How disappointing! Tried to go into the store to look for shoes at 6:40 p.m., store doesnt close until 7 p.m. . We knew what we wanted because we looked online prior to going and wouldve rather had the children try on the shoes before buying. The girl was waiting outside the entrance and told us the store is closed and were not allowed to go in. She was not even polite about it. We wont be coming back.

There are lots of Converse options of course. The staff are helpful. It gets full pretty easily due to the size and layout of the store, but is not bad.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude.

The young lady that helped me was very accommodating. She found a pair of shoes that I wanted real bad in the back. She remembered seeing them in an odd place in back. This made me extremely happy. There werent very many styles in my size 7 but the one pair I had to have, she found.

Went to Browse the discount wall hoping to find a great deal. I walked out with 3 pair for $85 dollars.

Came here to shop for back to school shoes and a backpack, and even with the looming days approaching for school, I was able to get my shoes I wanted with a great backpack at an amazing price. Keep in mind I have a size 11 shoe with an indie taste, already we are in low on options but we found the right shoes with the help of the workers. All my family wheres Converse so we should be coming back soon.

Staff was nice and helpful. Slow rotation of inventory though and prices dont always match. Found two pair of the same shoe priced $20 apart.

If its a shoe, with the Converse logo on it... They have it.. They can even order weird and/or unusual color styles if youd like.. Standard pricing. But, I think the Chuck Taylor style is a bit overpriced compared to what they used to be.. I recall them being a fair priced shoe with style. Now they are trendy and the price reflects that.

So many varieties. Lots of sizes. Lots of clearance. Paid a great price for a pair of high tops.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean store. They have tons of sizes in basic colors for all the fam. Prices are the same as regular stores. Thought they would be different considering its an outlet store, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

They have the newest styles, but they also have a huge assortment of random, discontinued shoes. Sales really vary. Sometimes, they have 70% off clearance and you can get shoes for $8-12. But, most of the time, its 50% off of clearance, and shoes cost $20-35. Thats still cheaper than buying Converse elsewhere. But, you cant always get a screaming deal. Ask the employees when the next 70% off sale starts, if you cant find what you want for a good price.

I just left from the store with an exchange and a few purchases. A guy there named Gregory took great care of me on my transaction and the exchange. I was in and out. I really like their customer service there too. Thank you guys. I will be back for sure.

I really like the converse outlet they have really good deals on shoes. Usually around 40 percent off and then if youre a student they also give another 10 percent as well.

I love Converse but I thought that was treated rudely by some bougie white people

Kind of rude. Went in with my family and one of the girls there was talking so I waited my turn. (Wasn’t even talking about shoes or anything)just like they are catching up. Was still waiting and she saw me and turned her back so she didn’t see me. Unacceptable. Walked out and won’t be coming back. Wasn’t welcomed wasn’t taken care of. I understand this may seem insane but customer service is important to me and this store could defiantly use some help.

A good variety of shoes but couldnt find what I was looking for. Was busy but was there on a Saturday so expected and didnt attempt to ask a sales clerk for help.

Best selection of Converse there is. But the shoes have a tag on them that day 75% off second pair. They would give 75 % off a pair that had that same tag on it. Misleading

Me and my husband were here recently the shopping experience wasnt horrible but as we approach the checkout counter the cashier Emily with extremely disrespectful she was staring my husband down like a piece of meat and was very flirtatious mind you me and my children were standing right there and if it wasnt for her inappropriate behavior I think we would have been in and out a lot faster she was very unprofessional to say the least we will no longer be shopping at this location.
