I truly had the experience of my dreams at Bella Lily! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and I honestly would not have changed a single thing! The boutique is adorable, all of the girls are so sweet and helpful, and the gowns are gorgeous! I found the dress of my dreams, and it was just a fairytale experience all around! I cannot recommend this place enough, and Moira was sweetest and most helpful consultant I could ask for! She genuinely wanted me to find the dress of my dreams, and was so happy for me when I did! The icing on the cake was the champagne toast at the end! Love love love this place!!

Bella Lily was one of two bridal stores I went to for my wedding dress and I ended up purchasing one of their ‘private label’ dresses! I worked with Olivia and had an amazing experience. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like, was respectful of my budget, and made me feel totally special and comfortable. Olivia definitely made me feel like a bride. :-)

I just went to Bella Lily for the first time and I can’t stop raving about my experience. I had gone to a previous bridal boutique earlier that morning and left feeling discouraged and uncomfortable with my body. I didn’t have the positive and exciting experience I had anticipated and was extremely nervous going into my second bridal appointment (which was scheduled with Bella Lily). I am so glad that I found Bella lily and my dress!!! I worked closely with Becca and Olivia and they were the best hype women. I mentioned to them my insecurities with my body and they gave me options that made me feel beautiful AND sexy! As a plus size girl, I was worried that I wasn’t going to have as many options available for me to truly try on in store. Becca listened to my needs and wants and truly showed me dresses that I loved. It was hard boiling down my choices between dresses, but she guided me through deciding by adding the perfect accessories and veil. Bella Lily was a great experience from start to finish! The boutique was comfortable, quiet and smelled AMAZING, which felt more personal than some of the bustling salons I had been to before. Brenda even took meticulous notes about dresses I had shown her that I had pinned on Pinterest and she arranged for some to be sent to the store for me to try on. Brenda can attest it was not an easy feat finding the perfect dress for me; I had 3-4 appointments at Bella Lily before I finally found the one.Long story short, once I found my dress, Brenda suggested some great styling tips/additions that could be made to the dress to bring the whole vision together. When my order came in, it was an easy process to come in to try it on and make sure everything was perfect. I even bought all my accessories there too, including a crystal belt, bridal hair piece and veil.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Bella Lily and highly recommend them without any hesitation. If you are looking for an intimate boutique to find a unique gown and hang out with some pretty cool people, do not pass up Bella Lily!

While I ended up getting a dress that I fell in love with during a previous appointment, I wholeheartedly wish I could have gotten my dress here because the experience was 10000x times better than the shop I got my dress from. Every detail of Bella Lilly is beautiful. The dresses are gorgeous, the shop itself is beautiful, and the consultants are so kind. I’m convinced that Becca is one of the sweetest people on the planet and it meant the world that she was excited for me even though I chose to get my dress somewhere else. I had the BEST experience at Bella Lily Bridal!My mom, future mother-in-law, and future sisters-in-law came in last Saturday for dress shopping. Like most brides, I had a very specific idea in my head of what the perfect wedding dress would be. I had been on several websites and I was constantly looking through Instagram and Pinterest trying to find what I was looking for. I finally went out and tried some dresses on, but unfortunately didnt fall in love with anything. I was starting to run out of time and the idea of trying on more dresses sounded overwhelming. My boss recommended looking at Bella Lily Bridal, who she had worked with before on styled shoots. I made an appointment the next day and boy am I glad I did! They made me feel special the minute I walked through the door and had a huge selection of dresses to choose from. Alyssa was my stylist and she was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget. I was looking for something with sleeves which was why finding my dream dress had been so difficult. Brenda and Alyssa pulled out a couple sleeve samples so I could see what the dresses would like if I decided to make that alteration. I fell in love with the Willowby By Watters Galatea Gown and said yes to the dress! Bella Lily gave me a smoking deal and I was able to order extra fabric for my sleeves and still be within my budget! Brenda and her team are truly the best in the business, I definitely recommend that you look for your perfect dress at this phenomenal boutique!

I am so pleased this was my first and only stop for dress shopping! Becca, my consultant, was so sweet and personable! Dont get me wrong....they were nice. They were bubbly they were sweet. Im a plus size bride and on their website it doe mention having plus size dresses. But they didnt have many. My bridal consultant had me try on 4 dresses. 4. None of which i asked for. She didnt hear me when i explained what i was looking for. Just went and grabbed a few dresses. She seemed bored at different points. Didnt actually help me into any dresses....just waited outside the room asking if i was done. Then when i was finally over it she decided to go an announced to my whole wedding party my size dress and that they dont have many but will be getting more in stock soon. Thats not ok. Do yourself a favor and if youre a plus size bride go tbe extra mile and go to strut bridal salon in tempe. There was an amazing place!

Olivia was my Bridal Consultant and Gabrielle assisted her. These two women ARE the BEST!!! From day one, they treated me with such kindness over the phone and through many emails!! I was on the hunt for a dress my friend found online that was perfect for me!! I LOVED that dress!! I contacted Bella Lily to try on my dream dress. Olivia and Gabrielle worked SUPER hard to get me a sample dress to try on, because it wasnt currently in the store. AND I got a deal on getting the sample because they invites me to their Trunk Show, so it was free! If you EVER get invited please please GO to the Trunk Show!! I tried it on and it felt like butter! It was BEYOND GORGEOUS!! It was AMAZING!! They even allowed me to Zoom in ones, who could not make due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially my mom. They are exceptional with responding, even when they are really busy. They answered all my many questions and researched whatever was necessary. I didnt buy the dress ONLY because we decided to change the direction we wanted to go in with the dress and wedding. After a large and expensive oops from another bridal store, I went to Bella Lily Bridal. At the time I had 5 weeks before my wedding and the team at Bella Lily was able to get a new dress in for me in just THREE days. Truly unbelievable and couldnt be more thankful!! Brenda and her staff are absolutely AMAZING. I went to her shop looking for bridesmaids dresses and she helped me find the perfect dress that could fit all of my ladies. It was tricky because they all ranged in height and body types, and they lived across the county, as well as out of the country. I also wanted to find something i felt like they would feel gorgeous in, and could wear again. But I had to pick something for most of them without them trying it on. With Brendas expertise, she was able to find something even more beautiful than i could have imagined, and even made sure to ship it to them with just enough time before they had to fly out here for the wedding. Everyone loved their dresses, they were totally comfortable, and looked stunning. See for your self. Seriously thinking of a wedding party every year so I can wear all of her dresses.

Going to Bella Lily was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, it was amazing. The salon was all ours for the appointment, and we started out by sitting down and talking a bit about the wedding, the salon, and how everything would work. I was a little hesitant going in as I am a larger woman, but they had plenty of dresses in my size, in all styles. My consultant Olivia is incredible. She listened to my thoughts on each dress, and after trying on a few was able to find the perfect dress for me. #1 Bridal store in my opinion! My experience was excellent from start to finish. The first day I tried on dresses Gabrielle was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and patient during my appointment. She helped me narrow down exactly what I liked and didnt like and pulled excellent options that I would not have pulled myself. I took a few days to think about my decision before purchasing the dress and there was no unnecessary pressure at all. I tried on the dress one more time and it was the one! I just picked up my dress and everything fits amazing and will need very little alterations. Their prices are affordable and the customer service is amazing here and they have gone above and beyond for me in every aspect, including helping me find a trustworthy alterations shop once I move to Toronto. I would absolutely recommend all brides come here, they wont be disappointed!

Although I ended up buying my dress some where else, I couldnt recommend this boutique more. Brenda and her staff are really the most genuine and kind people to work with. We started our shopping with Bella Lily, and the level of service we received here was on a different level than any of the other boutiques we visited. It was truly an amazing experience for everyone, and I even received an email from Brenda (the business owner) the next day asking if there was anything she could do to help. EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF CUSTOMER CARE! The dresses she has chosen are also beautiful, and they truly have something for everyone. The building itself is also beautiful, and you have very private spaces in the building that are extremely comfortable. You wont be sharing a mirror with another bride! This was my first time shopping for a bridal gown. I had two appointments and this shop happened to be the earlier one. I had an idea of what I wanted which was a ball gown but I didnt have anything in particular as to detail. My consultant was Meghan and I had mentioned to her I was nervous and shy as this was my first time. She immediately told me that is why she was here with me and that she would help and suggest things to me. I had brought my maid of honor, mom, and sister in law in and they were treated wonderfully! I tried on about 6 or 7 dresses but the 2nd dress I tried on, I knew was the one and so did Meghan she saw how my face completely changed! I told her that I had another appointment at a different shop in a few hours and she did not pressure me at all to cancel but in fact made me feel so comfortable in knowing the dress I had loved would still be here. I literally could not imagine a better bridal consultant than her and the other ladies there who were so sweet. I ended up going to the other shop but still couldnt get the dress at Bella Lily out of my head! I left the other shop and emailed Bella Lily and told them I wanted to purchase my dream dress from them. They responded so quick (even though it was after hours) 2 days later and here I am today hours after purchasing my dream dress. I was able to try it on again before purchasing and was so happy with my decision. I would like to thank all the ladies who helped make this process so easy!!! I found Bella Lily Bridal on a google search in between appointments at other bridal shops. I spoke to Gabrielle and explained to her that I was in town for the day (from California) and had my wedding coming up in just 3 months. She gladly helped and made some time after her appointment to see me. When I got there I showed her what I liked and she showed me what was available in my limited time frame. She picked out 4 dresses for me and #2 was “The one!”. Between her and Brenda they made it happen for me! I went to about 10 different bridal shops in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area and hands down had the best experience here. Above and beyond customer service! My hairstylist recommended Bella Lily Bridal, and it was the first place I went looking for dresses. I immediately fell in love with the place. The staff made me feel at home, and I was in love with almost everything I tried on! Their selection is beautiful! The shop was clean and comfortable;simple and elegant.I went to a couple other places around the valley, but I couldnt stop thinking about this place and how much better their dresses were. They were just so much more modern and gorgeous on a completely different level than the other places. It was affordable in a way that many other bridal shops were not. I had the pleasure of going to Bella Lilly during a trunk show for the designer Stella York. My bridal consultant was so nice and helpful! And when I went to pick up my dress (about 6 months later) the owner of Bella Lilly spent so much one on one time with me! Brenda, the owner, is the nicest and most bubbly and amazing woman. She made buying a dress so easy and fun! The shop is super cute and all the girls that work there really know what they’re doing so it is a super easy experience. Once they have collected your money it is absolutely impossible to get a refund even if your dress does not come in time. They say they go off a contract but are the first ones to breach this contract! Brenda is not whom she pretends to be she is a horrible person !

Brenda is the sweetest! She was also very genuine, helpful and knowledgeable! I cannot say anything bad about her or this store. Everything was neat, beautiful and well organized. Bella Lilly is nothing short of amazing. I was blown away when I had my first appointment there. Everyone who works there is fantastic!!! They understand that choosing the right dress takes time, so they are not pushy like a lot of other places! I would recommend them time and time again! Bella Lily was absolutely wonderful, I had a feeling from the start that it would be where I would find my dress. The boutique and staff were lovely start to finish. Making the appointment was super easy and i was able to request in advance 7 dresses I knew I wanted to try on. When I arrived to my appointment, all of the dresses had been pulled and were waiting for me. My consultant Caleigh was awesome, she made everyone in my group feel relaxed and included in the process. I was able to try on all of my initially requested dresses and a couple more that she pulled for me. While I did end up choosing one of the dresses I requested, I was very pleasantly surprised by one of her choices. She had some great notes on things I could do to alter a dress to make it just right for me. She was always respectful of my budget and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I fell in love with a couple dresses but ultimately chose the perfect dress for our big day. Im so glad I went to Bella Lily first.

From the first step into this beautiful bridal boutique I fell in love with the place. It was unlike any other bridal boutique or bridal shop that I have ever been in. I was greeted warmly along with my group which included my mom, godmother, and fiance. The dresses are all so gorgeous and all unique. I was so happy that there was not a huge amount of dresses to overwhelm me.I never thought that I would feel so comfortable with anyone, let alone someone that was helping me in and out of dresses.As a plus size bride I never envisioned finding my perfect dress, let alone one that was so beautiful and that fit me so well.I am so happy that Bella Lily Bridal was my first and only stop to find my dress.Thank you so much Brenda for helping make my day so special. This was the best experience that I could ever ask for.

Shopping at Bella Lily was by far the best dress shopping experience I have had! Ellie was wonderful and has an eye for picking out the perfect dress. They made saying yes to my dress so effortless and easy, especially with me being an out of state bride. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I loved everything about Bella Lily Bridal! Dana was the best! She made me feel comfortable and was so helpful! I just LOVE this sweet bridal shop in Glendale. It is very quaint and classy. This is the first and only bridal shop I went to to shop for my wedding dress for our elopement. Brenda and her assistants were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; always going the extra mile to help me out and answer any questions I had. I chose a dress by Truvelle, just beautiful. They have trunk shows as well, so take advantage of that. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt prompted to for Bella Lily because they are just THAT good. Dont go anywhere else to purchase your wedding dress- this place is it! Thank you Bella Lily!

Absolutely loved my experience at Bella Lily Bridal! The owner helped me pick out my perfect dress that for me and everything Ive always wanted! She was extremely helpful and professional but also really fun! She doesnt push you to pick the most expensive dress or have you try on dresses that are out of your budget unless she discloses the amount upfront. I bought my dress from Bella Lily on 9/2 and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Dana is the sweetest and was so helpful. I was there alone, so she took pictures for me and was understanding when I wanted to try on a couple more dresses after I already knew I found THE dress. Its also a really nice touch that they take a cute polaroid for you to take home. Oh! Its also so great that theyre by appointment only, so there arent that many people in the store at the same time. I think its two brides at a time? So you really have the opportunity to feel special and like their focus is on you. I was really pleased with my experience there and Im sad that its over.

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Bella Lily and my experience there. The entire staff, especially Brenda and Ellie, were extremely friendly and helpful during my appointment. Their dresses are gorgeous and include a wide range of styles, without being overwhelming. Bella Lily was the first place I visited, and of the six bridal salons I visited, it was my favorite. The owner Brenda and her staff are so wonderful, and I enjoyed working with them so much that I came back for a second appointment after I was overwhelmed and sick of dress shopping and ready to give up. The dresses are beautiful, and my consultant, Raechel, was so patient and amazing. She listened to what I wanted (despite that changing several times) and never pressured me to make a decision. I would highly recommend Bella Lily if you are looking for a wedding dress shopping experience that is as low stress as possible!

Absolutely love love love Bella Lily and the ladies that make it what it is. They saved me in a last minute situation, and I wish I could get married over and over again every year just so that I could give them the repeat business they deserve. Most of the other bridal salons felt like chain stores to me whereas Bella Lily was intimate and personal and like being in the comfort of your own home (but extra glamorous) with friends. Their dresses are to die for and very reasonable. It was hard to pick just one. I wanted a classic and elegant dress, nothing over the top and they fit the bill in a huge way. Go see them if you want to be treated right! I cant say enough good about them.

Bella Lilys staff was so kind and seemed genuinely happy for me in finding my dress. I was visiting from Chicago, and they shipped it to me for free AND sent recommendations for local alterations places.

Wow. I am impressed with Bella Lily Bridal. They had the best variety to select from than any where else in the valley. I had my mind set on a beachy, fitted gown that i would be comfortable in. Brenda, the owner was right there with me to help find the perfect match.. and we did. To be honest, I wasnt sold on the dress because the size was so large (samples usually are) but Brenda took her time and showed me her current brides in the dress to help me understand the fit. She also took time to pin and alter the dress on me so I could really get the feel on how it feel on my hourglass body type (gals, these hips dont lie).And that wasnt even the best part about the hospitality. I only had 4 months until my wedding date to get the dress and alter it. Brenda was on the phone the very next morning making sure the designers factory got her first in line, and we got the dress in 2 weeks - WHAT!! Brenda goes above and beyond with her clients, and I am so glad I was a Bella Lilly Bride.

Amanda was amazing. I found the most perfect dress. The store had so many options but Amanda really listened to me and picked beautiful dresses for me to try on.

I really enjoyed my experience at Bella Lily. I had found my dream dress about 6 months ago online and Bella Lily happened to be the only salon in Arizona that carried this designer. When I called, they didnt have the exact dress I wanted to try, but ensured me that they had a few with similar fits I could try to get an idea of what it would look like. I was a bit bummed, but figured it would work. About a week before the appointment I got a call and they informed me they had been able to track down my dress and borrowed it from a salon in another state! I was able to try it on and it was even more beautiful in person. It was so sweet of them to go the extra mile (and go through the hassle) to make my dream dress available. I would most definitely recommend. :)

This place is so cute!! My friend had found her dress here and told me I needed to go here. That this was the place I would find my dress. I finally made an apt and so glad I did. I had been to a few other places to try on dresses and I was just not fully able to commit to a dress. Nothing felt just right. My consultant Caleigh was so super sweet! She is really young, but knew so much and seemed to get me better than any other consultant had. She pulled a few on her own that I would have never picked out myself that soon became some of my top favorites. I finally tried on the dress that she said first came to mind when I told her what I was looking for. I put it on and instantly fell in love with it, even got a bit teary eyed. I am so thankful I came here as it was a spur of the moment, last ditch effort in finding my dress. I couldnt be more thankful for the sweet and kind staff there at Bella Lily. They all were amazing. Since leaving I havent been able to stop looking at pictures of my dress only proving to myself that this is the one for me. I will recommend anyone I know to go here for their dress!!!

I ended up falling in love with a dress but decided because it was my first time Id hold off and go to some other places. I hadnt found anything else so I went back about a month later. I tried on the same dress and plenty of others finding another I also loved. Talk about a tough decision. Went back a third time and finally decided on the original dress I fell in love with. Brenda and all the girls were so helpful and supportive with everything. Im not the least bit girly and not once did they push any style or type of dress on me. Amazing!! I came into the store stressed out and self conscious I was not going to find something to give me that bridal moment every bride wants to have. But Brenda (the owner) helped me find my beautiful dress that was perfect for me. Brenda was warm, reassuring, and felt like my best friend as soon as I met her. She was so accommodating, by moving the pedestal closer to the mirror so I could see the dresses details without having to squint my eyes (forgot my glasses.) She was a cheerleader when I was feeling selfconscious and a friend when I needed someone on my side. She even let me and my wedding party stay an hour and a half after closing time so I didnt stress over leaving without my dream dress. She really took the time to help me find the perfect accessories and veil to complimented my dress. Bella Lily and their team is the perfect place for any bride to find her dream dress and feel like a princess.

Im really disappointed with my experience with my dress. The ladies there are nice but might not know alot about alterations. Ive almost spent as much money on alterations as I did with the dress. A dress im not too crazy on either. Whatever you do dont buy off the rack. Big stupid mistake on my end 😞. I felt very rushed at my appointment

This shop and it’s employees are about as sweet as they come. I visited prior to my dress appointment for a friend of mine’s dress appointment, so I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Bella Lily as both a supporter of a bride, and as a bride myself. I’m both situations, both Brenda and Caleigh were warm, welcoming and patient. I spent the most time with Caleigh, as she was at both my friend and my own appointments. She did amazing making me feel welcome in the shop and explaining where everything was located. When it came to trying on dresses, she knew exactly got to keep me calm and happy, as well as feeling in control of what was going on and was so sweet to my family and friends.
