I purchased some clothes from the Orvis website and did not like how they fit. I went to the store to return the clothes, and avoid the fee to ship them back, and was greeted by John. He was extremely friendly and helpful with processing the return, and was helpful in providing insight on alternative options. I ended up purchasing a few items and would definitely return. It was also a nice touch that he saw my name from the order information and continued to call me by my first name during my time in the store.

The Orvis Bayshore location is awesome! Katheryn keeps the store organized and efficient. John, the fishing manager is knowledgeable and super willing to help in any way possible. I feel incredibly lucky to have this shop in our community.

90% cloths store 10% fishing supplies. And only fly fishing merchandise.. dont expect a full blown fishing store.

Just want to say that John Klinzing at the Bayshore Orvis location was a huge help and super knowledgeable. Great guy who’s super down to help in any way possible and likes to talk shop. Made my experience at the Orvis store very enjoyable and I look forward to my next visit.

I really love the staff and how knowledgableThey are. It doesnt matter if you want to talk fishing, need some clothes or are looking for a gift. Theyre really nice, smart people here. I would highly recommend their free fly fishing class and fly tying class. There are also events they do around town as simple outings which are great.

Not just clothes for flyfishing ! Also they have fly fishing classes ! Very nice store and very helpful staff.

Sales lady followed us around the store. I felt she didnt hear what we needed, instead pushed what she felt she would buy. My husband felt so guilty about walking out empty handed that he bought shirts that were WAY overpriced. Sorry Orvis, I dont care how long youve been in business I will not buy your fishing gear, nor will I be back to purchase clothing. $30 for a thin cotton tshirt is NOT a deal.
