I had a Christmas gift a swimming suite to return with all tags attached with gift receipt but was late for few days. I said I am sorry with all this things happening, I did not know that your return policy is only, I am not sure 28 or 30 days. I asked for a store credit, the very rude answer was; that is your personal things we have a policy. I do not want to complain about there policy, I understand but the way she put that and they way she looked at me. I do not have cheap on my shoulder its just she was very unpleasant for her young age.

Nice store. Not too big. Staff is helpful. If an article is said to be available at the this location, by means of their online portal, then the staff members can easily point you to what you are looking for.

Horrible service especially considering the cost of their products, this is not the 99 cent store. If theyre not going to honor returns or exchanges on gifts then they should state that on their receipt. What is the point of a receipt then?Oh and the audacity of the person at the register to say oh just re-gift them was aadded insult, nice corporate training this company has.I will definitely not buy anything from Ted Baker London, and will definitely be letting all my friends, and family know of their ridiculous no return, no exchange, and no store credit towards any other products they have at their store.

I was given a polo shirt for my birthday and just wanted to either get store credit or my actual size but was denied because I needed the persons name who gave me the shirt. Lame excuse and they are the only store to do this. Now Im stuck with a polo shirt thats nice but too big!!!!

Ted Baker is a very unique store. I either absolutely love some of their clothes or absolutely hate it.

Normally when I go into a luxury store the sas are either very rude or they just dont want to help me since I am of the younger age variety. We werent greeted as soon as we walked in, but they did have some other customers and it was only two people working so we didnt mind. I grabbed what Ive been wanting and I asked for a new one from the back since the one on display had fingerprint smudges and dust all over it. The woman was very kind and went straight to the back to get me a new one. Another sa came over and talked to me about our love of the color black she was also very friendly. We sat and waited for my wallet and talked about how nice the store was. It was very pleasing and poised I especially loved the colors. She came back with my wallet completely wrapped and packaged and I checked out in less than three minutes. I was so pleased with this store.
