We had the full shebang installed at our Chatsworth business in June 2019, security entry (fob) system, video surveillance with monitors, the whole thing. Thank goodness because we were vandalized outside the building, which the video monitors picked up and was stored to hard drive where we picked up the license plate number of the vehicle which was instrumental to law enforcement (spectacular resolution!). Also, we had a couple of employee incidents where the fob system and baynet access allowed us to immediately change security access settings, which really reassured the staff. Kevin, the branch manager, is very helpful and we re-signed for ongoing monitoring and warranty. Would highly recommend if you want to run a serious, secure business in Los Angeles.

Do not sign anything with these company. they will rip you off big time.

Long time customer. The service is fine, but i have had several billing issues over the years. Further the same issues repeat themselves and the answer is always the same, It shouldnt happen again. Well it does and did a few times. They always clear it up, but I shouldnt have to waste my time every quarter because of billing issues. Hoping they figure it out at some point......After writing this not only have i had the same billing issues but was promised follow up in regards to my camera system and received nothing. looks like its getting worse.Again billing issues, their system must be terrible.Called again 2020, same issue with billing and this lady decided to argue and say i havent had this issue before.... like what?

Josh installed the system for us. He was very polite, patient and professional. In the end we had a bit discrepancy on the equipment charge. Josh helped greatly on communicating back and forth. He explained everything in a very friendly and considerate way. We really appreciate it.

Neri at Bay Alarm is great! He is prompt to respond to our calls for service or system changes, goes above and beyond to explain our systems and answer our questions, is thorough in his work and is a pleasure to work with.

The alarm installation takes a minimum of 8 hours and ours took 2 days. That was a lot of time off for one motion sensor and one key pad. The installation was quoted at $90 which they billed the day of installation but on my first quarterly bill, I got hit with another $111 charge for installation, a classic teaser that was not true. In the Long Beach area try Tri Tek which we were with for years. The monthly monitoring fee is lower, the monitors are more responsive but you have to deal with the installers who cannot install for a minimum of 1-2 weeks.

Terrible service. They told me week ago that will send me an estimate but I did not get it.
