Most Terrible Location. I paid for items ahead of time online ONLY to get the run around for almost an hour about how they could do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me after completed transaction and proof of purchase, only after I called 911 on them after they called security on me, Management Needs To Do Better,Ive spent too much money with Pagoda In This Pass Year To Recieve The treatment I got today

So..we walked to this stop in the middle of the mall literally only to get my sister some nose rings...and then decided to all get a matching ear piercing!! All the ladies were kind and smiling....but I have a specific shout out. Miss Amanda did all three of ours...and we could NOT be happier!! She was fantastic. She greeted us with a smile..kept conversation with us and still did her job excellently...she was fabulously friendly and kind...had the utmost patience with us as we decided on colors and placement precision...lol...and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. We all grabbed one of her cards before we left. She made our mother daughter date so much more than we even planned for it to be. Thank you girl. You are a phenomenal person 💚💚💚

Great staff and amazing service. I took two of my nieces - one to get her ears pierced, the other to get her cartilage pierced, and I decided to get a second set of piercings in my ears at the same time. Amanda was incredibly patient and helpful with suggestions as we each picked out our earrings for the piercings, as well as sets for after our piercings healed. (Couldnt pass up 50% off with the purchase of a piercing.) She also took the time to answer all of our many questions about the different types of metals, healing periods, and concerns Ive had with past piercings. When it came time for the piercings, Amanda thoroughly cleaned the chair we would sit in as well as the piercing gun (which is even more assuring nowadays). She was then very careful to position the holes just right, and was gentle and calming when performing the actual piercing. Neither of my nieces flinched at all, and even though I dreaded the pain, however small, Amanda was so careful that I felt safe and calm, and I barely felt more than a small pinch.To be honest, I was initially very skeptical of getting any piercings done here and thought I should instead take my nieces to a piercing shop, but after this experience, Im glad we came here. I dont think we would have received the same level of care and service anywhere else. Amanda was a blessing, and I would absolutely go back to her again.

I would give it 5 being as though I came here on Thursday and received exceptional service for me to come back and actually buy something but today was totally opposite maybe its because its Saturday but what I observed it cant be just that. (Near chompies) As one woman was helping a customer the other was doing side duties as I stood there for 5 minutes knowing what I wanted at that point I gave up when she was able to answer the phone, and be able to help others after so went to the other side of the mall where I wasnt even noticed while 3 girls were talking to each other directly in front of me. && another couple had to walk up for someone to ask me if I needed help. (They didnt have the chains I was looking for) Its beyond frustrating when youre ready to spend the $$$ but not given the time of day for whatever reason

I purchased a ring for my wife. We had to order the size we wanted from the website, because all of theres are 1 size. The representative at this location told me that it would only take about 8 days to get the ring (that was on 6/18). A representative told me today that they still have no estimate of when I would receive the ring due to Covid. The employees at the store need to make it clear of the potential back up of MONTHS. Now I am attempting to get a refund that they may not be able to give me. I will never purchase anything from here ever again.

I just took my 5 year old daughter to get her ear pierced for the first time and it was a great experience. The employee welcomed her gave her a sense of trust before piercing her ear. They went over every step of the process with her so she knew what was happening.We then had the pleasure of having both staff pierce it at once which was a blessing Im sure she wouldnt have completed both ears if it was done any other way. Great place!

Today my husband and I had a wonderful experience . At arrowhead Mall at PIERCING PAGODA!!. AMANDA STYLES WAS AMAZING!! She was very patient and understanding. Miss styles showed us the most up respect and best customer service ever . While shopping with my husband for his birthday weekend . I was shopping at Arrowhead decide to stop at my favorite place Pagoda it always has the best people working always loved the service. I’m sorry to the location by JCPenney I will have to go to another location the service I received was horrible I was looking in the case and another girl came and just took what I was looking at. I understand seasonal hires which I hope she was maybe I’ll be back after they get back to normal sorry girls I have to say rate is a 0

The reason for giving them 1 star is because their piercing gun got stuck on my daughter’s ear causing her more pain. Second reason is the earrings are cheap material because it caused a lot of infection (I was always cleaning the pierced ears with spray that I bought there) and the back part of the earrings are too big getting stuck on clothing. At the end I just wasted my money and I took off her earrings and she’s way better from her ears. I won’t recommend any one about this place. Just bad experience for me.

This store has an amazing team there to help with all your questions and needs! I feel at home when I walk in and chat with Kevin the store manager about Nascar and he always makes sure we are well taken care of! Tiffany has always been my constant and she goes over and beyond to help my husband and myself out!! She know my taste in jewelry and she finds me the perfect treasures!!! The entire team is wonderful and knowledgeable about there product and financing!!!! I will not go anywhere else beside the Arrowhead Jared!!! Thank you Tiffany and Kevin for always putting a huge smile on my face!!!

Appreciate the associates after I left my bag on the counter was able to come get it the next day with no problem. All items where in my bag as well.

I called yesterday about getting 4 holes in one ear and they said they could. So we went in today and we were told we need a appointment, which was not said to us when we called. The lady I spoke to on the phone tried to lie of course. Its a long drive for us so I would have made a appointment had I been told, We were told there was a appointment at 235 so I said I would wait since it was a long drive for us. The older lady rolled her eyes at me and said well go to Clairs(with attitude). So I said ok at least they arent rude! Went into Clairs, got the piercing done and was HAPPY TO GIVE CLAIRS MY 258.00 AND THEY WERE NICE!. Thank you rude lady for recommending Clairs, best decision! Made my daughters 21st birthday a hit!

Clean and friendly environment. Staff was personable and knowledgeable. We watched a young girl get her ears pierced and the associate was very entertaining, yet remained professional at all times. Good visit.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to get my 3 month old granddaughter her first piercing from there and after 2 days, 1 earring fell out. Called them since we had the warranty, which was just added to the bill with no questions asked, but they wouldnt cover anything because we lost the earring. $70 for a pair of earrings that fell out in 2 days ON A 3 MONTH OLD and they refused to help, even though they told us their gun malfunctioned when getting it done. No clue what the warranty even covers honestly. Shes 3 months old, doesnt move around enough to have it be her fault the earring fell out. Horrible customer service, would never go back and would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.

Went to both kiosks. One kiosk there were 3 girls too busy on their cell phones to help us. Stood around looking waiting to be acknowledged, stood directly behind the group, talking to my mom so I know the girls know some was behind them and was never acknowledged. Sad because there were like four sets of earrings I was ready to buy. Guess they dont really want money. Its just gossip time.

Love the merchadise but the attitude of staff sucks. I didnt even see anyone working for the few minutes I looked. Once she approached she told me that she was waiting for another staff to help her with a baby piercing. I felt rushed when I was trying to find the right nose piercing.She never asked me if I wanted insurance on it and never offered me a bag...I looked at a necklace and it seemed as if she was irritated that I asked the price... She the said go ahead and keep looking. Im going to go over to help them. Well okkkkk... Never effin mind!

Absolutely unprofessional! They have no real knowledge about piercings. Completely butchered my daughters nose piercing. YOU DO NOT USE A GUN.

Don’t recommend this place, the lady that did my ear was very rude and basically told me I was stupid for wanting to pierce both ears on the Heilix. Didn’t give me the option to look at any other earrings except the most expensive ones, she didn’t give me time or space to think about if I wanted to get my ears done there or not and kept trying to talk me into it which was very annoying. This place is trash and the attitude the ladies have are trash as well.

They were pretty good. I went today and my friends and I waited 20 minutes to be helped, there was only 1 girl running this station at arrowhead mall. She was super nice, I got my nose pierced. I was a bit nervous because she said they only pierce with piercing guns, I know you should pierce your nose with a needle, but this was an impulse decision on my behalf. Piercing looks good, doesnt hurt. I do think that nose piercing jewelry should definitely not cost $50. Also, the ring put in after the fresh nose piercing shouldnt be a fishtaip style stud, it should be L style, or bone style. I currently have the fishtaip one and am super paranoid about it falling out, so I sleep with a bandaid over it. It would make the customer less anxious if they inserted anything but the fishtail type of stud.

I took my five year old to get her ears pierced. I was hesitant at first going to a piercing pagoda but it was what grandma wanted to do. I wish i remembered the ladies name who helped ua because she was just amazing!!! She talked my daughter thru the whole thing. She reassured her the whole time! She didnt cry or whimper! Then I got to buy her two more earings at half price!!! They were just fantastic!!!!

I wanted to see a few pair of earrings and kept calling the 3 workers but they were all busy talking and gossiping to even notice I was asking for him I literally repeated myself 3 times before even being noticed. Got what I wanted and right away went back to gossiping with each other. Also wasn’t even the back of the earrings I purchased after asking them I wanted them not the ones it came with the paid I purchased. Never coming again.

Do NOT go here for a Nose Piercing! The stud they put in has no backing it kept coming out no to mention it Costed over $60 & ended up having to get it redone. These people have no idea what they are doing...

And the original price was 64.dlls. I wouldnt trust this place after my friend got f***** . Buyer beware!This happened at Arrowhead mall.

Bought earings from here and one fell out and i didnt notice * earings arent supposed to just fall out*. i went back cause i had a warranty on them, my cause was they malfunctioned because how does an earing just fall out? And the worker said there is nothing they could do just offered a small discount on another pair. Dont buy from here.

Its just a little stand down one of the center isles, the staff is friendly and helpful, they have no problems with returns make sure you have your receipt, they have very affordable prices on theyre jewelry and they do carry charms that will fit a Pandora bracelet, they carry a wide variety of jewelry and they offer ear piercing on the spot, if you love jewelry at descent prices you should check them out!!!
