Normally I love this place, and have no issue. The older gentleman who works here and the guy with sandy brown hair are nice. However, there’s a third guy who is not. He’s about 5’10 brown hair and facial hair. When I walked in I asked him TWICE to put on a mask, and he refused. It’s a year into the pandemic, who tf doesn’t wear a mask at this point. The other two guys do. I’m higher risk for covid, your laziness is not worth my life. You work with the general public, how can you be so selfish ? Really sad as I like to support my local business but he drove me away with that one. Crazy that you think that you’re so above everybody else that you can risk other peoples live. I’m sure your boss doesn’t appreciate you driving customers away .Edit : thank you for taking this seriously and that you will address it with him, my frustration in my review is not towards you, but towards that employee, I know you can’t control what they do when you’re not around and again I appreciate you taking it seriously thank you

Steve, Alex, and Sammy are the best! They always remember what I need! They have a double barrier in front of their counter to protect our safety from COVID! These guys care about their business and their customers! Thank you!!!!:)

The guy that owns the shop is really cool!! I was having trouble with my nord, he took it apart and cleaned it for me for free and gave me a free black and mild as I waited... Ive been here before its always A1 service ..

The reviews are either 1 or 5 star... HIGHLY SUSPECT!!..I agree with 1 star...went in about 1 yr ago to ask about vapes/vaping..Older guy only wanted to sell something and was not helpful with questions and I was new to vaping so needed help!!..as a newbie should have pointed me to a JUUL or something cheap.. ended up buying a SMOK and juice for $80!! turned out OK as I used it until recently when I quit vaping but wished I would have been advised to try cheaper first!! Only go here cause I no longer drive and can walk there, otherwise I would avoid!!

Used to go here but the prices aren’t reasonable in my opinion. The wraps are at a good price but other smoking accessories are a bit expensive. But they have good service. Short story, got better deals at other smoke shops. Also their opening and closing times are confusing and fount it hard to rely on them.

Cool place and amazing employees

Completely ripped me off!! I called, beforehand, to see how much a pen was. The gentleman told me he wasnt able to discuss it over the phone (that should have raised enough red-flags!). Long story short, he could see I was a rookie and took full advantage. There wasnt a price tag on the pen (very sketch, I should have walked out) Charged me $50!! Now I know its worth $10! DO NOT GO HERE.

Called to see if they had a cigarette in stock, I was told no, I asked if they could order it, they told me no again,even after I told them it would be a weekly order. Nice customer service!

The owner charges according to how he feels or if he likes you...he charged me 75 cents more for a pack of cigs than my younger coworker.

This guy is a joke. He is overly aggressive as a salesperson and then when you buy his products they are all stale

PLACE IS WAKKK, YOUNG, THIN, MID EAST (appearing) EMPLOYEE was more interested in getting back outside to smoke a cigarette and play a game on his phone rather than helping piece together a DAB WATERPIPE... JUST MISSED A $100 SALE BRO, BUT DOUBT YOU CARE CUZ IM SURE YOUR NOT COMMISSIONED ON SALES....I will not return. Ill try the next one down the road...:(

Google Maps says that this place closes at 8:00 pm. When you walk up after 7:00 the doors are already closed and locked.
