Great,delicious, fresh food, very flavorful and smokey but they are busy busy(especially on the weekend) so best way is to call in order or use app. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great if you have a little dinner party and dont feel like being in the kitchen all day.😁

First time ordering from this place and it was disappointing. Delivery was left outside at the mailboxes without any notice. Never was able to contact anyone by the phone number provided. Cant say anything about food because by the time I found my order it got cold.

Despite my repeated request to 3 different people both on the phone and in person at the store to cook the kabobs specially the beef Not Well Done, they dried it so much that was really hard to swallow it without having to drink something after each bite. We had to throw away all the leftovers which was more than half.I felt embarrassed in front of my guests.Awful experience.

What a great Kabob place near my work office! I was craving something different today since I had to go into the office so I looked up Kabob places near my office and this place got good reviews. So I decided to drive there and it was the best choice. They have underground parking so thats where I parked my car. When I walked in, the employee greeted me and I told him it was my first time here at the place. So he went through their meat options and what I should try since it was popular. I decided to go with the combo plate and pick beef louleh since he told me it was good and the chicken shish kabob cause he said people love that one. I wanted to substitute the onions that come with the plate out for their cucumber salad but he said they didnt offer that so I stuck with what came in the plate. It took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready since they made it fresh but it was very good. Their rice is always my favorite and you get a good portion of the meat. The chicken and beef was perfectly seasoned and cooked so I was happy with it.

I orderded the food in person at 3PM and asked for a 7:30 PM for that same day and just up the street from their site. Then at about 8:30 PM, I called and it was delivered about 20 minutes later. ( THATS ALMOST 1.5 HOURS LATE AND JUST UP THE STREET AND THE FOOD WAS COLD)..You guys make good food but there are MANY kabob places everywhere. You need to start paying attention to the details, ( dryness of the beef, on line system reliability, answering the phone and reliable delivery) or you wil lose my business for good .

It’s hard to write a review because the words that come to mind - delicious, juicy, tender and OMG do not capture the food experience my taste buds have here. Everything I have ever tried from here has been delicious. The only thing that I would ask is for the beef heart kabobs to come back on the menu.

The place is great and I pick up food for my family once or twice a month, however because most of my orders was the same since the last 3 years, recently I noticed the portion size has been changed and it is less than before! Im not sure if anything or management has been changed since the past two month or not! But the food quality is great.

Never see such a POOR Management such a POOR customer service. They are not able to handle their orders. Placed online order which I have ordered for almost 3 years, then went there for picked up showing the order number and receipt they charged me in my cellphone the MANAGER keep on saying I DONT KNOW WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!!! He didnt even bother himself to check the order in the computer. I was explaining but he act in a way like I am not there.obviously they gave my order to someone else because they were so busy, then said the order is canceled!!!! The kabob factory is great for diy grilling. We came to Burbank for vacation and decided to try this spot out and I’m so happy we did. The food here is delicious. I like that it’s either cooked for you or you can bring it home and cook it yourself.I’ve been back twice since our last trip.Next time I’m in the area we will definitely return.

Order which had placed hours before was not prepared but the problem was the way cashier which I guess was manager react, it reminded me of Middle eastern restaurant especially at the time of war which was shortage of everything and customer had to deal with any circumstances if you are in business that deal with customers and your are so proud to apologize because of the mistake that you and your team did better to change your job Thank God is not monopoly in kabob business yet, never come back again and believe me there are quite lots unsatisfied customers which dont know thery could write about their experience!

I have to say that the food is great, thank you to Nick for introducing me to Original Kabob Factory in Glendale. The rice makes a good combination with the kabob briskets. I had a taste of each kabob brisket, the lamb, chicken, pork and beef is very soft and rich in flavor. And the service is phenomenal.

Great food here. We ordered kebobs, waited for about 15 minutes. Not too bad. the younger guys there seemed a bit less experienced, friendly though. I saw they offer an option to order food for big parties. I guess it wont be too expensive to order for a party. If you cant find parking in the street you can park in the huge parking lot across the street.

The people here are great. They are great to deal with and the service is excellent. Portions or huge and worth the price. These guys know what theyre doing. Even if youre far, trust me that it will be worth the drive.

Yesterday I just was on this original kebab factory and the food not wars that OK and I asked for medium well and they’ll make me only the medium even like close to only a medium and I didn’t like the service and ask him to put me the medium well I need to make a face for me like no don’t waste my time anyway it’s not that good at this kebab

Everything here is great. I get things cooked already and always add on some of their sides. The tzatziki is one of the best Ive had and my family enjoys it all. Our favorites have been the lamb and the beef kabobs. Thank you guys for the awesome service, always and for not skimping out on stuff.

I ordered at the Original Kabob Factory today and go it through the curbside delivery. The beef and louleh kabob are juicy and very tasty. I also love their tabouleh. This is my go to place to order kabob. We are happy with their service and their food. Excellent!

I have ordered at least 30 catered lunches. Everybody loves their food. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Overall, I have been very happy with them.They have the best tzatziki in LA and their bread doesn’t have any preservatives.Top picks: feed your entourage, lamb chops, chicken thighs, and love cake.Suggestions: what happened to the cream garlic sauce? I loved that. Please bring it back as a free condiment or for purchase. I would buy it every time.

We attended the grand opening and really enjoyed the food. But never ate there till one day we were looking for home delivery take out (Grub Hub). We ordered kabobs and salad...wow! Forgot how good it was. We have re ordered and still a great product. Highly recommend.

Ive been eating on and off at Original Kabob Factory for the last 10 years. They have remained consistently good as one of the best kabob eateries in Los Angeles, and probably the best kabob catering company in the city. Whats unique is that this place is like a small restaurant, a meat market, and a catering joint all at the same time. The food is always fresh, and the prices are so reasonable considering the quality and portion that you get. My favorites here are the lule beef kabobs, the chicken thigh kabobs, and the Magic Wrap (which is like a kabob burrito). Their baklava is also surprisingly good! The only downside is that this place doesnt have much seating. Actually there is none inside, so when you do takeout, you best take it somewhere near to eat. But like I said, for the price and the quality, it is worth it!I highly recommend this place. I took my son here as he lives in the area and we absolutely loved the food, service and everything about the place.The woman that helped us was so friendly and cool and great at explaining the options in ordering.We will be going back again this week.We ordered what she suggested and sat outside, cafe style.I highly recommend this great little Burbank eatery.

This place is so delicious with super generous portions. The chicken breast is so juicy but my absolute favorite is the chicken luleh. They have the best, creamiest tzatziki too. But above all else, the staff is so incredibly nice and kind. I ask for a little extra bread and the dont even charge me. Its true what they claim, they really do hook you up! Its a gem!You can park on the street in front, if available, and there is a structure in the back.

I do love the food, and have ordered delivery a dozen or so times in the past year. The only thing I don’t like is the inconsistent charge for delivery, as well as not being able to distinguish which dipping sauce is which when selecting that option on-line. I use the Eat24 app, and I spent $5 too much choosing a sauce that already came with the meal the last time I ordered, because they used to send a variety of different dressings and now it’s very confusing. ALL IN ALL I do recommend their food, and I’m certain I will continue to order from them.

I recommend Kabob Factory for lunch or for take home. I have catered work lunches with cooked kabobs. I have taken home the raw meat for bbq at home. Such variety- lamb, hens, beef, pork! And great sides. Order ahead since it is cooked fresh and you’ll have quite a wait.

Ordered their food today along with co-workers. The chicken thigh and beef shish kabob combo was excellent. Chicken was moist and beef was tender because their beef is grass fed and no hormones. Servings size is huge, I made two meals out of it, you get your monies $ worth. Would definitely return and would recommend to friends and family. Favorite sauce was the Make it Rain very garlicky.

I love the food here, its one of my favorite places to eat for lunch. I get either the chicken kabob or the chicken lule. Make sure to ask for the garlic spread.

I think I like the chicken and beef louleh the best. This place is mostly take out with little seating in front. Parking in the back and pick up parking in front. Easy to find. Right across from Jons Market, another great place. The pork rib kabob was a bit dry, under cooked, and needed more flavor. Wish this place had other sauces like American or Asian in addition to Armenian. Maybe I am asking for too much.

The customer service was great and their kabob wraps are excellent. Very filling and reasonably priced as well. Well worth a visit.

Love is when the other party makes a mistake, but you forgive it anyway. These guys are that good. Have made small mistakes on my orders in the past (incorrect side order, forgot a side, etc.), but, like I stated, I love these guys; I will always find myself coming back. I have not found better Mediterranean nor do I want to look. That good.

Nick is very friendly and helped me place my orders for a company luncheon.We ordered the Catering package and I cant tell you what tasted best because its all very good! The Louleh kabobs are so tasty and the Boss sauce is the boss! Grilled, tomatoes, Grilled peppers, onions, all add to the flavors of the grilled meats.I like the lavash bread because it is so light. I look forward to our next luncheon that we can order from here.

Last night and today a few minutes ago, I placed an order online through chownow. I ordered brown rice with my order. Both times they sent out white rice without telling me. Brown rice is more expensive and they failed to adjust the amount of money they charged me & did not inform me of anything. This happened twice, and its very dishonest. This restaurant charged me more money for something I didnt order, TWO TIMES. Whats even more sad is my receipt today said SUPERVISOR on the top. Im guessing the supervisor was present at the time I placed my order today and still this problem occurred.Of course, I called the restaurant to complain and Col. hung up on me. I called back and she redirected the blame on the new guys she was teaching . I explained the issues and was told that brown rice was unavailable so white was given instead. Yes that is true, but i want to know... why was i still charged for the brown rice? I asked to speak to the supervisor, but was ignored. It was all so convoluted, unnecessary, and hysterical that I just ended the call to take the time to write this review and express my sincere concerns.Dont misunderstand me THE FOOD IS GOOD, Ive been a customer for over 3 years. The service I received today was unprofessional and the business practices seem dishonest. Check your order when you are picking up food here. I am dissatisfied and feel cheated. A little gem. Excellent kabobs, excellent side dishes, too. Nice people, excellent service at a reasonable price. You can have them cook your kabobs on their grill, or you can buy the deliciously seasoned raw meat, and cook it at home on the bbq.

Waited 2hrs for a cold meal to be delivered. NEVER AGAIN! Called and hostess took 30mins to figure out where our food was. The driver was not polite. He blamed us for the wrong address however his ticket had the correct address he just went to the wrong building!HOWEVER. Food is reaaaalllllly good. So...Update. I have these guys a third chance but they STILL. Screwed up the order.
