I want to thank Victor and his helper(I don’t remember his name) but they just delivered all my cabinets. The were very respectful and took their time. They left no mess! Love my cabinets and can’t wait for them to be installed.

The cabinets I purchased from Diamond were very good quality; however I had a challenge with the installation process. Diamond made good on their clean up to fix items that went badly.Jr. is a professional and had my cabinets looking fantastic. He is the “go to” point clean up the problems person the installers messed up. Jr. is the ONLY reason I am giving 4 star review. Diamond should make sure Jr. is well taken care of in its cabinet business. He is very knowledgeable about all the processes for cabinets He made my final observation regarding Diamond a positive one. Thank you Jr.

Ive conducted business with Diamond Kitchen and Bath on 5 separate occasions over the last 7 years. Each time they have executed flawlessly - even with the limitations imposed by covid restrictions and supplier delays/quality issues.In particular my kitchen cabinets (Greg - design and sales) were installed quickly and right the first time (Jeb and team). The cabinets had some damage and quality problems from the manufacturer. Diamond Kitchen & Bath service staff (Jr and Joey) really stepped up and fixed all the (manufacturers) problems, and even went out of their way to installing additional trim around my kitchen rangehood ducting (Jeb).I have no hesitation recommending them or using them again!

We were looking to remodel our kitchen and wandered in to Diamond Kitchen & Bath to look around after reading some great reviews. It was a Saturday and it was pretty busy but met with Greg and he took the time to answer lots of questions from us and help us get an idea of what we wanted to do. Scheduled an appointment to design the new kitchen a couple days later (Greg made sure to get us in before the current promotion ended so we could save some cash... which we definitely did!). The design process was amazing. Greg was attentive to what we wanted and made it happen while also giving us some ideas that we hadnt thought of. No pressure add things we didnt want or that didnt add real value. Overall a great experience!

Very happy with purchase and Joey just came and did some minor repairs and did a great job. He was very thorough and checked everything even things we didn’t mention. Very conscientious . Greg was so so very helpful!! We really felt like he cared about how it is all going to turn out (the finished project). We felt taken care of and he made sure every detail was addressed. He made the whole experience less stressful and he was very transparent and helpful. However, some of the other employees are not as great.... definitely ask for Greg!! We had no clue where to start when we wanted a kitchen re-do, but had a family member recommendation that we go with Jedd at Diamond Kitchen & Bath. We are so SO glad that we did!Kenny and Alex are the nicest and very detailed, and noticed all the pieces I needed in the plan. I was unsure that the design would make my kitchen seem big enough, even at the outset, because we had a tiny and very odd-shaped small Del Webb kitchen, but they actually made the whole kitchen 10x bigger than I could have ever imagined! Even with virtually almost the same footprint as before, we have a peninsula that is actually a CONTINENT!!The whole process was very detailed, and they allowed me to make several changes, even right up to when I ordered the cabinets, and adding an additional cabinet....AND changing from an all-white first selection to a Navy/White cabinet combo. It is GORGEOUS!!!When it came to installation, Jedd and Jordan did an awesome job. They were fast to install the cabinets. It was never an inconvenience to us while they were here working. They both--actually all of them--are very professional and easy to get along with. Both Jedd and Jordan are very detailed and thorough.I would definitely recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath!! We went to Diamond Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodel and we got excellent service, advice and attention from Greg. We could tell a true professional who was passionate about his trade craft. He showed us all of the options patiently and answered all the questions, which we had a lot.. Greg is full of energy and wants to do his job right the first time. We would give 6 or 7 stars if it was possible.

I went to another company that charged me to have them come out and measure my kitchen and then they kept putting me off and never did give me the plan for the kitchen. Thank goodness I came to Diamond Kitchen and bath. Travis helped me with both of my bathrooms and kitchen cabinets, counter tops and knobs. He made an otherwise stressful process completely stress free. He thought of every detail that I should consider and helped me fully utilized every inch of a small kitchen. We went over the plan both before the measurement and after in detail. I really appreciated his attention to detail and he made sure I understood completely what I would be getting and how it would look. I will write another review after I get my cabinets but so far I’m very happy I chose Diamond Kitchen and Bath.

Jess helped us select 2 vanities with color, style and all necessary trim etc. for DIY install. All worked out great. Great job Jess. Only thing I had to buy were 1 1/2 screws for drawer handles...no big deal!

I recently purchased and installed (April 12) Kitchen Cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath (Bell Road) and was very pleased with the outcome. I typically don’t do reviews, however, given the quality of service I received I thought I needed to. The sales agent (Greg) did an outstanding job and bent backward to ensure that I was making the right decisions on the design layout and product selection. The installer, Cameron, was extremely courteous and very easy to work with. Cameron was simply outstanding! This company should consider itself fortunate to have a guy like Cameron working for them – he understands what customer service really means. Great product and great staff.

My replacement installer, Joey, was fantastic. He arrived promptly and completed applying adhesive to the kick board which my previous installers missed. Joey made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. He did a fine job.

Greg has been a great help every step of the way. From my initial visit to the show room all the way up to placing my final cabinet and countertop order. Looking forward to having a beautiful new kitchen this winter

We purchased our cabinets from Diamond about 2 years ago. One of our plant on doors came off. Thanks to our warranty, Diamond sent Joey to do the repair and he was great! Very friendly and fixed it quick.

Went into the showroom just to get an estimate came out with new kitchen cabinets and counters and an install date. Never any pressure just listened to what we were wanting and looking for and built it up. Whole experience with the company has been great from Jess in the showroom to Colton with the install.They worked around my work schedule as best they could and a request for extra time between the demo and install so other work could be done while the kitchen was out.All in all great experience.

Nick the owner and Greg our sales guy were extremely attentive and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted in the budget we had to stick to. Everyone I worked with and who came to my house to install my new kitchen provided an excellent experience when it came to designing and installing my new kitchen.The salesman James was friendly and educated on how to design my kitchen. The two delivery people, Jorge and Martin were exceptional and everything was delivered with care. The cabinet installer, I cant remember his name but I will edit this if I find it out, taller Caucasian guy who came out the first week in August for install was such a pleasure to have in my house while I was working from home the two days it took him to finish my kitchen. A crew of three guys from the countertop company were also pleasant, but I only remember Juans name, were very polite and thorough in making sure I was satisfied with certain on-the-job decisions. Finally, Joey came to install the last door of my cabinets today and was meticulous ensuring the doors were installed correctly and level, he was also very friendly.Working with the people of Diamond kitchen and bath and those who they hire has been a pleasure. My only complaints are related to Diamonds corporate infrastructure and how its very difficult for anyone to give you information when you call is if the particular salesman youve been working with is in the office when you call. Additionally, their communication system that only notified my salesman the day my cabinets were being installed that countertop I ordered was out of stock for over a month which involved an impromptu visit to the showroom to select a new countertop with only hours notice, was the biggest misstep. I was very irritated by this but James was understanding and provided an appropriate resolution to the situation. The countertop I went with in the end, ending up being beautiful and Im even more satisfied with it than I think I wouldve been with the original, so in the end I am happy but I believe the manufacturers and company should have better communication methods for these type of situations.In regards to their selection of materials, I found it a bit narrow in choices, and with covid the delivery and installation dates are horribly delayed, but I was able to find something I liked and I think most would too. Just under 7 months later I am thrilled with my new kitchen and I would like to thank each of the individuals that worked hard to make it happen.Once I get my backsplash installed and my new appliances I will be happy to share a photo of the finished product.

We purchased Cabinets and Granite Counter Tops from Diamond Kitchen and Bath and remodeled our kitchen. Our Sales Rep was Denis Ryan. We could not have done this without his help and knowledge. I am so very happy with Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I had my kitchen remodeled new Cabinetry granite countertops and am extremely pleased. Yes in the showroom was my salesperson very confident in what he does great suggestions for my kitchen. He is always prompt to take my call and answer questions. I was shocked when I received my cabinets and saw the quality. They Have a beautiful showroom, perfect for hiding the cheap quality of the product. If I was to go in there I would ask lots and lots of questions. I would have asked more questions I would not have bought these cabinets. I waited 6 weeks for the cabinets. I finally got to go pick them up at the warehouse. At the warehouse there is a 4 foot truck dock, Rich told me to just bring a trailer. The crew theyre basically dropped them off the edge of the dock onto the trailer where I could catch them. It hurt my back. When I called back Rich started yelling at me! He told me he was tired of me, he had gotten my money and was done. And now I have a legal case. And some cabinets I could put into a motorhome Maybe. Thanks

Purchased our laundry room cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath and couldnt be happier. Not only did we save money going with them from what we were quoted, but Jedd Stephenson installed them flawlessly. Jedds attention to detail was unlike any other Ive ever seen. He definitely knows what hes doing and I would recommend him to install anyones cabinets throughout the valley.

Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I’m going through with them.

We have been extremely happy with our experience. We waited about a year and the cabintes and counters are just what we wanted.Jess Esveld was very helpful during the experience.I had one issue and instead of having to go through service Jess actually stopped by the house to do a minor fix so I would not have to wait. Above and beyone what he had to do.

Couldnt be happier with our kitchen. It is a 100% improvement from our previous kitchen. Rich was more than helpful and considerate in our design and scheduling process and Cameron did a phenomenal job with the install. We had a couple doors that were needed to be replaced and Will cam back and installed quite quickly. I cant say enough how happy we are with the new kitchen and will recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath with anyone that might be considering a kitchen or bath remodel.

Just came to get a quote for 4 upper cabinets. Gave the sales person exact measurements for them. He doesn’t bother to look up prices, just tells us it will be $2800 give or take. For basic in stock cabinets without softclose and no hardware. Then I asked about a specific quartz countertop. He wouldn’t give me a price. He must have been having a bad day, his attitude was horrible. Unfortunate, because they were our first choice because we had a really good experience in the past with them.

I stopped in to purchase new countertops for my kitchen after seeing a newspaper ad for Diamond. I had left a message a week earlier but it went unreturned.The person that finally acknowledged me in the store was one of the most condescending salespeople I have ever met and not the least bit helpful. I dont believe that I have ever felt so unwelcome in a business before. It was as if I was an interruption in his day. There were no other customers in the store at the time competing for his attention.I arrived with a completed worksheet that had the design and square footage of the countertops. After he reluctantly gave me a quick quote that had a range of thousands of dollars, he informed me that the quote was for product and installation only and it was my responsibility to have the old countertops removed and also have a plumber remove and re-install the sink. He also stated that it would be 5 weeks out before they could get to me. I expected a more inclusive job bid. I am retired and disabled and my countertop removal days are over.It is really sad to think this is a family owned and operated business but it must be doing quite well to turn away cash paying customers with such disrespect. In total I spent about 15 minutes with this salesperson. A complete disappointment.I would never recommend this business to anyone and you have lost mine.Businesses are built on customer service and word of mouth.

Greg was knowledgeable and very patient as I was choosing by cabinet color and style, and kept me informed with any updates along the way. I had done my homework and gathered rough estimates from 2 other companies before making my decision; Diamonds quality and customer service won me over hands down. VERY glad I went with them!

Saw James today for cabinets to remodel our Kitchen. Very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect. The overall price cant be beat for good quality cabinets. Home Depot was thousands higher with many scribe and filler mistakes. You can even go get tile samples from Floor and Decor. They are located in the same parking lot. We were able to get 5 free samples to take back to the showroom to ensure everything matches. That was a game changer. Go see James and you will be as happy as we were.

We had Diamond install our $10 000.00 kitchen March of 2019 and the install was good it looks very professional, really had no problems. A month ago my wife noticed the quartz counter top, on the island, is cloudy missing the shine, so I called Rich from Diamond about this issue.(Everybody knows when theres a problem, thats the time customer service can be graded/gaged).Right after Rich was called, a few days later, a counter top rep came out and acknowledged that there is a problem with the counter top, asking my wife if something other then soap and water was used to clean the counters in which she said no. (apparently only soap and water can be used to clean quartz?)At this point, its been 3 weeks since the rep was here and no contact from them to us has been made. Ive called Rich 3 times since then and have been assured that a call from the counter top people would be inevitable which hasnt occurred to date. I called Diamond today, 7/31/20 @ 4:20, asking Rich to call be back to no avail, (I was told he was with a customer but my message would be given to him). So long story short, as was mentioned above, the customer service from Diamond for our problem, at this point is frustrating even though the counters were installed by others doesnt remove the onus from Diamond in finding a solution for us.As of today I would recommend for others to think twice about hiring Diamond for your kitchen remodel.Monday August 3,I received a phone call from the store manager on Saturday and Im thinking its because of the not sogood review I posted on Friday. Greg assured me that someone would call me today, Monday, this morning and quickly resolve our issues but as of 4:30 pm no one has called. It just goes to show that once this company has your money, their follow up for this specific problem is as bad as it can get for a consumer.

I cant say enough good things about this company. 1st of all the total pricing was amazing. With all I was changing and adding I thought the price would be more than I could spend and I would have to cut back. Did NOT have to. Also the folks that did the work tearing out the old did an impeccable job. Not one mess did I clean up. Same with all the others I will mention. Answered all my questions so I could understand the process. The cupboards were amazing as the ideas my salesman (Greg) came up with made my kitchen much more user friendly.. and extra storage. Needed this badly in a small townhouse. There were a couple of snags along the way but were handled in a very professional way. My stove would not fit in, so the granite installers were called out to the house right away. Again, took care not to make a mess and the problem handled asap. And again, there was another problem, I had no electricity to 3 of my plugins that I would use often around the counter. Turned out the gentlemen that finishes up the project was a real professional. Took time out to purchase and replace an electrical breaker in my old electrical box. Cant thank him and everybody enough for their professionalism. And I thank my best friend for suggesting them.

I recently purchased a new kitchens worth of cabinets from Diamond. Everything installed last week and is perfect. Aaron and Izzy delivered the cabinets. They were very professional and careful not to damage anything. They left everything very clean and well set up for the installer. Calin was the installer that got everything in. He did everything absolutely perfectly. The cuts were exact, everything perfectly level, and all completely trimmed out as needed. These guys did a fantastic job and Im quite thankful that they helped me realize my new kitchen.

Just completed our new kitchen with Diamond Kitchen Bath. We have to thank the workers at Diamond for their exceptional and precise work. James, salesman and coordinator, Mark and Philip demolition, Adrian and William delivery and setup, Ryan installation of cabinets, Cornel and Philip installation of appliances. These employees all deserve the highest praise for a job well done. Not to forget Junior who returned to tweak some very small things. The counter tops from Mariam Industries are top notch. One more person to commend is Denis Ryan who was referred to us for remodeling our pantry and various other kitchen remodeling from Diamond. 5 stars to everyone for their professionalism and friendliness. The kitchen is beautiful.

From day one, he was not pushy, making suggestions along they way, about what we were trying to accomplish. Our built-ins the great room and our office turned out very nicely. Greg was very professional and quite helpful. Customer service is huge (that we get so little of these days) but Greg was the exception. He followed up with many phone calls about delivery dates and always returning calls that I made during the process of the completion. We have returned back to him, for a buffet, being built along the wall behind our dining room table. I feel like we have made a friend with Greg. Had all my kitchen and bathroom cabinets done through Diamond Kitchen and Bath from the beginning of the job to the end of the job they were very professional they kept communication open very good with any details about the job very knowledgeable workers highly recommended

This is the 3rd time we have used Diamond Kitchen and Bath Inc for cabinets. The first time there were delays in the delivery of the cabinets, the second time the installer chopped out several of our floor tiles, necessitating a retile of the entire kitchen. Since the last job was a small bathroom, we didn;t expect any problems, however, that was not the case. Cabinets were ordered in May and the delivery date was changed 3 times, we finally got delivery and install in August. However, upon delivery, we checked the cabinet sizes and they were all different. The sink bases were narrower than we had ordered and the linen was shallower than we ordered, also since they made the linen shallower, the slide out shelves I requested were not included, as a matter of fact, no selves were included. They did deliver standard shelves after a follow up call, however, they have not refunded anything for the $300 I was quoted for the slide out shelves. Additionally, none of these changes were communicated to us at the time that Diamond decided to arbitrarily change them. I did not plan to post this publicly, but their customer satisfaction survey on dealt with the install and delivery driver and their was no place on their website to submit a comment

I visited Diamond just after 7/4 and dealt with James, I needed a new countertop. Diamond installed my cabinets several years ago, they still look new. James explained the material differences and the process. I brought a floor plan and measurements so he was able to provide estimates that day. I made the purchase, 4 days later the template was made. Countertop is being installed next week. I couldn’t be happier, James made the process easy. I would highly recommend Diamond Kitchen.

Denis Ryans astounding service in planning our kitchen and bathroom remodel created a positive and enjoyable experience. His attention to design and detail helped us build a beautiful kitchen beyond what we could have imagined. During the construction phase, some of our install dates got pushed back, so Denis came over to our house and did the work himself. We were impressed by his expertise and professionalism! This is the second time we used Diamond Kitchen and Bath. They were wonderful last time and they were wonderful this time! Rich Cline was our representative both this time and last. You could not find a more qualified individual. He suggested items to consider. He made certain everything worked on schedule and that we ended up with a great product. All of the professionals working with Diamond were outstanding. Well qualified, focused on quality and timeliness. We are very pleased with our new cabinets. Diamonds pricing is very good. We recently remodeled our home. Denis was very knowledgeable and worked with us through all of our revisions. Denis made multiple trips out to our home, at no additional charge to make sure all the measurements and design work was correct. The bid we got from diamond kitchen was half of other bids we received. In the end the kitchen came out better then we could have imagined.I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bath.

Our first experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath (on W. Bell Rd.) was a couple of years ago. We were looking for base kitchen cabinets to put in a library for storage. The quality of the Diamond cabinets was as good as any, but the cost was much, much lower! Turned out great. Naturally, we went back when we decided to remodel our kitchen. We thought that we would just replace our existing ugly cabinets with new cool cabinets. Then we met Denis. He had so many ideas about how we could rearrange our cabinets to be more efficient, we were truly blown away. We couldn’t have imagined when we went in what we ended up with. And the design advice is all free! The cost of the project included removal of old cabinets, installation of new cabinets, hooking up of appliances and plumbing the sink. All of the crews were professional, punctual, and did a great job. I believe most have been with Diamond for some time. All in all, a great experience. I could make many more positive comments, but I imagine your eyes are starting to glaze over by now, so I’ll just finish by saying USE THESE GUYS!

Jess helped us with our second kitchen and second bath that we had Diamond Kitchen and bath provide our cabinets for. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. He made suggestions and advised us on different options. Jess came to our house, I think, three times to verify measurements. The cabinets are beautiful, the installation went seamless]y, and the granite was installed with no problems. From start to finish our experience with Denis Ryan at Diamond Kitchen and Bath on Bell Road in Glendale was pleasant and educational. We had no experience in cabinet buying, just new what we liked. We purchased a beautiful kitchen island unit and Denis helped us customize it to my wifes liking. It was beautifully constructed on arrival and our installer was thorough efficient as were the counter top guys. It is now a centerpiece in our kitchen that we have had nothing but positive comments on. Denis is now working on replacing all of our kitchen cabinets in the near future. We had a great experience with Diamond Kitchen and Rich Cline on two different cabinet installs. Rich very patiently spent a lot of time with us, discussing cabinet types, styles, woods, etc., during our several trips to their West Bell location. He also came to our home several times. The cabinet delivery dates where very close to what Rich predicted, several weeks in advance, on both installs. We had two different cabinet installers, who were able to install all the cabinets in one day each - and all of them fit just perfectly. So, overall a great experience and we highly recommend Rich and crew at Diamond.

Rich made it easy to get what we needed for our kitchen remodel. If we wanted to change something, he was able to accommodate our request. Not only did he look at our measurements before hand to get an idea of what we could do, but he came to the house and did the measurements before ordering the cabinets. He followed up with us regarding any question we had. Overall the cabinets are great, they look great, and we were aware of what was next in the process. The excellent service began with Rich and continued with the delivery guys, the installation of the cabinets, the installation of the counter top, and the end review to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We recently started a master bath remodel. We meet with James Arellano at the Bell Road location. What an amazing experience! He is a top notch designer who is very educated on all the products they have to offer. He was able to hear exactly what we wanted and put the entire cabinet order together within our budget. He was extremely helpful and made a trip to our home to make sure all the measurements where accurate. He is also very personable and absolutely not pushy in anyway.

Our experience with Diamond was great especially with our representative Jess Estvold. He not only saw our order through, giving honest ship dates, he also gave us excellent advice along the way and always keeping us informed right to delivery. We had a couple of our own install problems and Jess help us to take care of them right away. The cabinets are very much what we expected and affordable for this retired couple.

To say that Kenny Jackson has been absolutely amazing is an understatement. If we could give a 10 star, we would. He is hands down one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered. He came to our home and made us feel very comfortable with the process of purchasing kitchen cabinets.
