Family dollar has a lot of great merchandise. But beware… everything is not $1.

The employees customer services could improve to be exited to be employed and a little customer friendly when customers spends money there, I will take my money some where else. The store could be a little cleaner.

Gross store. Very ghetto. Merchandise and boxes everywhere, very unorganized. Very dark. Felt dirty!!! Had a smell. Walked out.

Cashier was very nice and cheerful made my day

If they close at 10 why is their door closed at 9 ?

Online says they close at 10 pm and they actually close at 9 pm….ig. Their store hours posted on their window also says they close at 10 pm. They should update it.

These employees need to be let go, one of those women kept almost stepping on my feet and it was very close to pushed me! The other one was laughing was behind the register...I can’t make this up!

Very nice workers, clean store, and it is huge with non-stop sales and everyday WOW stuff for $1. I absolutely love this store for all my needs even clothes😉

By far my favorite store and the manager has been there on Saturday more than once as the cashier. which Ive never seen in other stores.I want to thank him publicly for being as good as he is with Customer Service very friendly,as Cashier very quick and my guess is accommodating to employee s as to why he was cashier on Saturday. Good Man deserving of Gold 🌟.

Cluttered. One sales associates was not at any help or approachable. I was coming down an aisle and she decided it would be a good idea to block so she could stock. The courteous thing would have been to let me pass first. Didnt seem to really wanna be there. If you dont like your job, or are having a bad day. STAY HOME

Firstly let me address the bad reviews I read. This store is in unsavory neighborhood and anybody who is bothered by a over attentive customer service representative of the store is probably up to no good. That being said the store is well organized. Allan is a super friendly guy. Love finding really good bargains in this place.

Smaller than many easy to find right next to the Subway restaurant prices seem high for a dollar store. Manager a bit lazy and not exactly the friendliest but things are fairly easy to find and I do like some dollar store brand products as well. Not bad quality and many things like the flocks and trash bags reasonably priced actually quite cheap and good quality

This store looks like its been hit. Store needs major attention. One cashier and 7 people in line. Not good. Young man at register very courteous. But this store is hood. Just cause its in the hood no need to be hood.

The manager was very rude and didn’t let the cashier show me how to use the coupons on my phone. She was being helpful and he told her let her learn it on her own and you do what you need to do. I asked for help which was very unacceptable. I use to shop here with no problems until now.

Not the best. Not the cleanest. But sometimes its just better than the dollar trees in this area. Still no 99cent store tho 😉😂

They have definitely gotten a lot better in the last few monthsA lot of new faces and very friendly.

Going here all the time things are very reasonably priced and I picked couple outfits

Had to bang on the window once to get the managers attention that it was 20 minutes past the time she was supposed to open. Rude people. Long lines. They act like you are committing a crime if you try to return anything. Very Unpleasant to shop there. Its great in a pinch which is why it gets two stars.

This is one Ive been going to for a few weeks and I still like it and the pple poor are nice.

Horrible experience. Was followed by an older Caucasian lady with glasses the minute I walked in and wouldnt let me shop comfortable. I feel like I was being racial profiled & not treated with proper respect.

This store sells food for reasonable prices.

Employee named James needs to go back to training. I cant stand people like James that looks at the color of someones skin and assumes s**t about that person. James dont ASSume to know people when you obviously dont. Its people like him that makes us spread the word to NOT go back in that store.

Terrible customer service! The employees have terrible attitudes! Everytime I shop there, only cause its close to home, I am treated poorly by a cashier named laura and their manager has done nothing about it even though we have reported her many times, shes constantly making calls on the clock and while attending customers ans yelling around the store with other employees about sex, drugs and their personal lives and shes staying away from the register. She makes ugly expressions and hand gestures at us. To be honest almost all the employees there act like this. Only a few are actually worth keeping. Something needs to be dpne about their customer service. Retrain or hire new people!!
