I showed up, was helped quickly and politely. Service manager told me the car would be ready in two hours. 2 hours later - BOOM a text on my phone - my car is ready. I showed up, was directed to a super friendly and efficient cashier, and five minutes later was out the door in my serviced (and courtesy vacuumed!) car. I could not be happier with this place and the excellent level of service.
My mom was looking for a replacement for her Civic, which had become difficult for her to get in and out of. After emailing and visiting a few dealerships in the greater Los Angeles area, it became evident that the chip shortage, the nature of which few could describe, had played an unfortunate trick with most salespeople and turned them into opportunistic money-grabbers. I am happy to say that Kia Glendale (and their Costco rep Eric Reppe in particular) were easier to work with than over a dozen other dealerships we tried. We got as fair a deal as we could ever hope for under the current market conditions and Eric was responsive, speedy and courteous with us. Good customer service is tougher than ever to find these days, but I’d not hesitate to send my family and friends their way.
I purchased Kia Seltos during Pandemic in 2020, which starts with 5 stars. But soon after, I found out that the finance team put the wrong last name to my joint owner and that took months to be fixed. It was unnecessary annoying situation and 1 star is the most I can give. Recently went to get the first oil change at the Glendale location. I specifically requested Synthetic Oil Change ONLY when I made the appointment online, the advisor (Sammy) tried to sell another packaged service by saying this service includes, tire rotation, transmission XXX, etc. Is that what you want? I refused and checked the price of the service he was mentioning. It was nearly $200. On the other hand, oil change was $60 after tax. The worst part is about to start. I waited for 2 hours, outside on the metal bench. No one called me if the job was done. So I went to check and saw my car parked inside the service area. When I asked, Sammy said the oil change was done but software upgrade is not done and I have to wait more. I told him I want the car and paid to the cashier. As I was about to drive off at 2 hour and 30 mins for AN OIL CHANGE, the service light was still on. I had to go back to find this advisor to reset it. I dont know if KIA is only focusing on Sales, OR it was just that particular advisor who is pretty bad. CAR PRO KIA GLENDALE needs to check their quality of service. Its the worst service department Ive ever experienced in LA.** One week later, I am changing the rate to 1 star, because the general manager never responded to my email that was guided to send at the response below. I guess they really dont care about customer service but wanted to look like they care.
I drove 85 miles one way to Glendale KIA they had such a good selection of cars.My KIA Optima had been totaled by a drunk driver and I needed to replace it quickly.Jimmy Saleh my sales consultant was the best!Showed me what was available, no high pressure, answered all my questions.I found exactly what I wanted, great priceand outstanding customer service.Well earned 5 stars ⭐️

Word of advise always say no to the first and second offer.I guarantee they will lower the price down. (At any dealership not just this one that has no fixed price)Make sure to look at the APR and how much they are charging you to lend u the loan for the car.Make sure to look at various dealerships as well, you could end up getting a better deal somewhere else. At the end of the day it’s there job to sell the car.Some staff can be rude, and extremely pushy if you refuse the first offer. However there are some staff that really try to help you.Remember buy whatever benefits you, not them BE SMART ABOUT IT. It’s debt that you will have to be in for years. I had the worst experience. I was initially choosing between a car gurus dealer and them but I can assure you without a doubt you will regret visiting this place. I overheard other clients complaining about the cars they had purchased having damage and a client also complained about the service being done wrong he took his car so they could fix what they had broken but this immediately made me realize this wasn’t a reliable dealer. The salesmen and management were all rude and did not even try to assist me . They lied and simply attempted to sell me either an overpriced and faulty car or a brand new 2021 car. I wasted so much time simply trying to get assistance. Will never even consider leasing or buying a car from this dealer and you shouldn’t either .

He is honest and straightforward doesnt beat a round the bush and does not make you feel pressured into buying a car. So far he has made our family feel at home there when buying a car. This dealership has helped us in purchasing our vehicles unlike kia of cerritos where they didnt even attempt to help us at all. Jack was also a joy to work with. I didn’t buy my Kia here, I bought my Rio At the Carson dealership, but the Glendale service center is closer to my home so I decided to come here for my oil change. I had also bought (elsewhere) a sports visor for my Rio, I bought it thinking that I could install it myself but when I received Iran’s read the Instructions, realized that I can’t risk damaging my new car so I had this dealership install it for meThe Service Manager (Raymond Menasaka) was very professional and nice. I bought my car in at 12:30pm (my appointment was at 1pm) He told me that my car would be ready by 4-5pm, he called me at 3pm and told me my car is ready to be picked up.Unfortunately, I found out that they don’t wash your car after they finished servicing your car (Like Galpin Ford does) kinda disappointing so I figured I’d mention it here for other users.I decided to wait at the dealership while they work on my car, they have a couple of waiting area set up for waiting customers:They set up a couple of open air tents outside with chairs and they have a roomy indoor air conditioned room where they taped off a couple of chairs in between chairs for social distancing, with vending machines for snacks and drinks (reasonably priced) and free water machine. They also have a bottle of sand sanitizer in the roomThe waiting area is connected to the sales room where tables with plastic divider separates the sales person from the customers. In between the waiting room and sales room is the parts counter, manned by a nice and professional guy.All dealership personnel I saw wore masks and practiced social distancing.Would I recommend this dealership for servicing my Kia?Yes I would.
The worst ever dealership I have visited in my life. The sales guy was smoking right in front of us, didn’t when asked to stop. Didn’t answer any questions we asked. Totally clueless about their job. They don’t update their inventory. Don’t want to even mention basic courtesy, receiving people. The whole place looked like a ghetto. Buying a car is such a memorable moment in anyone’s life. Please don’t visit them and ruin your experience.

I traded in my existing Kia for another (the newone had the wonderful safety feature of the front sensitivityto persons walking across the street in front of you!). Not very organized and crowded. Ive been waiting 15 minutes on a long line on the street to ge in. I dropped the car on my appointment for a recall. After one hour they call me to take my car back as they didnt have the part. I wasted about 3 hours total....what a mess. Also when I called for the appointment they said that they offer shuttle service...dont rely on it, it wont happen. Initially they said that they will check hybrid batteries also for free as I get a malfunction message sometimes but when I got there they asked for money. You dont want to be their costumer. Tottaly opposed with the great experience I had at Honda dealer, incuding free Uber rides after you drop car or to get ot back....*** CHANGE MY REVIEW TO ONE STAR after not getting a response from manager. I was asked to contact the manager about the problem, wrote an email but guess what... they never responded back!! Why he even asked, to waste my time again??????????Update 2: still waiting for the response from manager ( Mr. Mahomed) after he asked below to contact him...more than a month ago...but I guess he is very busy person

Talk about an experience! I made an appointment with Mike to test drive an SUV and although at first the numbers didnt work for me, I was about to leave with no car. Tod and Chris noticed me leaving and chatted for a couple mins, invited me back and provided me with alternatives on what I was able to work with on a monthly payment and down payment. After some transparent and honest conversations with Chris and Tod, we finalized an agreement and I walked out with a car of my choice and a monthly payment that was comfortable. Chris provided me all details and knowledge of the car and features and stayed with us until the end. Manny in finance handled all questions finance related. Overall, just a great experience and Chris is still available if I have a question related to my car or features that I get stuck with. He even emailed me valuable links of vehicle videos and tips to take advantage of all the the car has to offer. Love my final outcome and would highly recommend them!

Rude salesman. Was told that the car we were interested in was not the car for us. Sticker on the car was $26,500 give or take. Dealership had a mark up of $8000. Told the salesman that we would not pay that mark up. Was told that there were no special discounts and that they were the only dealership with the model we were looking for. Dealership needs to teach its sales personnel to be more professional and more courteous.
Their website tells you to call or e-mail for a quote. We had some communication and even set an appointment. Since I was driving a distance I asked them to send me the vehicle price. Nothing. I sent 2 e-mails after that asking for the same information. After being ghosted, someone else sent an e-mail asking to confirm my appointment. When I replied back and explained why I would not be showing up......crickets. The fact that they would not quote me on the cost of the vehicle is completely suspect to me. I still love Kia, but will be looking elsewhere for my new vehicle purchase.
An appointment at 9 for an oil change, finished at 1. Cant walk on the property without someone tryna sell a car or a service. The price wasnt bad and service is open on Sundays.
This dealership is totally unprofessional and they do not care about customers at all. I have visited LA areas for a week, found interesting deal on their website and called them first time 5 days ago. Salesman took all my information and stock number of specific K5 I wanted. He told me, he will call me back in an hour with total out the door price that I have asked. Three days later, I called again with same kind of answer and response. Today I was closed to dealership and asked sales associate to speak to sales manager, instead of being given time frame when I will receive call back about deal, I have been told, the manager is busy and he can not answer the phone call or call you back. Even after several conversations with Salesman, I have been told, he call me back but never received call back. I checked google review and found out many other customers complained and no wonder why u had such an unprofessional experience with them. I don’t write reviews very often but I felt I needed it to share my experience with them so other car buyer don’t have same kind of experience. For me it felt like these guys were not willing to do business at all. My star rating would be negative instead one star that you have to select.

Pushy, disorganized, shady, and unprofessional.I went in 2 weeks ago to look at Kia Souls. I specifically said I wasnt making a purchase that day and needed to run everything over with my dad, This was going to be my first car, but instead theyre like WHY do you need to get approval from your dad and kept questioning everything. They kept pushing me to tell me to call my Dad NOW and Im just like chil guys...I asked for printouts of the two models that I was interested in, and was told to wait a few minutes and Joseph just never got back to me.Like sorry, how hard is it to print out a document with the model and the price and leasing info? I asked for details about repairs, oil changes, etc... and couldnt get a straight answer from the, yet still pushing for me to sign the lease. Once again, I was being questioned why I needed printouts with all the details listed of the car. Like..... I was still interested and asked for a call the next day, of course didnt receive one. I contacted them multiple times in different methods of contact and finally 2 weeks later I get a call after calling to tell me there is no special anymore and they wont lease it to me for the price I was given. No one ever even told me that the deal I got was a special. Joseph was super snappy and rude on the phone when he finally called me back. What horrible fake customer service.
I went to look to at a car I had seen posted online and was able to come see it within an hour or so of calling. The sales person called to verify my appointment time and met with me as soon as I arrived. We were able to be helped immediately to discuss financing and the salesperson, Tom, was patient with us while we took time to discuss. When we were ready to discuss financing, we certainly had to negotiate, but I think the companys sales practices are probably standard for a car dealership--dealer markups on accessories, etc., but our salesperson Tom was super patient with us, funny, kind, and overall we had a positive experience. I walked away happy with the deal I got and would recommend them.
Tried buying a 21 forte gt using the online express service they had. Came up at 25k otd. I call them and suddenly price is at 29k blaming it on chip shortage and what not. What makes it worse is salesman Joseph tried to make it seem like he was helping me out by lowering it to 28k. It wouldnt be frustrating if it werent for the fact that the website has upfront pricing all over it. So much for honesty. Definitely wouldnt consider buying from here.
Worst experience I have ever had. We were Lied to right at the start. Prices are tripled of other dealerships; the sales manager was rude and condescending. As soon as the found out the vehicle was for my wife their, whole attitude changed. Stay away.
It is Friday, 7/16 around 3 PM. I just spoke with a guy at Parts and went to Service to ask a question. There were three guys behind the counter. They were talking. I said hi and was standing there. One of them turned around and looking at the screen. The other two still talking. And I was standing. No greeting. No acknowledgement. I was like screw these guys and walked away. Absolutely no customer service at all. Never had in my life this kind of no customer service. The sales person who helped my wife the other day was nice. So it is not the entire dealership that needs help but that was totally not acceptable.

I was in a car accident and they made me go in for a signature. They definitely need to upgrade so we can sign our signature through our smart phones. So these people can careless, well then I dont care about there review.
Our salesman Mo was excellent. We drove up from San Diego because they had the car we wanted. When we arrived they informed us there would be a +$8000 mark-up on the car we wanted. It is a Kia Seltos, not a Nissan GTR or limited edition of anything. This is crazy bait and switch. We walked out. Mo was great, the people in charge are out of their minds if they think it is ok to ask for $8k above sticker just because they want to.

This was hands down the greatest first time car buying experience I could have had. I went to one or two other dealerships and felt very intimidated, overwhelmed, and confused by the process. Car Pros had the exact car I wanted, they clearly explained every step of the process so I understood what was going on, they were very honest and open throughout the deal clearly explaining every line item and why the cost was what it was (not to mention they gave me a GREAT deal).THEY DROVE TO BAKERSFIELD FOR ME from Glendale and back to get some paperwork signed so I could trade-in my old car and drive off the lot that same day with a new car. Never in any other industry have I had this level of Customer Service. It was astounding. So I bought a 2015 kia forte about a month ago and once i took it out the lot I noticed the rear shocks need to be replaced i took it to the dealer after three days they said their mechanic needs to check it if something is wrong they’ll replace it without any charges, after mechanic checking it he said they‘ll need to be replaced and he ordered the parts and said it’ll arrive in three days and he’ll call me once he gets the parts, since then I’m yet to hear from them and it’s been about a month.I am very disappointed about this dealership and the staff who work there.
Service people were very nice (Alex) and they were done relatively quickly (just over an hour). Having come from another car brand, I think they’re a bit over priced. I would however recommend them and will use them for service in the future.
I flew in from out of town to go to this particular car dealership because of the amount of a particular car that they had in inventory. They are the ONLY dealership that had 37 Kia Carnivals west of Denver, CO.Let me start with the staff started out nice. We took a test drive and would have left with a car, but this dealership jacks up the price of the vehicle over $12k more above MSRP. Upon sitting down with the “finance guy” (we already had financing before starting looking for cars) He lied not once, but several times. Trying to tell us that the dealership paid $6k over MSRP. If they gave us any kind of discount they would be making no money. At this point we thanked him for his lies and left. They also tried telling us they were the #1 Kia dealership in the US. That is a blatant lie. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They may have the inventory, but they should not be allowed to be a Kia dealer. Horrible customer service,

One star for the lovely salesperson, Tiana who showed us the Kia Carnival on our visit and zero stars for her manager. She was professional and knowledgeable of the Carnival and showed us various different trims of the same model until we settled on one that we liked. If she were the only salesperson we interacted with, we may have walked out with a new car from this dealer but the sales tactics employed by her manager were a deal breaker for us. He was constantly messaging and calling her while she was assisting us as if he didn’t trust her to do her job - it came across as micro managing and created a distrust in the whole process. When we sat down with her to talk about the price of the car, we were very well aware that she didn’t have any autonomy to make decisions. When we requested information about why the dealer markup on the Carnival was $15k, including requesting to view the invoice price of the car, we didn’t get a clear response, except that demand and short supply required a markup and that “HR” did not allow them to share the invoice price they pay for their cars. We asked to negotiate on the price of the car to MSRP and her manager balked at us. He offered to buy our family dinner and give us 0 APR on a loan but he would not budge at all on the price of the car that was marked up from $46k to $61k. I indicated to him that I was willing to wait for a better price and his response was, “I think you should wait too”. This response came across as arrogant to me and of someone who is out of touch with what customers are looking for when they walk in to a dealership. Instead, they bank on the tag line that demand is high and supply is short. Needless to say we visited a different dealer the next day, Van Nuys Kia, and were met with a professional crew who did not mark up their cars so excessively and negotiated with us on the final price of the car so that all parties benefited from the transaction. I do not recommend this dealer and wish Tiana luck on working with such a difficult manager.PS, the showroom is set up like a “boiler room” fish bowl, almost like a trading floor and does not allow for private conversation. Not a good representation of a car brand reputation that is on the rise!
If I could give negative stars I would. Service is awful. Over 2 1/2 hours for a 10 minute oil change. Advisers have an attitude. They knew I had to wait.

When the price exceeded what I was prepared to pay, they not only got the price right, they went above and beyond to get me the color I wanted by getting a car from Huntington Beach and delivering it to me at home! Now thats service above and beyond!!
Thus is a great place to shop for cars, if you are looking for KIA vehicles, which I love by the way, because of their great performance, both on, and off, the freeway, and of course, the really good gas mileage savings you experience with most Kia manufactured cars. Though I am a bit annoyed that Kia automakers chose to produce Kia Soul electric vehicles anymore, for whatever reason, because that was a very fun, yet sporty car, and needless to say, with there being little to no maintenance needed on the car, made it even more valuable, in terms of savings on fuel, as well as helping to keep our environment clean and emission free, however Though, they replaced it with another all electric version called NERO, which provides much more EV mileage, which is a big plus.👌 Moreover, the sales people at this location are very proficient, attentive, respectful of their customers desires, and aim to please, without all of the sales pressure nonsense, and in fact, they recently received the 2020 award for setting a new record for most dealership car sales, (over 4500) yes, even during the height of Covid-19, which I personally found to be very impressive!!👌👍👏 so folks, mask up, and stop in and shop a bit, and YES, they have a lot of space in the showroom for social distancing, with petitions installed at each salesman station, to keep everyone feeling safe, and comfy!! I strongly recommend CAR PROS KIA GLENDALE, as I just purchased my 3rd car from them!!👍👍👍 gp

Confirmed details of a deal 3 times before we drove an hour and a half to trade our car in and get a new one. Despite confirming 3 times the exact offer, when we showed up, they tried to give us $5000 less for our trade, totally trying to rob us and then tried to say “don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of that for you and roll it in to your monthly payment”. Talking about scandalous!!! They also didn’t even have the car we were going to purchase there and we even had an appointment. Don’t visit this Kia. It’s very sketchy. If you want a good honest one, try the Valencia Kia.

Very Excited Happy customer!!!!Went in looking for a 2019 used Niro Ev I saw online and it had sold. Sales manger had Tiana show some models they had available and I didnt think it would be possible getting into a brand new 2020 Niro EV. With Tiana help we walked away a very happy family and love our new addition. Tiana was very patient and able to answer my hundred of questions. They had to check my computer system for a recall on my 2020 Kia Forte. They updated it and checked my car. Turned out, my car was fine. All for free since it was a potential recall. Quick and easy for me.
Raymond Raymond Raymond! I had to get work done on my Stinger. Raymond set things up in advance so my time spent at the dealership was sooooo easy and smooth. Further, Raymond had the car dropped off at my place of work. Im not surprised, this man goes out of his way for me every time I come to this dealership. Service Manager is honest and accountable and after having the opportunity to take a minute and try to make things right, Im much more confident in the Service Department at Car Pros Kia. After discussing my issue a little more in depth with the Service Manager, He was able to identify & understand my situation and went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and honor My Warranty by way of good communication. Ray and Arno are the only 2 Service Advisers I trust with My Car. I own a Kia Stinger. I would highly recommend them because they both do their best to help and make you feel comfortable when you come in to the Service Department.I cant say Thanks (to both of them) enough. Service Advisers can be swamped with many customers that they deal with on a day to day basis (And sometimes the customer doesnt realize this - So I understand it can be very stressful and time consuming w/ the work they do) especially with Corona Virus. In My previous review, I wasnt happy with my initial outcome of visiting the Service Center here but Ray really restored hope and trust, back into a long-time customer today - and that is something I truly appreciate.

Wont leave me alone about a car I dont have.They call me every couple weeks about getting a stinger serviced that they believe I am leasing. Ive spoke to the manager and told multiple customer service reps I dont lease a stinger nor do I want to do business with them. They just keep calling back.Dont give this company your contact information, you will regret it.

Awful service. I love my Kia Niro, but i will NEVER buy another Kia, or Hyundai for that matter, after the service experience at Car Pros. You can tell these companies share the same corporate culture; no concern for costumer service after you buy their vehicles.
I wish I bought my car from this dealership. They always help me when my car needs it. Kia Cerritos dealership was where I leased my car but I have not received consistent good service since I leased the car from them in 2015. Go to Glendale Kia if you want a good deal and excellent customer service. Dont make the mistake I did.
Expect to walk out in worse shape than when you walk in, you may walk in optimistically but you will walk out agitated and demeaned. I caution anyone considering using this dealership for service.The entire experience, involving multiple employees, was completely unsatisfactory. First, my Sorento is having issues with my power steering and have been losing the ability to steer my vehicle. This is not a light repair and this vehicle is only a year old. I booked an appointment on the weekend since I work during weekdays, and I described exactly what the issue was for this appointment.When I arrived, I had to wait in line to get to the customer service desk, this is fine, but when I finally got to a service rep he told me he couldnt help me and pointed me to a different rep although he was available and this other rep had 4 people in line waiting to speak with him. 15 minutes later, I finally spoke with this other rep and no apology was given for the wait. Then he proceeds to tell me that they cannot spare a technician to look at critical issues on weekends and that they only handle minor maintenance on weekends. This boggles my mind, how would minor maintenance take precedence over a critical one? He told me to reschedule. When I explained that I had booked an appointment with a clear description of my vehicles problems and that I cannot come on weekdays, he shrugged it off. When I asked if this meant he did not believe this issue would be dangerous to drive without power steering, he then shifted the blame to me for buying a used vehicle and then proceeded to try to sell me a service package.How is any of this acceptable? I highly regret giving this dealership my business.
I have had several experiences with other Kia Dealers, however, Car Pros Kia Glendale outranks them all. They are very professional, friendly and has great turn around times: whether it is getting your car serviced, or purchasing a new one. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with our experience at Kia Glendale - the staff was friendly and helpful. Chris Zakharyan and Tod Vartaneian in particular were great. Originally, the only Sorento in stock with our requested trim level was in a color we did not like. Tod and Chris spent a lot of time and effort speaking with other nearby dealers, until they found a car in our preferred color. They coordinated getting the car sent over, and by the end of the night we were happily driving home in our new Galaxy Grey Sorento! Also with some thanks to the Costco auto program, the overall process was quick and easy.

Called to ask about a new car. Super friendly lady picked up the phone, announced the car has not arrived to inventory yet and that was it. No push to put in a reservation, no annoying questions or trying to get me to buy something else which instantly makes me buy it here when it arrives.Straight to the point and no pushy sales which is rare these days. Keep it up!

My service advisor, Alex, is always on top of the latest news on my car so Im never worried about recalls or safety. This location is always great at giving you detailed schedule when you take your car for service and sometimes even sooner than expected! I recommend anyone with a Kia take their safety seriously and visit this service department.
I just purchased a 2016 Kia Optima SX Turbo and I just couldnt be any happier. I went from a Camry to an Optima and to me there is no comparison from the way it looks to the way it runs hands down the Optima takes it all the way. But the best experience yet was my sales man, Mo. He was so informative and patient and made sure I was well taken care of. He even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase, he has truly gone above and beyond all expectations.
