The positive side of this review; the front-store staff were rather friendly, professional and courteous. However, in spite of having pre-arranged eye exam appointments provided by the General Manager, we arrived early to complete some basic paperwork as requested. The store was not busy, nor overwhelmed. Yet, my wife and I waited.. and waited beyond our scheduled appointments (including a restroom break.) I observed some examination staff when entering /exiting the restroom and will emphatically say, there certainly did not appear to be any sense of urgency *if* they were behind scheduled times.. Our wait continued, until firmly addressing the matter with one of the front-store staff members.Suggested areas for improvement; (1) a customers time is as valuable as any staff member, technician or optometrist! (2) for whatever reason, whenever one becomes behind on scheduled appointments, professional acumen demands COMMUNICATION; such as stating this, UPFRONT, to customers so that it is clearly understood. (3) Perhaps, the technician and/or optometrist should re-evaluate their time protocols, and correctly assess time between appointment scheduling. Note: *some* consumers schedule appointments within their lunch times, etc..End result; after a follow-up call with the General Manager - as he appropriated apologizes - then offering rescheduling (its easier to offer apologies or excuses, seemingly, without any substance), NOT ONE solution towards the lack of time attentiveness was answered. In my judgement, this was increasingly vexing, especially when indicating there isnt anything else that he could do. - Sigh -We endured an UNECESSARY wait as it is.. we certainly are not willing to manage any probability risk of another repeat. So, we wont return.

My experience here was great. Christina E. is wonderful! Her professionalism and product knowledge is top notch. She really has an eye for what works well as far as style and design which greatly helped me. Christina was sweet and patient. I definitely recommend seeing her when you need assistance with your glasses!

Christina with the “blue hair” was extremely helpful, she went the extra mile for me in getting me the exact frames that I wanted. She was my first point of contact when I entered the store and was very pleasant and cheerful through the entire process.Will do business with again.Update: I called back in a few days after I ordered my eyeglasses because I wanted to see if I could get some prescription sunglass lenses for my favorite Oakley frames that I already own.JOHN helped me out and did everything over the phone, I’m amazed at how easy he made the process and how well he explained everything. I ordered two pair of glasses Tiffany frames for my regular glasses and Ray-Ban for my sunglasses. I got a text that Friday my glasses were ready. I went in to pick up the glasses and both my regular glasses and my sunglasses were made in the Ray-Ban sunglass frames. They apologized and said they would remake them and because it was their mistake it should be fairly quick. I’m over two weeks passed when I should have received them! I called after one week and was told I would get a call back… nothing! Called today, spoke to CJ and he told me the system still shows they are in production 😡. Are you kidding me?! LensCrafters screwed up my order and now I’ve paid $500 for glasses that are “lost in limbo” and LensCrafters doesn’t think it’s a big deal. Great customer service, NOT! Not a happy customer right now!!

Horrible. I have a valid prescription. I went in to order more contacts (I ran out) and I was told this was impossible. When I asked why the store indicated that they sell contacts in boxes containing six months worth of contacts. My eye exam appointment needs to be made within two months. They then told me I could get the eye exam early so they could order me the contacts I needed. I inquired as to whether or not this would be covered under my insurance (the insurance covers an annual eye exam) because it had not yet been a year. Of course! was the answer given to me by the person working there. I said, Maybe you should check my benefit to make sure?-the of course was off the cuff without checking my benefits). After a quick computer search, the gentleman confirmed that my benefit would not apply and so I would have to pay for the almost $200 exam. My response: Well, we are in a predicament here, surely there must be a solution. I mean, I cant be the only one who has experienced this situation, right? I was met with a resounding, no. Today I called and asked the lady who answered the phone to relay my prescription over the phone-you know, because I can order contacts online (smaller boxes) without running into this absurd problem. I cant give that to you over the phone, she says. I told her that I have been a patient for quite some time and that this info was given to me over the phone in the past.-she remained tight lipped-perhaps because I told her the above story in support of why I needed the info. I then said, I dont mean to be rude, but I will never return to your store. Ok, no problem! she responded, cheerily. Delusional or rude? Perhaps both. Avoid this place.

I had the best experience at this location. I came to this LensCrafters looking for a specific pair of Tom Ford eye glasses that I had seen previously at another location. Jude was able to find the exact pair that I was looking for without delay, he was very familiar with their offerings. The experience was outstanding as Jude was informative and knowledgable about the products, offered add ons to my glasses that I didnt know were available (I got the transition lenses that turn into sun glasses outside!) and was quick to help me with the purchase. I didnt have a lot of time to wait for the glasses so Jude was able to get me in and out quickly and contacted me as soon as the glasses were ready for pick up (about 2 days later...WAY quicker than I had expected!). I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for glasses, and without question I will also go back for my new prescriptions in the future. Ask for Jude and let him exceed your expectations. Overall, unparalleled customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Made an appointment, told them who our insurance is “VsP” but when we get there after they pull our benefits we’re told they are not in network. After seeing the inflated prices since they are in network we left. I then go to an eye center in network and find out they pulled our benefits and did not delete the authorization. Called to get them to release the authorization and am told they refuse to delete the authorization so I can proceed on getting glasses in network! Never going back and contacting corporate to tell them about their dishonesty!

I had several ongoing problems with my glasses and my prescription sunglasses. Jude was able to take care of all of those problems. He fixed and adjusted both pairs. Such a relief after a year of problems. They fit much better and I’m no longer having issues. Thank you. The store was also clean and everyone was friendly.

I stopped by the store tonight since I was unhappy with my lenses. My prescription didn’t change and I got the same glasses after scratching mind. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with them but they cause my eyes to strain. I was offered to buy new lenses for around $150. I know I can order a whole new set of glasses/lenses cheaper online but Lenscrafters was through my insurance so I didn’t before which I told the salesman and he wished me well. I heard another salesman taking about 30 day satisfaction guarantee. My first set of lenses were damaged after waiting 2 weeks then I waited another 2 weeks for the replacement. This puts me within the 30 day satisfaction window which I verified online is their policy. Next time I will stick to ordering online since price doesn’t get better service. I message LensCrafters corporate office and they said they don’t help with these issues and told me to go back to the store.Update: after 10 days and 3 tries to reach people through the link below, I returned my glasses. Austin was very helpful and said I was misquoted on the price but unfortunately I was done. The 2 ladies stood behind him micro managing him as he tried to do the right thing and verify it was going back on correct card. He was waiting for me to verify it and they kept pressuring him to just do it to the card on file and then reminding me the keypad will time out while I was pulling up my card info. There was no other customers in the store. I thank Austin for his professionalism.

I went to get my glasses here a year ago and everything went really smooth. However, I bought the warranty knowing that I would probably need to use it. I called today, knowing that my warranty expires 2/2/21 (as it says on my side of the paperwork), and I was rudely told that my warranty expired 12/27/20 and that I was completely wrong. They would not work with me at all, and the gentleman I was talking to was extremely condescending and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location, or any other location for that matter. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The store was not as impressive as I wandered around for some time before a sales agent engaged me and that was just to correct me on the new covid process of handing the glasses. This is my 4th eyeglass purchase from this location and previously it has been all great experiences. The in-house optometrist is great and I have no complaints there. The new Ray-Bans I bought though are another story. The frames that I received are clearly used with many scratches and oil marks around the logo on the arms. The frames are clear and they look like they have burn marks from a buffing wheel.The frames are lenses were nearly $500 all in and you would think that even a cursory glance would be done to ensure that a poor quality product isn’t being given to a customer. The rep acted as if ordering a new frame was a hassle and even though they did order a new one I will still be returning these and taking my business elsewhere.

I love this LensCrafters and will continue to go but the staff/doctor in the eye care department need a little work. This was my first time with them and I felt the doctor didn’t really want to answer my questions. She repeated herself with the same answer as if I was stupid for asking those questions? Things didn’t change until my attitude changed and that’s is just a disappointment. I left America’s Best for the poor customer service and was hoping for something a little better here. Like I said I will be back but that just wasn’t what I was hoping for.

I have been a customer of LensCrafters for almost as long as they have been in business. Unfortunately, my last visit will probably be my last visit. The quality of their products remain consistent, and the sales staff are still helpful, but the process has changed for the benefit of their bottom line, not for the customer experience.For many years my wife and I could just walk in, look through the large selection of frames, pick out our favorite, and in 1 hour we could walk out with perfect vision once again.NOW, there is a poor selection (I only had 2 styles to choose from, and my wife had only 3). AFTER we had paid more than $650 for 2 pair, we were informed that they had to be sent out, and would take about a week.Each pair of glasses was sent to different labs. Mine took 7 days to arrive, my wife had to wait 13 days. Why did I need to make 2 separate trips when we had ordered and paid for both pairs at the same time?We received NO phone calls regarding the status of our order. I had to call repeatedly. AND, their voice mail box was FULL, so you couldnt even leave a message.

Price aside, this place is great. The staff is helpful and friendly, it’s clean and they have a great selection of brands and frames! I went to Americas Best twice before, and knew my prescription was off. Whenever Id say something, I got excuses. I had enough of their lies and cheap junk. I knew LensCrafters was gonna be more pricey, and pricey it was... BUT! I am 1,000,000% satisfied. The young lady who assisted me before I saw the doctor was super friendly, Dr. Blank never once made me feel rushed, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, gave me the contacts I wanted, and helped me see 20/20 again. I went to Lenscrafters in June 2016 to get my eye exam, and a new pair of glasses. I remember the customer service being excellent, and the glasses were great. Unfortunately, I lost my glasses and need to get a new pair. Since I have to pay full price I am going to do some shopping around before I go back, and the doctor faxed me my prescription just like she said she would. All of my experiences here have been very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Ive been going to this LensCrafters for close to 10 years now. I get my eyes checked here every year, and this is the only place that I buy my eyeglasses. I usually always deal with Ray, who has always been fantastic, along with the rest of the crew there. I have not had one bad thing to say against them. Im a pretty clumsy guy, and Ive broken/bent my glasses more than a few times. Theyre always easy with me, and take care of me no matter what. Thats the kind of service that will keep my business forever, no matter how far away I live from them. I hope they get to read this, because they really are AWESOME!! Thanks again, guys! :)

Dr. Badria, Fidlin, and Katelyn are an exceptional team. Dr. Badria is highly knowledgeable and explains things in terms a no expert can understand. Secondly, all three of these professionals makes the shopping expertise fun and efficient with stylish recommendations. Lastly, I found interesting Fidlins knowledge of eyewear and lenses most fascinating. So glad the Lenscrafters was literally one suite away from a competitor where my experience was so bad that I left. The salesman sold me a pair of high definition, tri-focal glasses and they were the worst glasses I have ever had. Reading was like trying to read through a straw (slight exaggeration) and the progression was not good. I went back and they switched me back to lenses similar to the original ones I purchased 2 years earlier. The prescription I was given for the first pair was not the same and the subsequent eye exam by another Dr. It was very similar to my previous exam 2 years ago. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my new glasses and was told it will be an additional 7 days. Used to be good customer service, but now appears to be turn around time and what they want to sell you, not what you really need.

Ever since this office has moved out of the mall we have received the worst customer service. Six months ago I thought maybe they were all just having a bad day and did not say anything. Then 3 months ago I called to make a purchase again and they still were unable to assist me and were very rude about it. Then today I tried once more and now I am done. I do not normally write bad reviews but as much money as I have spent with them.........I have been purchasing all my eyewear including Sunglasses with them for over 2 years now and will not be going back.

Normally I dont write reviews, also I have been going to this lens crafters for about 6 years, been with lens crafters for 20. Bought my first pair of anti-glare lens. Can not keep them clean, no matter what I do, clean micro fiber, clean cotton, clean any cloth. Dry, with soap, with cleaner, with their brand of cleaner, also the pre moistened cloths that they give. They smudge, they smear, something is ALWAYS left behind on the lens. It takes me on average 20 minutes to clean them before I give up and just live with the fact the lens wont get clean. I called and the coating can not be removed and there is nothing to be done about it, spend 400 a year on eye glasses when the prescription changes and there is NOTHING to be done about a coating on them that is driving me crazy and cant clean. I even called to talk to someone and their answer was,oh that is must be the regular coating not the premium, the regular coating is horrible and it will do that. WHY IN THE HELL DO THEY NOT MENTION THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just looking for a sale I suppose not looking out for their customers. one really bad experience at a place that normally does great and there is nothing to be done. Lost my business. buyer beware.

My Sunday was not relaxing..was supposed to pick up my new glasses today and it was a disaster..when I called ahead the girl on the phone was rude and giving me attitude...and all I was doing was asking a simple question inquiring about my order as I had been out of town.. Thats ok I brushed it off and drove across town to pick them up cuz I was excited! Get them and they are wrong frames :( not only that, the girl tells me that its me who is wrong without even looking up my order! The inside of the frames are wrong I know what I spend a couple hundred of dollars on lady!! They were literally in my hand and I was starting at them for almost an hour before I bought them! Two associates tell me Im wrong and neither bothered to even have the decency to look at my order or call the place they shipped them off to. On top of that, they dont even have a cloth to give me to clean them! Sorry Im not using a random bag you find in some drawer to clean these expensive a@@ glasses. I dont plan on replacing them in 6 months because they are scratched. Where is my stupid cleaning cloth?? Its not asking much after the total (before insurance) was over 600 dollars!!! The only reply they have was that I could go out of my way and pick it up when they had it in stock. I bought a new pair of coach glasses and you are telling me I cant even get a cloth to clean them? I was just all accepting and nice when I was there but needless to say I dont appreciate the lack of respect nor the attitude given over the whole experience and Im so upset I wont even wear my glasses. I just fume so Im back to the pair Ive been wearing.. Ill be returning the new ones asap and give my money to a store who respects their customers even after they have spent their hard earned money. Even if that means buying the exact same pair at a different lenscrafters with employees who know how to treat their customers.

I needed a new pair of glasses ASAP, and lensecrafters was the only place that would do same day glasses. So when I got their the sales reps. didnt even ask to help me until their conversaion was over. Then the rep kept trying to pressure me into frames over $250; all I needed was an emergency pair. So I chose, the $99 frame and then got charged over $280 for the lenses. I cant believe how expensive it was. The lenses airnt tinted or trasition, or anything special. So I would say if you absolutely NEED a pair you can get them there, if you can wait look somewhere else! Lastly the frames werent tightened all the way down and the lense fell out day 2!
