Boot Barn has a decent selection considering shelves everywhere are nearly bare. The staff is helpful. I especially appreciate that they offer a discount to first responders, military and union members. My husband is a retired LEO, and I am a proud member of the IBEW.

Pretty okay. Nice selection on boots and jeans. Very nice for womens clothes if into the fancy, bling filled look. But also good selection for safety gear for construction guys.

Needed new pair of boots for work. This location alot bigger than old one. Great selection. Agents seemed interested in helping but didnt pester. Only thing I didnt know until after I bought my boots that they offer discount for union members.

I had a great experience there today. The girl Fatima helped me out a great deal. She did a great job and knew her stuff. I accidentally pulled her away from something and didnt realize she was being trained on it, till the manager started talking to her out on the floor. Which in my opinion she should have e pulled to the side where no one could hear her. So I went and apologized to her for getting her in trouble and she said thank you but it wasnt your fault. She deserves to get a raise after today. She was very professional!

I had an awesome experience at this location while picking out boots with my maid of honor for my upcoming wedding in October. A nice young lady name Lauren helped us out for about a good hour. She was new, but she really knew her stuff. I even picked out a pair for my wedding day to go with my dress. If you need help in the boot area, I would recommend Lauren to help you out.

Well I just went in to their new location which is in the strip mall not behind it. Much bigger much more to choose from. I was looking for a vest to wear in the summertime. I found one in the clearance but it was a medium I needed a 2X this African American gentleman working there very patient man help some of the younger inexperienced employees they were kind as well and wouldnt you know it even though it was discontinued he found the exact size I needed at another one other stores had it shipped in less than a week I love the new location and Ill be going back quite I love the new location and Ill be going back quite often.

They really did not seem to care I was there. You had 3 customers in a giant store. More employes. I just needed work boots. Huge selection.

Nice store. A lot of boots,shirts,belts. The only issue I had was, when looking for shirts, the sizes were all over. Not in location they should have been. So it takes longer to find your size. Im sure they will get better. The store just opened.

Excellent store and mostly great customer service but Lynn should be ashamed of the way she handles interactions with her customers. Blatantly rude and abrasive. Luckily I had a nice gentleman and younger gal helping me but unfortunately had to witness Lynn yelling over the phone at a confused customer and she was just as rude and snippy with her customers in the store.

This location has an exceptionally small womens selection. The girls that work there didnt seem too interested in helping me find a hard to find size. The gentleman working there, who was helping from another location, tried his best to help but they just dont carry any tall womens jeans.

Ordered a pair of thorogoods online and had them delivered. UPS never delivered my $250 boots. I called boot barn and they opened an investigation and 10 days later were told that I had to open it because I have ups choice. So i did and UPS canceled my claims 3 times and told me Boot barn had to open it! I called boot barn and they told me there’s nothing they can do and I can’t get my money back! Just like that they stole $250 of my hard earned money! Complete BS!!! No stars would be a better option now I have to take legal action! Way to go Boot Barn!

1/7/2021 - I went to this store for work boots. There was no one to assist me or another elderly customer in the boot area. Staff members walked to the rear of the store and not acknowledge us. I have shopped for work boots for over 25 years at dedicated boot stores in Tempe, Phoenix and Glendale. At those other stores staff is readily available to measure your feet, help you find the type of work boots you need for your line of work, help with locating the different brands you might be interested in (because they know where they are on their shelves) and help narrow down your search for boots in the price range you are shopping for. It felt like I was shopping at Payless with no one to assist you and hundreds of shoes the stare at.This is my second visit at this Boot Barn and I honestly will not return since there is no assistance in shopping for boots.I wasted so much time looking through hundreds of their boots to find the right fit for me at the price range I was shopping for.

I had a manufactures defect that resulted in a tear across the sole on both boots. They exchanged them no questions asked. I was expecting to pay for a new pair. Amazing customer service.

Prices very high, poor slection

Awesome clothes, style is western great selection of ladies clothes. My son likes the mens styles, hats, boots, hat bands, suits. My grand daughter likes the jeans...pockets with embroidered rhinestone embellishments. Service was good, nice sales staff.

Friendly greeting at the door awesome service personalized and attentive. They dont try to sell you something you dont need and the answer all your questions honestly. Fantastic place to shop Ill be back and I recommend others to go as well. Their online store is great and you can pick up at their store.

Great store everyone in the store is very attentive and helpful I come here for all of my boot and western wares needs. I cant get more than 5 feet into the doors without being greeted. If you need boots, western ware or work ware I recommend coming here. If you visit this store, Bo is very helpful and knowledgeable and will help you get the right set of boots for you. Definitely check this store out.

Ive never bought boots before so I asked Mike for help. He measured my feet helped me find my size and made recommendations for the type of boot that would meet my needs. He was so helpful and made it so quick and easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The best service Ive ever had! (Mikes manager please take note!) Im so delighted with my purchase. All of the boots seem to be such high quality. If I ever need another pair of boots, I know where Im going and will recommend to all my friends!

Pretty good selection of boots here. I needed some work boots and got a good deal I think. Only issue was a lot of what is advertised on sale on their website was not in store. A lot of stores are like that though. Cant carry everything in store I suppose.

Tiny store. 4 parking spaces. We walked in at 5:55 pm. Went to look for a specific boot we were going to purchase on site. Saleman walks up and in the same breath he says, can I help you? Were closedSo nope we dont have those boots and we were walked out.When you want to get home more than to having a little patience and customer sevice.

The right boot for work

During my visit at the store today I was looking for boots and I was basically told to get out of store, if I wasnt buying as I was trying on boots. Definitely wont be back my buddy who was a former worker informed me his name was Larry. I am very irritated with the lack of customer service and how rudely I was treated, it takes more then 5 minutes to find boots!

Since they have moved locations their customer service is horrible. The attitude the cashiers give is not friendly. The associates walking the floor, lack knowledge on their inventory and the selection in the store is so much smaller than before.

Boot Barn has almost any boot you could ever want or need. I shop here for steel toe work boots, which they have dozens of. I am always satisfied.Keep in mind, this isnt super Walmart, so the prices are anywhere from $150 - $500 for a pair of boots. But you definitely get what you pay for.I will continue to buy all my boots from Boot Barn. I highly recommend them.5 stars!

I do not recommend this location! I went in to find a new pair of boots and pants and the girl that “helped” me was rude and offered no advice. Just some snarky comments about wearing boots with basketball shorts being cool... how is that helpful?I would however recommend the Avondale location. They are a lot more knowledgeable and helpful, definitely worth the few extra miles if it means staying away from this place!

Boot Barn is a class act! I am a trades man and wear my boots day in and day out. I had a miss hap with the sole of my wolverines. They took my return and got me in a new pot of boots that fit my work needs and gave me a full credit for my broken boots. Brianna was incredibly helpful!

This is where I buy my work boots. Red Wings are no good these days. Ridiculously huge selection of work boots with knowledgeable staff who are helpful and nice. If you like Western wear they also have you covered as well as good tough work wear. Not the cheapest, but quality doesnt come cheap.

This place is awesome, they go way out of the way to help you!!! I wear a size 15 and work in an area where oil gets on the floor and they special ordered a pair of work boots for me. Not only did the boots come in on time, if the boots didnt work they would have tried something else or have me a refund. They also have casual boots in there that are almost to nice looking to wear with a very wide selection. They are awesome!!!

Could have bought boots cheaper on amazon but they gave me full attention and expertise. Showed me how to properly size and fit my boots. Also taught me how to maintain and care for the boots. Will purchase from them again.

Its a great store and the salespeople are great and real helpful. The only thing I dont like about boot barn is their reward program because it expires so soon. Ive bought 2 pairs of 200.00 + plus boots and both time my rewards expire before I can use them. If Im a loyal customer than my rewards shouldn’t expire. Something like this makes me want to find another boot place

I will never be doin business with them EVER again! How they run their business is very unprofessional and unacceptable, I would never recommend anyone to come here! I went in on Sunday to get boots for my wedding, it was supposed to be a happy and good experience. At first it was, I found my boots but they didnt have my size, so they told me they could order them for me there and have it delivered to my house. So she took my card took all of my information down and tried to place the order. She said it didnt go through asked for help the man that was there told her not to push the button to submit it again and yet she did. So then she said everything was worked out the order was placed Id receive and email. I was walking out checked my account and over 800$ was charged they charged my card 3 times!! They said the money would go back in a day or two, its Monday never received an email so I called them they said an order was never placed! I said at this point I just want all my money back that this was such a horrible experience and I wont be doing business with them again. The manager said if I change my mind she can give me 10% off, wow thats great take off the tax of the boots after charging me 800$. No thanks. Ill get them somewhere else its now Wednesday still didnt get my money back I had to call my bank to get my money back!

On August 31, 2015, I visited the Boot Barn in Glendale, AZ, for the first time. When I walked in the store I was immediately welcomed. The store looks great, it is organized, it has a substantial variety of products, and their customer service is great.The green and orange tags placed on their boots were very helpful. Thanks to that it did not take me long to find the right work boots for me. I found the boots that meet the standards for my field of work (wastewater treatment), and the best part, they are comfortable.The Boot Barn has a new customer!

Walked in and first person to see me was a lady with dirty blonde hair and white shirt who looked to be the manager she did not greet me but instead stared me up and down in an awkward glare giving me that prejudice vibe. Past right by her ignoring me still, then seen other uninviting employees. I was looking for a pair of specific boots and could not find them then this bright spirited young lady asked if I had and questions she can help me with, and Ill tell you what she saved this store another bad rating her name is Charlie. Boot barn should thank her for giving the paying customers the proper inviting attention to us customers who walk in this store. That manager looking lady in the white shirt past me a total 4 ignoring times and still stank of that horrible prejudice like vibe, on the other hand Charlie was awesome and was more than helpful she helped me find the perfect boots for me. Looking for boots and the selection was terrible. No customer service. Not a single boot in the ad was there that i could find. Walked out, went home and bought my boots on line. Very disappointed
