Amazing customer service. I called 2 minutes before their close time on a Saturday needing a specialty cleaning product and 1. they answered the phone 2. they had the product 3. the manager was willing to wait for us after hours so that we could buy the product! Theyre not open on Sundays and we needed it before Monday morning... so the manager went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. He told us they pride themselves on their customer service. Well, it shows. Now this is the type of customer service that will get me to buy from a local store instead of online.
