I send my Panasonic camcorder here. I received the detailed estimate f 48 hrs after the package is delivered. They fixed my camcorder for very good price as I had an estimate from another company before them.They fixed my camcorder and I received it yesterday after 10days. Working perfect as new. I do have to mention their cleaning is very detailed and the good thing is they don’t charge for cleaning. Very satisfied.Thank you again for being there.

I cant speak to the work they do as I decided not to have them fix my camera lens due to the cost and the lack of communication. They told me when I would get an estimate, time came and went with no estimate. I called several times over several hours, left messages, nothing. Drive back over and they were there, just evidently not answering the phone. Said Id have the estimate that day. Got it later than they said, but at least that day. They emailed me as well. I responded to the email saying I was electing not to do the repairs and to please let me know when I could pick the lens up. Crickets... I drive back over a few days later and was told they got my email, but the lens needed to be put back together. Finally, on my next trip there a couple days later I was able to get my lens. Their communication isnt just horrible, it is non existent. I wouldnt trust my stuff with them, especially if I couldnt just drive over.

The customer service experience is so bad its scary. A month ago I sent in my old Sony Camcorder for repair. Weeks later, I was messaged that the repairs would cost 220 dollars about. I did not want to pay that for a camcorder from 2003. Since then, I have routinely called and messaged Procamfix to ask to return my Camcorder. I have received no emails or phone calls back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Shipped camera late November. Still waiting for the repair. They will not return my phone calls or emails. if you are local, fine, but if you are considering this company to mail your camera - dont bother.

I sent my video camera to this company in California in good faith. Their response time was terrible and the quote which they gave me was more than the price of the camera. I tried to communicate this to them and they offered a tiny (very sad) discount and had the nerve to charge me —- for what I don’t know! Totally unprofessional.

I mailed my camera in to be repaired. I received a confirmation email that they received it. Now they will not return my calls or emails. Do not mail your camera here. This was two months ago now. Still nothing.

Still waiting to be reached by the technical team - almost 7 weeks after our first email excahnge. Dont know what is happening.

Had my camera for months. Charged me $188 and sent my camera back with the exact problem I sent it in to be repaired. Good luck getting support.

What a horrible experience. They made it sound like it would be an easy and cheap repair to my Sony camera and once they received it the estimate jumped to higher than anyone else I had contacted. They gave me a estimate of 2 weeks to repair. I called them after one month and they said parts were on order and it would be another 2 weeks. Two more weeks went by then another I followed up with another phone call. More excuses and promises. Its been 2 and a half months! They promised my camera would be sent last week. I received a tracking number from USPS at the end of that week but it shows USPS is still waiting to receive the camera from ProCamFix. Beware! They should be called ProSCAM.

I’m leaving a review specifically because I believe after my experience this company deserves a little bit more credit.I was EXTREMELY hesitant to have anything sent out that far since I’m in Washington city. With just one look at these reviews anyone would wanna run the other way.But I can say whole heartedly I am STUNNED at how well their service worked out for me. I explained that my camera had a manufacture defect over the phone, the service rep gave me everything to make the transaction smooth and easy. And to top it all off they had my camera back and ready in UNDER a week!I haven’t had service that fast from any provider.(I can’t speak for everyone on time issues since not every camera is the same. Some can be straight forward others far more complex depending on damage.)Like folks who expect water damage or impact to be ready and 10000% in 3 days. That’s just not how things work and anyone who tells you otherwise can rush a job of course but do you really wanna rush something that important ?So in the end no offense I hope to have to never see you again, but we all know how that song goes.BUT if I have to I would 100% come back to you guys.

I took my Canon 5D Mark VI here for repair. After 24 hours I recived the estimate and the turnaround time was the best part. They cleaned the camera and made it like new. Very satisfied. Thank you for for quick service and professionalism.

I shipped my a7RIV to have one of the SD card slot locking mechanisms repaired. The SD card slot now works as expected. The repair was finished quickly and returned in a timely manner.I wont hesitate to reach out to procamfix in the future if I have any further issues with any of my Sony gear.I see they get a lot of terrible reviews so I figured Id write this so people see positive experiences do happen with them. I dont know that I wouldve sent my camera to them had I read the reviews first, but now that Ive had this experience, I wouldnt hesitate.

They provided extremely fast and detailed information on what my canon camera issue was.They were able to quickly repair my camera issue with very good price and send it back to me in working order in a very timely manner. I had a water damaged Sony X70 that was just sitting at home since Sony couldn’t fix water damaged camcorders. I contacted Pro Cam Fix and they gave me a free estimate and also did a free inspection. Most places don’t even offer free estimate or inspection. They gave me an affordable price and I got my fixed camcorder back within a week. Works just like new and I am very very satisfied.

5 months and I have still not heard back from them. They have taken my money, did not repair my camera, and will not respond to my emails, or phone calls. I filed a complaint with the BBB in the hope I can get some kind of result.

I recently received my 70-200 f4 g Sony lens from ProCamFix. After almost three months of waiting for repairs I received the lens with a nearly unusuable focus ring. I sent the lens in for repairs near the mount.As a professional videographer I needed this lens for multiple jobs and due to the long repair time I had to purchase a replacement lens so I could... ya know, do my job. Had I known it would take so long to get it repaired and the returned lens would not be in a usable condition I would have used another repair service.I do not recommend this company.

These guys have basically stolen my camera. They took it in for repair and now they won’t return to my calls, or emails.I don’t know what to do. They have had it for 4 months

Scam....be careful....I shipped out a lens to get repair back in 2/12/20They said they mailed out June 18th They said it was shipped back.I call them and they said we will check and get back to you in five minutes. I talked to Arthur . Then when you call back answering machine answers that due to covid they are closed. It looks like they never shipped it out to begin with as USPS does not have a pick up for that tracking. Update ..after they read review they called back. I will update this review based on their response.

I share the same story as many of these other reviewers. I sent a lens in for repair in July, paid for the repair and have heard nothing since. Im hoping (in vain) that these reviews may get the owners attention. Dont send these guys anything.

Im not sure why other people had such bad experiences with this place. I first contacted Panasonic regarding my broken Lumix Leica 8-18mm which they said it would cost upward of $800 and that they dont even fix Leica-partnered lens. I sent my Lumix Leica 8-18mm lens which was estimated for $374.00 to ProCamFix, and they fixed it. I wanted to make sure shipping went smoothly and they were very responsive. Thank you ProCamFix for fixing my lens smoothly!

My Nikon D300 was not focusing. I called and sent my camera to these guys. Trey called and said it needed $166.00 worth of repairs. I told them to go for it. They took the money and sent me back a camera that still does not focus. I sent it to them again with a lens and they said the lens was the problem and that it would cost another $165.00. I said I have lots of lens so just sent it back. They sent it back but it still doesnt work. I tried the lens in another D300 and it works fine so I guess it wasnt in the camera or the lens. I tried calling them back to discuss this situation of them taking my money for no repairs. They no longer answer the phone and I left multiple voice mails. It appears its another muslim scam. Please do not encourage these folks by doing business with them while they rip off their customers.

I would totally not recommend this place. They over charge on parts and labor. Plus they arent organized he gave me someone else camera. I would rather have the manufacture fix the camera then these con artists.

They’re suppose to send me my camera back in March. Then they said they’ll finally ship it in April and nothing happened. I have the shipping information but it was never received my the carrier.

Sent in Pentax camera that wouldnt turn on after they sent initial estimate and charge over email. Once they had camera, notified me of an additional component malfunction so revised repair cost up slightly. Fast response and repair done perfectly, got camera back in about a week after sending it. Works perfectly. Repair cost far less than buying new camera - besides this model no longer made but is a great camera for my needs! Am sending them another Nikon in need of repair now. Highly recommend this company - their estimate for repairing my Nikon is half the price of another company I got from the Nikon website.

Came in for a estimate, which they do for free, and they told me what was wrong with it, and gave me my total. The cost was reasonable and included a cleaning, so there was no complaining about that.Just got my camera back today, and its working smoothly. It took two weeks, but I wasnt in a rush, so I didnt mind the waiting.

My Canon 5D MKII needed a new shutter, brought it in and they gave me an estimate by the end of the day and had it fixed within the week. They cleaned the whole camera and made it look and work like brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful, cant recommend it enough.

Great job fixing my gear in a timely manner and a good price

Had a horrible experience with this company that weve been trying to resolve for almost 6 months now. The fix they made to our Sony camera failed. Also, the camera came back with additional damage (a strange audio clicking) which they apologized for and agreed to fix under warranty. Then they told us we would need to pay additional money as replacing everything short of the motherboard had not fixed the new audio damage. Art agreed over the phone that they would give us a refund and send the camera back to us, but we never got any response in writing, and they reneged on the refund. I have called at least 20 times to try to resolve this and sent them messages via email and Facebook with no response. Weve tried to resolve this through PayPal and our credit card company but because the only thing in writing is their no refund policy, we cant even get our money back.Before shipping the camera back to us, they pulled out the original parts that they had replaced, so 6 months after sending them the camera for a relatively simple fix, we have a camera that will not turn on and has a damaged motherboard.This has been the most frustrating customer service experience weve ever had.

This is literally the worst company you will ever do business with in your life. After now 11 months of trying to get my JVC camera repaired they have lost or stolen the camera. They will not answer any of my phone calls and will not reply to my emails. They attempted to fix the one thing that was broken and sent it back with 3 things broken. I then sent it back to them to get fixed and they said they mailed it when the post office has no record of that whatsoever. Now after 11 months of attempting to fix my camera - they have officially lost or stolen my camera.

Sent a very old panasonic pv-200d vhs camcorder from 1985 that has been in the family for ever and these guys made it look and work like it was new again. They relpaced a pc board that failed and gave a clean. Everything works now. Would recommend any day.

Narb was kind, helpful, and ensured that I got my camera back, fully repaired, within a very small timeframe.I came in Wednesday morning feeling a bit frantic because I live on the Westside and wouldnt have time to come back to Glendale before I leave for a weeklong shoot on Sunday. He was very patient and understanding and was able to rush the repair for me.
