Music in this place is unbearable. Its so loud you cant even try to enjoy shopping here. Staff was rude and seemed disinterested.

Super unfriendly staff

Stopped in to get a set of replacement lenses for my sunglasses, and was told by the customer service rep that Oakley does not, and never has made replacement lenses for my frames. I have purchased replacement lenses before, and the Oakley website still lists them as in stock. Very poor customer service and product knowledge at this branch.

Chip is the OG great salesperson good people skills and had scratch issue with my catalyst pair a year ago he hooked it up i thought i would have to pay a prorated fee but ma man took care of neighboring store now that is called A grade worthy custmer service and my eyes are happy everyday working outside in this AZ heat .

I have been an Oakley Customer for many years and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. First I went into the store and they did not have the specific type of sunglasses that I wanted. No biggie, have no problem waiting for a few days. (note:These were not custom glasses) The lady at the store had me order online from the Ipad and said it would take 2-3 days and should be here by Friday at the latest. (11/16) I receive an email stating something different so I give Oakley a call and then they tell me its going to take until the next week (11/22). How is the communication this bad from the store and warehouse? The next day after calling, I received an email with a tracking number, well it was invalid so I cant track it. (Side note: I did email them and they responded right away) They provided me with a new tracking number which is nice but it wasnt even a link it was just the number. Lastly, I love that they have the promotion that if you trade in your old pair you get a discount.I traded mine in but now have to go without sunglasses for two week in Arizona.
