Im only giving them 2 stars because the guy was really nice but the girl working was extremely rude. I go to pay for my stuff and they cant find me not that thats my fault but the girl made me go all the way home to get my license right now for something they messed up. I have shopped here many times have never encountered an issue buying my stuff they should have honored it and not took me all the way back to my house that is ridiculous.. So here I am driving all the way home to have to drive all the way back there on my time money I got because they have something wrong

I shop mostly at CosmoProf and Salon Centric. The last several times I’ve gone into Salon Centric there always seem to be boxes in some of the isles, the nail polishes are scattered and very few. It looks like they are packing up most of the time. But the final straw was at checkout they want to charge for bags now! No thanks! I’ll be shopping at CosmoProf 100% of the time. The amount of money I spend there, that’s ridiculous!

I mean, you can walk in and buy stuff but theyre not very helpful with making orders online or over the phone. I wouldnt count on them for great service like other locations. They said they were high volume so that affected their ability to provide service comparable to other locations of the chain but it was dead in there and there were very few orders. Its always been dead in there every time Ive been. Usually messy and dark.

The girls that work here are amazing and friendly unlike the Surprise location. They are helpful and go out of their way for you (except their manager- she is awful)!!! And when she works the surprise location shes even worse. If they had a different manager I would rate them 5 stars Im only getting them 4 stars because of the managers rudness & unfriendliness.

Don’t shop online. I placed a order online when the stores were closed then my order got lost and I never received my package. I cancelled my order and it took 6 weeks to ever get my refund. NOW they are saying they sent me 2 refunds and I owe them money and are going to send me to collections over one online order. I will never shop at salon sentric again. They have been harassing me and saying they sent 2 refunds and I owe them money. I NEVER GOT MY PURCHASE AN I NEVER RECEIVED 2 refunds! They are sending me to collections. They have the worst online system and I should not be harassed saying the are going to put a collections my credit for there flawed system!

I went on a Saturday afternoon on June 5th.. every time I go there they never have no color that I need for my clients. They’re always out of stock on a lot of things.. The cashier looked like she wasn’t happy working there...

They r a helpful group of girls, I love the 2 with green hair they know their stuff, saved me a time or two! Thanks for ur knowledge!

I have the best time every single time I come into this location. All of the girls are super friendly and always keeping me up to date on their favorite products! Love them!!

No Kenra products at this location. I guess its a regional thing (SalonCentric carries Kenra in Kansas). No worries, tho. The clerk was very helpful and we got everything we needed, including a new Wet detangler brush for my baby girls hair.

They have what we need...but I hate how the prices arent clearly marked or they are covered by the manufactured decorative strips.
