Horrible Experience!!!! This place kept my lawn tractor for over a month and they fail to call and let me know it that it had been fixed and ready for Drop off. when i went in to pay for the service i was told that my check was not approved so l had to go to the bank and withdraw money. i was also told by my bank that my account was fine. I went back to the store and informed a gentleman, I’m not sure of his name but I told him that they have a problem with their TeleCheck system. He would not apologize for the inconvenience of me having to leave and go to the bank because he did not feel like I was inconvenienced. and he felt like he had no reason to apologize for anything. The next day my tractor was dropped off and when I started it the blades were not turning for me to cut the grass. someone else had to come back out to my house and pick up the tractor again now I’m sitting here with no Tractor and my lawn looks awful.This has been an absolutely horrible experience and I don’t think that I will be doing business with them again.

Old lawnmower didn’t start and took it here based on the positive reviews. I was told they were about 3 weeks behind in diagnosing movers. After a month and no call, I called them to get a status update. Whoever answered didn’t know and said he would call back because the work should have been done by now. No call back came so I went over-found out they had written my phone number down wrong. Turns out the mover was not worth fixing, so I bought a new one there mainly because I could apply the old mover diagnosis fee to the purchase. New mover had the starter cable loop installed wrong-I guess double checking details is lost here.

I have an older Stihl chainsaw that was acting up ( user/owner) issue. I took it to Village and spoke with Jeremiah in the shop. He asked and I explained what was going on and he fired up the saw after a bit.He checked out the piston and cylinder to be sure it was not shot. Tightened the plug and started the unit adjusted the carb and sent me on my way. Great guy, great service,and he created a loyal customer when I buy new. Highly recommend. You dont find many businesses with an employee that generous and reasonable. Thank you Jeremiah. I am back in business cutting.

I took a snow blower up there to get a tuned up lubricated fixing to be good

I liked this place. I got there 30 minutes before closing to buy a snowblower. I could tell the guys there didnt really want to be bothered but Steve stepped up to the plate and showed some professionalism. He explained the differences in the models and showed me how they work. I will return this week to purchase my snow blower.

Brandon was very helpful to find the untreated mulch that I needed. There is even a deal when you buy 4 bags or more. I will be coming back for vegetable and rhubarb plants in May! Good prices on top soil, fertilizer and mulch. They are also looking for full and part-time counter help if you know someone who needs a job.

The absolute best garden/landscape center in SE Wisconsin. Ron, Doug and Jeremiah are courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. There is no high pressure sales, honest evaluations and always a reasonable price for any service. I know I can find cheaper prices at Mega Stores, but I am glad to pay the small premium for the gold level service you get here!!

On plus side, they are pleasant, professional, and will fix anything if you want to pay for it. Also they had both new and used units available for sale when I went. The downside is I found their repair costs too pricey.

When my snow thrower was beyond repair, they really tried to fix it, but could not (original workmanship, not their fault) they let me know, and did not charge me, except for the shop fee.Always get my flowers from here, in the spring and summer.

Needed my gummed up carb rebuilt for my snow blower. Guy said he would rebuild it and replace the parts in it. Went and got some lunch in the area and when I came back an hour later he was done. I put the carburetor in the snow blower and it fired right up.I’ll bring all my small engine needs to these guys. Very helpful and very nice.

I had a weed eater that wouldnt start, and i just knew i was going to be spending enough money to fix it. The guy came out the back, cranked it fiddled, around with it, and told me to change the spark plug and use this synthetic gas. Worked on the first pull. Simple or nor these guys could have charged me an arm and a leg but they didnt.

Out standing customer service i tried to convince the owner to buy some of my pallet furniture. He explained that it looks very nice but was not interested in the nicest way possible.

They stand behind what they sell. Bought a used snow blower last March. Start it up in December and it wont turn off. Finally got it back to them and they fixed it on the spot! This is how to keep customers coming back!

Walked in asked the guy at the cashiers table did they have this particular screw, he said “where did that come from”, I showed him then he said “ what type of lawn mower? “ I said idk he said “well I need that cause I’m not about to dig through that box of screws” without even touching the screw smh. Very rude DONT NOT SHOP HERE.
