionists & Alexis who are all so knowledgeable!

Went here for an eyebrow wax. Chose Journey because of the reviews. BIG MISTAKE! Eyebrows came out horrible. Will revisit this location but will definitely not see Journey.

I really liked this facility! All the staff I interacted with were very kind and answered all the questions I had since this was my first appointment. Journey was my technician and she was very professional and put me at ease throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend both her and this center.

I went here once and listened to all their rules. I had a crazy bad regrowth ingrown issue. Felt super self conscious about myself.I even bought their products they suggested for sensitive skin. Was just so bad, I could never bring myself to return.I can say waxing just cant be for me.

I saw Journey for my first wax and she was so sweet and really made my experience easy. I could tell she really cared about making me feel comfortable and truly takes pride in her work. She took her time walking me through each step which really helped me feel calm. I will definitely be back and refer all of my friends in to see Journey!

Twice in a row I have gone here and not only did they not honor the gift card I got the day before, because i needed a gluten free bun, the staff for got my order (over 20 minutes sitting in curbside) and I had to call and they remade the order. I have a gluten allergy and was they keep the bread frozen and that is why I was having to wait again. They just gave me the order without the bun. I got home it was on my receipt charged for it, but not in the bag. The lot is to busy traffic is hard to get in and out, there is not way I will go back to this location. Find another one or go to other places near by there are a lot of choices.

I was looking for a place that sugar waxed but I was having a hard time finding one las minute. I decided to give this place a try and OMG!! I do not regret it. I am definitely switching.

On August 31st, I had an appointment for an upper lip wax and a bikini line wax. I got in and out quickly and thought my upper lip looked mottled. As Id never had an upper lip wax before, I thought my skin was just sensitive. However, as time went on it became very clear that she had either burned my skin or ripped it off during the wax. I had a red mark above my lip for weeks afterward. I decided to call and talk to the manager, as I wanted her to be aware that the tech did something wrong and to make sure she gets properly trained. When I called, the person answering the phone said the manager would call me back, and asked for all my information. I told her my name, phone number, what happened exactly, the date, name of the tech, etc. To this day Ive never received a call back and I will never, EVER, return there.UPDATE: After I posted this review, I finally heard from their district manager. She was very apologetic on the phone and asked that I try them again. She seemed to care, and I will try them again. I will update again once that happens.

I had a problem at my last appointment and the management called and refunded my money. I appreciate all of their help and their professionalism!

I really had a great experience. First of all, I thought my appointment was at ten, but it was at nine. They were able to kindly fit me in. My waxer was Nicole, and she was amazing. She explained step by step what was happening. We made a solid plan on how to get my brows where I want them and I thought that was awesome. I will be a returning customer. 😀

I went in for a wax and was burnt by a waxer named Nikki. Came home and was still bleeding. I called and was told they would note in my file that i would never have her again. Boy were they wrong. I ended up getting her again. Not happy. I asked why that happened and their excuse was that it was not in the system and it must have been erased. I asked to see a copy so i can report it. The receptionist told me that because they are a franchise my complaint wouldnt do anything. So here i am now publicly complaining. Properly train yourstaff about customer services and skills.

Their wax and process seems to be the best Ive ever tried... not only do the hairs grow back softer/thinner, but my appointments seem to be made 6 weeks later rather than 4. Everyone is different so dont quote me on it, but their products actually help too. I dont really want to sign up for their plans, I rather just pay as I go when needed since life happens. Otherwise, their rooms are nice and clean and the girls always seem welcoming.

They are very nice and always ask how you would like your wax shaped. It is usually cold in the rooms and they do not have anything to cover up with. It is always clean. They have long hours so it should fit everyones schedule

Had an eye brow appointment with Mekaela and she was amazing! My eye brows were uneven due to someone doing them before! I really thought there was no saving them! She did them PERFECTLY!! I don’t trust many people with my eye brows! So I was very nervous going in to get them done! Let’s just say I am a very satisfied customer and I will be returning every 4 weeks! I HIGHLY recommend Mekaela!!!! !

I have been going here for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are trained very well in what they do and everyone is so kind. I absolutely love Sam. She will always be my waxer as long as she is there. Sam takes the time to get to know you, she genuinely cares, and even remembers details you talked about the months prior and will follow up on those things with you. It takes a special type of person to be good at what they do and also genuinely care about the people they come into contact with. I highly recommend this place for all waxing needs.

Setting up a specific appointment time is a joke. 3 weeks ago, I had an appointment scheduled with the last person who did my wax. I called to cancel that appointment and set an appointment with my normal waxer, for 8am this morning. I received a call later that day saying i missed my appointment. Supposedly the person i spoke with earlier that mornng only moved one of my services. So, the lady apologized for the mistake and moved the rest of my services to my 8am appointment. I show up today for my 8am appointment only they dont have me in the system until 4:45. I advised that isnt possibly, my waxer had an 8am appointment available 3 weeks ago, so I took it. I was told my appointment again was at 4:45, which I never wouldve agreed to as I am with my family on Sunday afternoons. This isnt the first time theyve messed up my appointment time. Needlessly to say, I cancelled the appointment for this afternoon and left. Very unhappy with this location. Update: I received a call from Maureen and she apologized for the situation and set up an appt with my waxer later that day. Things are getting better here.

I come here every 3 weeks or so for my brows. This location is great. The front desk girls are always friendly which stands out to me because it can be intimidating as a guy to come into a place like this sometimes. But I always feel welcome. My waxer Rachel is the best. always in a good mood, remembers me, and very thorough and efficient.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! I had my first appointment yesterday since they re-opened for business in light of the COVID pandemic. They did a great job of implementing new safety strategies for their guests on top of also making sure they felt taken care of and pampered.My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 with Rocky who is my regular waxer and I absolutely love her! Due to all the new guidelines they have to follow for sanitation and cleanliness, she ended up running behind and they couldn’t get me in with her. Instead of just saying ‘sorry you’re out of luck’ the manager Maureen I believe is her name did her best to make sure I could still get in with someone since I had been waiting for so long at this point. She squeezed me in for a 10:00 appointment with Marina and was deeply apologetic for the inconvenience even though I wasn’t upset in the least bit because I understand what a crazy time we are in and all the extra precautions they have to go through now. Marina was great, very friendly and conversational and also very gentle.When it came time for me to pay Maureen checked me out and comped all of my services. I didn’t expect her to do that at all but sincerely appreciated how accommodating she was for me. Highly recommend the 67th and 101 location, all the girls here are wonderful!

The girls in the front are pleasant, friendly and efficient. this location is very busy so idk how they do it sometimes but they do! If you want the absolute best bikini wax go to Rachel- she is so fast, makes an uncomfortable experience comfortable, and she is sooooo meticulous. Not a single hair will be left behind. Absolutely awful customer service. I called to let them know I was going to be late a couple mins they said they had a 9 min late policy which I said I would try and be there by then. Made it on being 5 min late and was told I couldn’t be seen. I have been a customer for years and felt their customer service should be better. Glad a wasted my time.

EDIT: I feel bad because I had forgotten to edit my review. After posting this review I was compensated for my next service. I have yet to go back due to everything being so crazy. I am willing to give them another chance after they reached out.I I have been to this location in the past and had great customer service but after today I will not be going back. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I got there on time and was checked in. I then waited 30 minutes before being seen. I am very patient person so the wait is not what bothered me. What bothered me is that the front desk would make eye contact with me and then continue talking amongst themselves without saying anything to me regarding the wait. I would have appreciated an “I’m sorry for the wait” but I was just looked at. There were also multiple people with appointments after mine that were seen before me. Then there was a woman that waited 15 minutes to give something to a waxer but before the waxer came out a front desk associate apologized to her for the wait and gave her a stack of free samples. I have to say, the waxer was amazing and even apologized for the wait. I would love to see her again but after the customer service I received from the front desk associates I will not be going back.

Best Waxes I have ever recieved. I have been going to this location for 5 years now. Staff is always friendly and fun. The waxers are thorough at their job. Their wax is the best I have ever used. Its a hard wax instead of a honeybased wax. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

Have been going to this locations for years! I used to just book with who ever was available but Tamara is my girl! (My wax specialist) shes the best friendly, fast, and perfect technique (a lot less painless) Ive been seeing her for quite some time. You dont feel like youre getting waxed but like youre having a quick convo with a girl friend. I had some scheduling issues (on my own behalf) needed to get is and saw someone else, wont do that again! Most of the staff is good, some arent great and some are better than others. With that in mind you want to see some one who knows what shes doing 😉👌🏼 Seems like they have a high turn over rate at front desk but I cant remember any girls that werent friendly & helpful.

Have been to this location numerous times after moving from the east valley. I have NEVER met such rude, mush mouthed young women! EVERY time I call to make an appointment the girl answering sounds like she would rather be ANYWHERE but answering the phone! When you cant understand what they are saying, it makes for a very unpleasant phone call! Someone.....whoever owns this business......really needs to take a look at how these girls present themselves! I have put off making another appointment for services because I know EVERY time I call I will be treated like dirt! PLEASE find a different location if you are looking to be treated with respect!!

One of the moms I babysit for recommended this place so I decided to try it. I cleary said I wanted the appointment for this Saturday (which was today) get there, and they had me in for next Saturday. Then I was told I maybe could get squeezed in later. Im sorry, but it wasnt my fault you didnt set my appointment on the right day. I should not have to change my plans and wait around because of a mistake you made. You also didnt seem to care to have lost my business, so Ill go elsewhere. Id rather pay more and know things like this wont happen when I make an appointment.
