Not many cash registers open is my only complaint.Marques is a wonderful, helpful and kind employee!! I asked where something was at, & instead of him telling me where it was at, he said let me take you to it. He has done this a few times. Thank you!

I prefer the market place but, sometimes its fun to go to a supercenter and get the things the smaller stores dont carry. Walmart has a reputation for long lines. It wasnt to bad when I was there actually it was pretty fast in and out.all the staff were friendly.

The Customer Service at this particular location Was AWESOME!! The Lady at the Register was very Nice and Professional..I watched her with each customer. Other than myself have I ever seen such Great Service!! 😁

Anything and everything you might need for the house, garage or garden with the exception of nice furniture and designer brand clothing! I did buy a pair of boots for riding my motorcycle and Im pleasantly surprised! They were only $38 and theyre extremely comfortable and quality made!

I visited the tire and lube. Its usually busy and the wait can be 2-3 hrs sometimes.Other then that the service was great.

Money Center needs help, 10 people in line and only one worker is ridiculous!!!! She did her best but seriously needed back up, people were being ride and all. No need... 3 registers and one young lady to head the call. I hope shes well tonight, she got a lot of drama her way

Overall I do enjoy coming to this Walmart because if you can get a spot they have covered parking which in the desert to me is great for the desert. Its also located in a nice strip mall area so there are a lot of other places to go and eat as well. I did notice that they were out of oranges though...

I am disappointed that walmart is not the store it was 5 yrs ago Employees used to be able to tell you where any item was no matter if it was a fondue fork or a childs card game Greeters are not elder people that said hello with a smile they are teenage kids that wont even look away from their phones to notice any customers coming or going or to see if anyone needs help The shelves are bare or are so disorganized you could find a left shoe and a can of fruit cocktale next to each other but the associates are always willing to go find someone who might be able to help but leaves you with more questions than answers

They had the good and the bad. Phyllis the associate that brought my order to my car placed everything safely in my trunk. One thing that I dont like is not being able to go over my order one by one. That might be taking up the time. But you find out right way what you didnt receive but still charged. Now I have cereal and no milk to eat eat it. I also did not receive a frozen meal I ordered. When you are staying in a hotel it makes it rough. This doesnt happen often. But is disappointing when it does. 1.61 for 2 percent mike. 3 or 4 dollars for A breakfast frozen meal. Check your orders before you leave

The only reason I shop here is because the store near my place is always out of the things I need. I used the restroom before I started shopping and it was not clean! All of the stalls had toilet tissue on the floor (I dont know if it was used or not), the soap dispenser was empty and the garage can was over flowing with trash. The only thing that was good is that there were toilet seat covers for those who actually sit on the seat. I was so disgusted that I had to squat.👎🏾👎🏾

Has everything you could ever think of unless its something very specific you need. Employees are knowledgeable of item locations. Kind of hard to get help tho. Youll see 15 Wal-Mart employees around you until you have a question. Then its a ghost town.

Just went their to get two tires, I refused their service because the second mechanic was being overly aggressive, and showed poor customer service. If you want to be served with better costumer service avoid going here for proper work done.. p.s Never leave your car alone here, because mechanics like that will definitely try to up sale or tamper with your personal vehicle..

Placed an order for curbside pickup & the whole experience was quick & easy. Had to wait a few minutes (not more than 10 minutes) to have my order brought to me once I checked in, but it was a Sat & they were fairly busy so that seemed more than reasonable. Employee I interacted with was friendly & professional. Overall a great experience.

None of the self checkouts will take cash so you have to wait in a line with 10 people in line already and only 2 registers open that will take cash. I will look for another Walmart who can deal with people right. Even worse is they denied service to go clean a area with a store full of people cause she didnt want to cashier. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I will say to begin with on my way out as I was scanning my receipt for errors in my bill. My total ended up being more than I had anticipated, so I figured something must not have rung up correctly. The girl at the door, the greeter or cart / receipt checker. Enquired about my well being and offered my little girl some 😃 face stickers and even gave her some more for her brother at home, super generous and kind more personable than the cashier though she wasnt rude or anything really offensive just not very customer friendly. The store was not very organized and lots of empty shelves and the items that were shelved were not labeled correctly. Wasnt my greatest Walmart shopping experience didnt even get what I went for and somehow still spent $60.some odd dollars.

Restrooms were vertical dirty. Toilet paper all over the floor. Blood drops on seats. Had to clean seats so granddaughter could use toilet. Otherwise well stocked. Very busy. Lots of customers not wearing masks.

Walmart was out of so many items. It was very crowded and they had stickers pulling food and checking stock on every aisle blocking half the aisle and blocking the ability to get to the shelves. And on a Saturday, no less. Will not go back to that location again!!!

Love this place bc my grandkids love it. Always a pleasure to visit and see the great items in sale. Staff always nice and friendly!!!!

Dont go there for automotive, went there for my first time to buy a battery & get an oil change and they didnt have the tools to install my battery. Then they refused to do my oil change at first because they didnt recognize my car engine & after explaining to them that my car is a Chrysler and Mercedes-Benz (both) crossfire model they decided to go ahead with the oil change. Then after they didnt know what oil to put in my car so I had to tell them what type & asked them theyd find the info on their computer.I feared they would cause engine failure so I canceled my oil change, and at the end just left with a battery uninstalled. You get what you pay for.

Hopefully if I give a 5 star review theyll give me a job

If I could rate it lower I would. We work for Door Dash and have waited about 36 minutes and still have not been asked what we came to pick up. There are still people here that have been here before we did. Last time we did an order here we waited over an hour for them to finally ask who/what we were here for. The service is terrible, please try and fix it. Thank you and have a great rest of your day!

Omg this is the only wallmart her, you might wanna bring a lawn chair the wait in line to check out is beyond ridiculous....hour to two just in line. I like the covered parking. Store could use a good cleaning. Expect to be disgusted if you need restroom facilities. They do get that 3rd star for keeping current with competitors ads and having shelves stocked. What more can I say. Its Walmart. Always something to see at Wally World!

Went to Walmart to go get oil change and maintenance on my car after a long 20 min weight b4 u was helped then with a rude tone/attitude twords me when I did nothing to deserve/ warrant such negative actions twords me. Then they added a few people b4 me that arrived after I did so first come first serve isnt a thing here. They also charge extra for oil change then anywhere else I have been to to change my oil also they demand I pay for the expensive oils even though its not needed for my car.all In all ok for store shopping needs only bad when it comes to car maintenance or work at all in general, would be best to go somewhere else instead of here.

Large parking lot with a ton of shady, covered parking. Like all Walmarts, very few workers up front so the lines were long and very slow, lots of waiting, even the self checkouts. The workers were friendly, though. I had to do a return and the associate was very helpful.

I prefer going to this place as in comparison to other Walmarts ..The workers are hard workers .I think I would say I see appreciated. So I will give a shout out to them .They need to be appreciated Managers!!!!

I was told to go to self check out because the only cashier register was running out of bags, ok but then the cashier took the two people behind me and checked them out and they had more in their carts than I did....And the store manager was rude

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever attended. I called originally. Non of there departments answered I finally talked to the auto center needed a battery. Purchased a battery for $76.00 they couldnt test it for charge cause there 2 testers were broken i would of have to wait 21/2 hours for the only one available which had a battery currently being tested. This is very poor service for a multi million ok n dol k ar co. And I would ve very emoarrssed to be the general manager. No I will never go back .

Awful... Was searching online to buy Phoenix Suns t-shirts for my parents and it said they had several different styles in stock. Just to make sure I called customer service and spoke to someone in clothing dept. and they said that they did have them to just to come in and pick one. Went to Northern & 59th didnt have them havent carried them in a while. Ok Ill try the one on 51st & Indian School but Ill call first. Spoke to Customer service again and the guy said sure but we only have 3 left. I asked him if he could hold it for me and he said no. So I arrived 15 min. later with no sign off them anywhere. I finally went to the Manager told him what happened and he apologized and said they havent had those t-shirts in long time. I told about their website that it needs to be corrected. Nightmare, waste of time and gas...

I placed a grocery pick up & I don’t like the fact that I don’t know if I will get all items I added to order until it’s closer to time I will be picking up items! This last purchase 14-15 items were out of stock that was pretty much half of my order! So much for placing an order for pickup. I ended up having to go another Wal-Mart & go inside store to purchase items that were missing.

Radio no one is working currently or I wouldnt have schlepped.my shiit all the way to the auto department. Walmart is Walmart, an extremely large store so things go missing. Went in looking for a particular air mattress since the website said it was in stock. An hour, 3 associates and a CS manager later the 8 that showed in stock were MIA. Everybody said sorry but nobody tried to fix the problem. Disappointing but that is customer service these days.

I have no bad words to say about Walmart but today of all days I went in there to get water because I had ran out and Walmart doesnt have any water not Nestle Water and I couldnt find any yard God to spray outside for the bugs other than that $300 that I spent I got everything I need I love shopping at Walmart

Customer service needs lots of work. Cart guy almost ran into our vehicle with the carts while we were pulling into a parking spot. The door staff sent us to the customer service desk when we asked to speak to a manager only to find that the customer service desk was closed for the night.Upon leaving, we found an unattended vehicle with a door wide open in the parking lot and since no security was visible, we went inside to report it, we were told they would go check it out, we waited at the vehicle to ensure it remained safe for at least 20 minutes, no Walmart staff arrived, the vehicle occupants arrived first.

Cant get why they have problems with keeping the cart area stocked! When I go I cant seem to get a cart!! Both in the store and out in the parking lot!! Next time if I cant get a cart, and I need one, I will just leave!

As far as Walmarts go these days it was a rather average experience. There was absolutely nothing that stood out during my visit which is typical for walmart shopping experiences lately. Nothing really bad but nothing real good either.

Garbage customer service at the tire center l. Took a week for them to give me my tires. No one would help me. I will call the 800 number they would tell me the tires are there then I would go back to the store and the man at the counter would be like its either in that back room or you can go to the front and look for your tires. When I finally got my tires a week later a girl helped me and said I was wondering whos tires those were all week. Smh

Had what I was looking for at a good price. Service was very good 👍.
