I actually visited the library which is quiet and an easy place to do research, study or read. Just widh it was open longer.

I purchased a textbook two weeks before start of class, they said it was in stock. A week later I was informed it was backordered. I immediately requested to cancel my orders. I sent cancellation emails and phone calls every two days for 8 days. All were unresponded too. They then charged my card for both orders and shipped them regardless.Still unresponsive asking then to fix their error that overdrafted me.Edit: I got here exactly at 9am, they didnt open until 9:10, and then failed to do anything about a simple return and refund within 20 minutes. Had to leave to not be late for work. It sycks having almost $200 floating around that I need really badly lol.Will try again tomorrow and every single day they are open until its resolved

I never wouldve thought I would love a college bookstore but I do. The people who work here are very nice and fun. The store always has something cool I havent seen before. I spend too much time in this place.

Has all of my course requirements. Each time that I went to do a pickup for my online orders, the staff were quick to retrieve the items, and able to point me to where to find additional course materials. Bonus points for the selection of children books that are usually on clearance.

It doesnt stand out from the parking lot so I walked past it. Clear directions or a sign visible from the parking lot would be helpful. Other than that its just a college bookstore.

They do a good job at keeping the line flowing when things get busy at the beginning and end of semesters. They have fairly good prices. Sometimes they have better prices than anywhere online. People who work there are friendly. All in all, good spot.

Its no Borders, Glendale C.C. Bookstore glossy and there arent 10 copies of each book, nor are there a ton of places to sit around and read before you buy (though there are a few). Also, as with most used and independent book stores, Ive always had better luck just browse-and-buying than with going in with an actual list.

Reasonable prices. Competitive with staples and office depot.

Fast & accommodating. They are pretty fair about their pricing and make return pretty easy.

Excellent customer service, they went out of their way to assist my daughter with obtaining the correct text books.

The staff is friendly and always happy to help you find what you need!

Nice people working there and always someone there to help find what you are looking for.

Waited in a line for 25 mins to be told to go to online book sale line even though I purchased it in house but they were out of stock. Frustrating.
