Ok, I’ve been monitoring the market of pre-owned AR cars for sometime (almost a year 🙈) and it is hard to find the right one without the seeing it in person. When we had a chance to be in LA area, we came to Ellis Dealership. Huge selection of Alfa Romeo & Fiat cars 🚗 At first couldn’t decide which one is better AR Stelvio or AR Giulia… Angelo, wonderful Adviser at the dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable and we did test drive on both cars… also I had a specific list of things I wanted (pre-owned, possibly certified, 1-3 years old and specific color combination inside and outside, no sport seats…), and this “unicorn” was in stock and ready to go! Transaction was very smooth and signing all the documents with Financial Director was easy and simple. Thank you guys again! Love my new ride 🌟

I was shopping for a new SUV and really loved the look of the Stelvio. I had very specific wants in mind, color in n out, packages, etc. I checked with dealerships from Newport Beach to Santa Barbara and Glendale Alfa by far had the best inventory. I really though I would have to special order the vehicle to get what I wanted, but this dealership has the best outfitted Stelvios. Amazingly they had what I wanted, the only dealership to have it. Oscar helped me out, answered all my questions, made the process simple and comfortable and I got a deal I’m quite happy with.So, if you are in the market for an Alfa save yourself some time and hassle and choose Alfa Romeo of Glendale.

Very unresponsive and unhelpful. I came in, saw a vehicle I liked and got all the numbers for my purchase and wanted to do a test drive but the answer was no. I was only allowed to test drive after I signed a contract.... Whats the point of a test drive if your basically driving what you already would own at that point. Makes no sense.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.Go to another dealership period.

Beware ! This place does not allow test drives unless you agree on number aka agree to buy the car!!! Extremely poor experience. Don’t waste your time! ! It was an “ 80’s used car sales” experience from the moment we walked in! Better go to the dealership in Santa Monica.

Glendale/Ellis Family Alpha Romeo and Fiat hasa great team of sales personnel. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, without being highpressure sales people. I love my new Alpha Romeo Stelvio Ti-Sport is fun and beautiful to drive and to look at. I test drove Audi, BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes. All are great cars but I feel like I got everything from great driving performance, luxury and great style in a fabulous Italian designed package.

This place is JOKE. They do not allow test drives of cars unless you agree on the price/buy the car before. Completely unpleasant staff as well. What a hustler bussiness model....Dont waste your time going there. Go to Alfa Romeo in Santa Monica or Van Nuys, much better experience! Good luck everyone.

Glendale made car buying so much easier and downright enjoyable! Originally, I went to Van Nuys (Do not go to Van Nuys!!!!! I repeat do not go to Van Nuys!!!!) And what a mistake that was. I wasted four hours of my life there and finally had to walk away. I called Glendale and connected with the sales representative, Oscar. I go straight over to Glendale and meet Oscar. I was honest with him that I was frustrated, starving (hadnt had a chance to eat), and already knew the car I wanted...just needed someone to work the numbers with. Oscar was amazing! He offered up his lunch, got me cold bottles of water, and had me relaxing in the AC showroom while he got the car ready for me to test drive. He was kind from the moment I walked onto the lot. And working with him even when talking numbers was comprehensive and he made sure he did right by me as a first time buyer. Next time Im on the market for a car, this is where Im going! Its a family run dealership and they treat you like family! Definitely recommend!!!

Not military friendly. Does not care for interested buyers. Never thought a dealership would turn down a sales opportunity for someone with a pre-approved loan. I do not recommend you waste your time with this dealership.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DELAER!Try to lease a Giulia in 2018, (give them right away $3000 as a downpayment) they said lease approved can pick up the car at anytime. A couple of days later I call them to arrange an appointment to pick the car up they said they cant give me the car, lease has been canceled, (business owner credit score 800+). After arguing over the phone they said they can give me the car but I have to pay a higher monthly price. NOW I UNDERSTAND THEIR GAME!!Went to Ellis Alfa Romeo in San Diego, still driving the car an I love IT.I think FCA should really consider to pull the plug to this dealer, theyve been really unprofessional.

Service center is slow and there’s no rental car during covid

Used slimeball tactics on me. Made a deal over the web before I arrived. They tried to reneg two times and one of these times was after I signed all the papers! Reneging after I sign the papers is a special kind of time waste and feeling of disappointment. Besides this, their operation not only acts like a used car dealership but also is the size and has the facilities of one also. Id stay away and personally wouldnt do business here again under any circumstance.
