We just had 2/3 of our house refloored by Brandi Carpet. They were very helpful; in picking out the best flooring for us. They took up the old tile with very little dust and no mess. Finally, the new flooring was installed faster than projected. I would recommend Brandi Carpet for any of your flooring needs. They were great to work with and at a reasonable price.

Were first time homeowners and wanted to make sure we took our time finding the right company to invest in for new flooring. Thanks to the (real) reviews on here I went into Brandi for samples. The healthy selection of vinyl plank flooring (thats what we were shopping for) and ability to take the samples home started the process off on a great foot. Justin was on time, masked up, and efficient in measuring for three different quotes; the quotes themselves were very clear, and competitive in price. When we were ready to move forward with Brandi, Chris was very clear in communicating expectations and the overall project timeline. Devin was our installer and he was courteous, communicative, proficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were pleased. The dustless tile removal is awesome, and they even mopped everything when all was said and done. Honestly they kind of make a lot of other companies look bad. Thanks for putting this first time homeowner at ease and giving us beautiful and durable floors.

After visiting their showroom and speaking with the owner’s wife who was very friendly, I decided to order carpet from them instead of a big box store. We have used Brandi Carpet in two houses. Chris is extremely polite and helpful, making sure all questions are answered and that we get the best price on quality carpet! We found carpet at Lowes that was average. However, we found better, quality carpet at Brandi Carpet for way less. I will NEVER buy carpet from the big box stores as the quality of carpet was ten times better from Brandi Carpet. Along with great customer service and excellent pricing, the installers were quick and kind. They did a WONDERFUL job installing the carpet fast! I highly, highly recommend this business for anyone looking for any type of new flooring!

I was looking for a carpet company that offered great customer service. I was greeted promptly and per my request allowed to roam a bit. He was always nearby to answer questions. A bit later Chris, the owner, took over. He educated me, showed me options, scheduled a measure appointment and allowed me to take color samples home. Friendly and knowledgeable describe him well.Purchasing is one thing. How it is installed is another. The installers were incredibly professional, friendly, humorous and skilled at their craft. They were efficient with their time, hard-working, yet extremely pleasant. The finished job looks amazing. Im so pleased with the look. If I need to, I WILL use Brandi Carpet again (but with the incredible carpet warranty, we may not be doing business for some time). It is very rare in today’s business world to find a true expert in their field. If you are lucky enough to find such a person, you should give them all your business and recommend them to everyone you know.We recently purchased a home in Glendale, and needed to have the carpet replaced. We thought about going with the people that advertise on TV, but they were up-sell central. We also thought about going with Home Depot, but they didn’t really know their stuff. Then we went to a well-known tile and flooring/carpet store in the neighborhood (on Bell), and hung around their showroom for about 15 minutes without even getting acknowledged.It was only then that I decided to do a Google search and found Brandi Carpet. Their showroom was about 15 minutes away, and we briefly considered whether we wanted to waste any more time driving around that day. I’m glad we made the trip to Brandi Carpet.From the moment, we walked in, Chris was very pleasant and extremely informative. He is one of those experts in their field that knows everything there is to know about their industry. I never knew there was so much to know about carpet. The different types, patterns, padding etc. Chris really took the time to show us, educate us, and give us all the options, so we could make the right choice.He sent us home with some samples of carpet that we could look at it on site and scheduled an appointment with a person that would come out to take actual measurements. The man that came to measure the rooms was very pleasant and professional. The exact amount of carpet was ordered and we gave him a deposit.A few days later the installers came. Again, they were very pleasant and professional. They removed all the old carpet and padding, cleaned up the area, installed the padding, and then the carpet. They did an incredible job installing the carpet.Overall Brandi Carpet exceeded our expectations at a very fair price. I would wholeheartedly recommend them as the best choice for all your carpet needs. I guess they do other things like wood, tile and laminates too, so don’t hesitate to give the local experts a call.

Fantastic company! Installed my laminate wood floors back in 2013 and they are wonderful! Even today they stand by their product and work and are helping me with a minor issue in a hallway. Ill never use anyone else!

Like many people today (I assume) when we came to the realization it was time for new carpet, I went to Home Depot. Just my luck, they had a Sale going on with “free installation”. I paid $50 to get my floor measurements and in fact within 24Hrs. (or so) I got a call back from Home Depot and a written quote.I about fell over when I saw the numbers… Fortunately, my wife was aware that our neighbors had just had Brandi Carpets do their kids rooms.When I called Brandi Carpets and got Chris (the owner) on the phone, I simply asked him how he could compete w/HD? He said “quite favorably”, in most cases.In fact, they did… with better service (free estimate and a great education), better selection (of carpets and padding), better knowledge and experience, and ultimately a great price.The guys who did the installation were true professionals and great with my wife and daughter.Don’t waste your time or money at Home Depot; at least when it comes to carpets.

Best Carpet Company Ever! From the sales side to our Installers. Everyone was Great. Our installer team Steve and Nickolas were very professional and did an Incredible job, they even moved some of our heavy furniture and were better than the movers we had previously hired.

Where to start? I went to a big box store because they advertised Free Installation! Free Stairs! Free! Free! Free! Got the quote back and it was over $11,000. (We have a big house). Feeling slightly defeated, I went into Brandi Carpet. Chris was amazing. He *really* knows his carpet. I picked out one I liked and he scheduled the measurement. Just as Chris thought, the big box over-measured by 30 square yards, which added up to about $1k before taxes. Got an estimate back from Chris that was more than $3,000 less. He scheduled me, told me who would install the carpet and when. They just finished yesterday and the house looks AMAZING. The installers were so awesome. I couldnt be more happy with the outcome and Im ridiculously happy that I supported small business vs a big corporation. Thanks, Chris!

No one answering the phone? Why is this? Please help I was referred to this place and they dont answer?

I purchased carpet from them on November 14, 2012 and they installed it on December 11, 2012. After 3-4 months of having the carpet it started rippling in all the rooms and closets. So, they sent a crew out to re-stretched and reinstall the carpet. The problem kept happening and they sent the same crew out 2 more times over the next 2 years. They made a claim with Shaw Inc. who manufactured the carpet who sent out an inspector to my house on July 21, 2016 and he concluded that the original installation was done incorrectly and the subsequent re-stretching was done incorrectly and Shaw denied the claim stating it was an installation error. They then scheduled a different crew and the owner accompanied them to my house on Sept. 3, 2016 and they re-stretched the carpet again (4th time since original installation). 2 weeks after that re-stretching the rippling started in my master closet again. While the owner was in my house he stated to me that the carpet cost me $2500 out of the $4,131.80 total that I paid him. I e-mailed the owner and he made another claim with Shaw Inc. They sent out a different inspector to my house on October 27, 2016. That inspector determined that the original installation was done incorrectly and the carpet was incorrectly re-stretched and unevenly re-stretched and now has been over stretched to the point of no return. The inspector said Shaw sold Brandi Carpet good carpet and it was determined again that it was the installation that was at fault here. He found not only my master closet rippling, but corners in my master closet not installed properly and several areas in the living room and hallway not installed correctly and he said it wouldnt be long before you have the whole problem again. Shaw Inc. denied the second claim on November 11, 2016 stating again that it was an installation error. I received an e-mail from Brandi Carpet 2 days before Thanksgiving stating that they would call me after the holiday to discuss. The holiday passed with no call and the Wednesday after the holiday I sent them an e-mail saying that I would have thought I would have heard from you by now. I gave them one option and one option only. That option was to have a check in my hands for $2500 by December 12, 2016 for reimbursement of what the carpet cost me, which is the amount he stated to me as what I paid him for the carpet. They got back to me on December 7, 2016 saying they would send me a check in the mail on December 8, 2016. I received a check for $1713.68 on Saturday, December 10, 2016. The check he sent to me represents the cost of what they paid for the carpet not what I paid for the carpet. They shorted me $786.32 from the cost of what I paid him for the carpet.

My install took way longer than I was told and the installer was late!!!
