Cant recommend this place enough. I went in to look at some balls/shoes for my wifes birthday. Prices were pretty on point with what I had seen after considering the drilling and 2 year warranty. Kyle was super helpful, and with a deal they had going on I got my wife a reactive resin ball, nice shoes and a bag for just under $200. The most impressive thing about it was within 25 mins they had the ball drilled to her custom size. She was able to go back after her first game and get her thumb drilled a hair bigger for preference as well.

I am returning to bowling after about a 20 year absence. My old bowl was about 30 years old, made of plastic and just didnt quite work as well. Kyle was very good at recommending a better ball for todays bowling alley conditions. I had same day service. I purchased a new ball and bowling bag.

I have had two balls drilled at Revolutions, and they both feel like I was born with them on my hand. I wont go anyplace else.

I am a novice/recreational bowler, but I have always had my own ball. I decided to start my new league with a new ball and I am so glad I came to this shop instead of ordering it online. Don and Kyle were so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me pick out my ball explained all the various options and never once acted like it was an inconvenience. I mention this because customer service seems to be going by the wayside these days. I was excited about the new ball and reserved a lane to try it out and Don had walked down to see how it was working out and even shared some of his veteran bowler tips. One other thing I should mention is that I had never been here before and while I was waiting for the ball to be drilled I encountered several more employees who were so kind and welcoming. Even those patrons waiting for the league play smiled and said hello. It was really noticeable how great the atmosphere was and I will be back to bowl there for sure. I highly recommend this spot for any of your bowling questions or needs! So impressed by this place!!!

I had a ball drilled at another shop. After 3 games, my thumb nail split. I went back to shop where I was told to stop bowling for at least 2 weeks. There was no checking the ball or mention of remedies. At the suggestion of a dear friend, I took the ball to Jim at Revolutions where he discovered that there was WAY too much left pitch in my thumb hole. He slugged and drilled the perfect pitch and shape for my oval shaped thumb . Thank you Jim. Revolutions has a lifetime customer!

Awesome customer service. The pros were extremely helpful and would even watch you throw a couple to give you their best recommendation on a bowling ball. They can drill, they can refinish, and overall tune up your bowling ball. If youre new to bowling or even a consistent bowler, I would absolutely recommend this place. Went to a pro shop on Bethany homes and 19th ave and they screwed up the last ball I purchased, I quit bowling for about 5yrs because of it. My ball sat out in my trunk un-used until it cracked from the heat. I neglected to purchase a new ball until just now.Kyle did a great job on my ball, I can’t say I’ve ever had a ball fit my hand as well as the new ball I got. I bowled a 185 and a 189 my first two games since owning my own ball. Can’t wait to take this bad boy back to the lanes and bust out some 200+ games. Well done Kyle. Ive taken about a dozen people to get a new ball, shoes and bag over the last 2 years and these guys are the best at fitting a ball to your hand. First time i went here for a re-drilling of my left handed ball to a right handed, and met Kyle at the pro shop. Kyle did a wonderful job on getting my questions answered and even adjusted the thumb hole on my spare ball for it was hurting me and and getting cuts on my thumb. Played on my spare ball right away while Kyle was busy refinishing my other Roto Grip Hyper Cell Fused ball, and was so relieved that my thumb doesn’t hurt anymore! Can’t thank Kyle enough for it! Moved down from Washington and needed some new equipment. They were great in helping pick the right ball for me and to compliment what I brought with me. They were very patient and friendly. Now I am having a ball drilled for my son. This will be the 3rd ball Ive gotten from them.

I got back into bowling over 2 years ago. I purchased a used Hammer Arson Hybrid from Jim Pratt as my first ball. I found Jim to be very knowledgeable and most importantly, helpful. From day one, anytime I am in the bowling alley, he will come out and give me pointers to help my game. And my game needed a lot of help. I have gone from a 150 average to a 194 average with just the few tips he has given me. I have since purchased and had him drill 4 more bowling balls. Also, I used to despise having my equipment detoxed, as it was always a day to two day downtime. Now Jim has a detox machine in his Glendale location that takes the oil out in about 30-45 minutes. I appreciate that he was willing to make the investment in this machine to accommodate his customers. I will not allow anyone else to mess with my equipment outside of just routine cleanings. Please visit any of his 3 shops, but just know that the 30 minute detox is only available at his Glendale location at 17210 N 59th Ave. You will not regret it.

Their staff identified that my previous balls had not been drilled correctly for my throw (they had been bought from another local shop that was supposedly the experts in the field, they never watched me throw a ball, ever!), so frustrating to struggle with your shot and then find out the experts have failed to set me up correctly.A great strength of theirs is that they did not make me feel stupid for being a guy with a low average who is just trying to have fun and get a little better.Highly Recommended!
