Bought a vehicle from David here a couple weeks ago, the SUV I purchased was in great shape and David was really easy to work with. I was looking around for a cheap van, just a temp solution to a problem. I ran across on of their ads and wow they had the best deal I could find. I called they were very quick to respond and polite advised nothing wrong with the van and it would be there if I wanted to stop by. I came by late like right as they were closing (I had just gotten off work myself) and they offered to stay open a bit late for me. Like I said I was not looking for anything expensive or nice but they still went out of their way to stay for me. We looked over the van, a few cosmetic issues he didnt try and hide it but nothing I cared about. I asked if it will run for at least a year? He said yes, I asked about any warranty on his super cheap used van? He said although he didnt do a 190 point inspection on the van if I had a major issue let him know. Well after I said yes and we went though the process (entire time he was polite and very nice by the way) I couldnt drive home with both cars so he let me leave it until I could pickup no charges or pressure to move it. Fast forward a week or two, rear doors didnt remote unlock/lock, called him up, sure enough he had it fixed at no charge, he is indeed a man of his word, a used car salesman DID NOT LIE! Here we are about a year later, still running just like he said. These guys are honest and true, take them at their word. When they say they will take care of you they mean it. They not only care about people looking to buy a big nice sports car but even those looking for a temp cheapest car around. All around great place to buy a car!

Back in January of 2019, I bought a 350Z. For the first month it was fine, then everything started breaking. Between 86K and 97K I replaced almost my entire cooling system, radiator, power steering cooler, radiator hose lines, thermostat as it all leaked. They sold me a car with undisclosed frame damage. The mis-aligned fender was a sign it was messed up, but after inspecting under the front sway bars, the left sway bar bracket had only 3 bolts in instead of 4, because the OEM Nissan Bracket does not line up anymore due to damage in the frame.Dont buy this this place is all I can say.

I was in negations to purchase a vehicle which we would have to fly in to pick up. I even paid to have mechanic check it out for $100 (Proctor drove it to the mechanic a couple of blocks up the road). The car did have a number of minor yet pricey issues needing repair. I spoke with Proctor regarding the results and my offer for the vehicle. I was given a verbal “that shouldn’t be a problem, I will call you back to confirm”. While waiting beyond the agreed upon time for the return call I decided to call them (again as I was never called back and had to always initiate contact myself). regarding my offer prior to booking travel. You can imagine how displeased I was when this was the response I received. “I was meaning to call you. We just sold it to a guy who walked in wanting to pay full pice.” This is after 3-4 days of trying to buy this vehicle. After a few emails were exchanged expressing my disappointment with their (what first impressions felt very dishonest) actions, I was promised a reimbursement check for the mechanic. I have asked about it twice and was promised it would be sent and have now waited a total of 2 months. I have seen no check. I’ve given them every opportunity to make this situation right by reimbursing me for expenses paid prior to selling the car out from under me. Since they have not done so, as promised, I felt it was necessary to write this review. I will say I don’t think they purposely intended to be dishonest, but this was definitely a case of poor management and bad customer service.

Bought a car there went to got on the freeway to go home had a horrible vibration as I got up to speed come to find out all 4 tires were expired with little to no tread left on them and they refused to take care of the problem they probably don’t even inspect the cars before they sell them I will never buy or suggest anyone to buy from them without having a real Mechanic look over the car first. I guess this deal isn’t as honest as I thought

Coming here I was a bit scared of dealing with a small dealership, but these guys put the large companies to shame. There was no pressure to buy, there was no pressure to use their financing, but there was a lot of cooperation in helping us get the car we wanted at at great price! The FUNNY thing is, and what really impressed me is, I was there around lunchtime and hadnt had time to eat, and they actually bought me a burger and fries when they went on their own personal lunch! That to me says they really wanted my business.And, as happens from time to time, there were some issue with the vehicle right after purchase, but they stepped up, and made things right in a quick and efficient matter. I really have to hand it to these guys, THIS is what car buying should be. TAKE A HINT MARK KIA! These guys know how to treat you with respect, and not just another sale. Im always apprehensive about buying a new vehicle. Ive been burned more times than id like to admit, but this place is great! Great selection of nice vehicles. I was impressed that a smaller dealership actually had two models of the Toyota Tundra I wanted. I was able to buy the truck for two thousand dollars less than Id seen advertised elsewhere and with far fewer miles than expected. Sold me a car with a bad strut and coolant leak. Took it back told them about both they said it was a clamp. Took it to a dealership the water pump had was bad and the strut was totally no good. Had to practically beg them to put a radio in the car that worked before I bought it. Cool people until the sale is done

Id choose no stars if I could.These people tried to sell a buddy and I 2 separate vehicles with leaks and was not willing to fix the leaks or negotiate on price. Mustang had 2 valve cover leaks and possibly a front main seal leak. The tahoe had an intake manifold gasket leak.They are interested in making a profit and dont care who they hurt in the process. If you go to these people for a vehicle take a mechanic with you. In this case, I was the mechanic.

This is my first actual car buying experience other than private, and I have to say I couldnt be happier.To start, I grew up around the car industry as my mom worked for Ford for multiple decades. I grew up hearing how some salespeople talk behind closed doors and some horror stories.I found a car online that I really wanted. There were two in town and this dealership had the nicer one (cheaper too.)It is a small dealership, so know what youre getting into. There arent a ton of salespeople to walk you through everything. But to counter that, you wont be immediately sweated by people as soon as you drive through either.But it is also a family operation and you can tell, which is something I appreciate greatly.I went through my entire sales process with David and we were all finished up with everything within 3 or 4 hours or so, which was a treat.They are not a buy here-pay here lot. They will find you actual financing. I was presented with multiple options quickly. While test driving, they notified me of an issue before I noticed it and agreed they could have their guy look at it when it was convenient for me to come back, as long as I notified ahead which is no problem.On the way home, my car just died on me on the freeway and I was freaked out. It was rush hour in a very busy part of the freeway. I called David to see what he could do. He told me he would call someone really quick and get right back to me. I got a phone call maybe 90 seconds later and it was Rodd who I had not met yet. He asked me where the fuel was at and I told him not super low but I was thinking about getting gas but traffic was too bad. It was probably a little under 1/8. He told me sometimes these cars when they get older can have finicky floats in the tank and it might have just run out of gas. Right when he said that, i told him that sounds exactly like what happened and how it died. He told me he would be right there.He came straight to me, and from how long it took me through the same traffic, he had maybe enough extra time to find socks. He dangled out over the rush hour traffic to fuel up my car for me and got it started right up. Before leaving, he said that he would notify the shop of this issue as well and get that fixed too but to just use my trip odometer for the meantime.Flash forward two months now and I love this car and Im super happy with my experience with Proctor Motor Company. I have already recommended two people go out there even though Im about an hour away, just because the experience was that good.Thank you guys so much for putting a first time car buyers mind at ease.

Went here to buy a vehicle tonight but the guy would not take our debit card. I explained that it was a debit, not a credit card and the funds were secured. I can accept policy as an excuse, but dont mention thats its close to closing time and expect me to be ok with that. Sounds like someone wanted to go home. I drove an hour to get there and Im certainly not going back. Btw, David from Proctor Motor Company, we may have been wearing our painting clothes but we had more money to spend than it appeared and we wont be spending it at PMC!
