Rude pharmacy tech. I know they get busy, but that’s not excuse to be rude to your customers.

I had an appointment for a flu shot. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited an excessive amount of time. The staff were very slow and unresponsive to people waiting as a line started to develop.

I wouldnt bother with the pharmacy here. Had a prescription filled, apparently they stored it and only called me but when no one picked up the phone they decided that information wasnt important enough to text or email to me. Went to go pick up the prescription, was told to come back in 4 hours, came back and then was instructed to go to the store at 35th ave and Union. What a joke.

If you are traveling and need a covid test do not come to this location. They tell you the results are with in 24-48 hour. This is false. Here I am 50 hours later with still no test I called for information and was told test after 3pm take longer those test arent sent to Tennessee until the next day.

I have never had a problem with the staff at this location. I have always been greeted when I enter. Maybe its because I come in with a smile on my face instead of a frown. Think about it, a smile says a lot about you and youre going to reap the same reward. GREAT STAFF.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Every time i call i get put on hold repeatedly, then get attitude for not being helped yet. Its a recurring issue.

The pharmacy is very slow, called me on the phone that my prescription is ready at the same time called the representative that my prescription are ready for pick up. When I came to pharmacy is not ready yet I have to wait 15mins... it’s sucks makes my blood pressure go up and I’m so upset with them!

The staff at 35th Ave. and Deer Valley are always friendly and helpful if needed. The store is always clean and organized. I frequent this location often. The only negative is the homeless, or seem to be homeless, that hang around outside sometimes.

The front staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven’t had any reason to deal with pharmacy staff. The store is clean and well organized. I will definitely continue to shop there.

This location is my neighborhood Walgreen’s and we have shopped here for many years. Many employees have been at this store for years or have worked for another Walgreen’s store. Therefore, the employees are knowledgeable about their products. We have always had great customer service even on the rare occasion that we’ve had a refund or exchange. With three daughters we buy a lot of products in health and beauty and the ladies at the cosmetics counter greet them personally and help them find precisely what they are looking for. This store is clean, well stocked, and well managed. The pharmacy is run very efficiently and even new pharmacy technicians are well supported by veteran staff while they learn the ropes. We have also used the photo department for gifts and have never had a single issue in terms of quality and cost effective choices. Last, we have used the health clinic from time to time and are very pleased with the staff and ease of service. For all of these reasons, we’ve rated this store, it’s management and staff a five out of five stars.

Fast efficient

I love my Walgreens, been going there since they opened years ago. Everyone I have dealt with have been the friendliest most helpful with the exception of one department the pharmacy. I think I always go at the wrong time because everyone seems to be in a bad mood. The tall red headed guy and the pharmacists themselves are very nice but the others are vary rude. I wont stop going to my walgreens just hoping there is customer service training nOr they clean house in the pharmacy.

I have never had a problem with this Walgreens. Everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful! The know my husband and I, and greet us with a smile! My prescriptions have always been filled in a timely manner. The makeup department is my favorite! Shes always willing to help and check through the coupons to give me the great deals!

This Walgreen its a hit and miss I always see people being helped but for some reason evertime I needed help they made a face like i was an inconvenience. However there are days when you get friendly staff they should really work on their people skills.

The sales employees are amazing and friendly, but the pharmacy department is rude and make it seem like youre ruining their day. If you need quick groceries then its a great place! Need a check up? Go to a doctor instead of them.

The worst service ever ( the people from pharmacy r super rude, they treat people in a mean way ! I don t really understand how they get such a job ! They dont deserve to have a job in the first place ! The tall guy from pharmacy which is also the assistant manager is the boss of ruthless! So is totally understandable way the employee r mean they dont now better !

This place deserves ZERO STARS!!! The Pharmacy here is pathetic. This is now the 4th time (IN A ROW!) that I have had problems with them. Every time I dropped off a prescription I got told It will be ready in [fill in the blank] hours. Usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I usually give them an extra 20 minutes on top of that and I STILL wind up having to wait AT LEAST another 30 minutes! Its not rocket science - its counting pills and knowing how fast you can do this. Ive seen the system they have and I know they can verify a prescription fairly quickly. The last time I came in - I found they miscounted on a prescription. I had 8 more than I should have. It wasnt a controlled med and it looked different in the vial - thats how I knew something wasnt right. I told them what happened and they arrogantly claimed thats not possible. I have Masters Degree - I think I know how to count to 30 - and there were 38. So whats the problem?? Sheer incompetence - thats the only thing I can think of. Then, when I question them on this - they get indignant and disrespectful. I also brought this to the Store Manager and he said Thats the Pharmacy - I dont deal with that department. Stay away from this place!! Id avoid going there at all if I didnt live right around the corner and its convenient.

I wish I could give the pharmacy and their staff no stars, thats how horrible they are! Every time I come to pick up a script its not ready. They are rude and uninformed, its like they never know what they are doing or whats going on. If they tell me a script will be ready at a certain time, I dont expect to get there and wait another 45 minutes. Please CVS build a pharmacy next door, it will be the most profitable store yet!

Ive honestly have had horrible self image problems my whole life. Its not often i go out for any reason but i have to and unfortunately for me this Walgreens is the closet place to my house, spending any amount of time in this store will have you second guessing your self esteem. I.E. This one time I went with someone to pick up a few snack and other items when we got there I went straight to the little art/office sections and try to pick out some supplies I needed When all of sudden a employee start calling out over the speakers to send help to the office section. I got confused because I was the only one there and I didnt ask for help, after the second time they announce something over the speaker I just keep looking around because i feel my face getting red. I put the stuff i got back and i walk to a different area Shortly after they make another announcement over the speaker to send someone to where Im at even tho its just me there again and i didnt ask for the help, they are suggesting Im needing. every employee gives me sour faces as i walk by them... I felt so stupid and embarrassed like i must have looked like an idiot to them. After being followed around and harshly judge Ive now decided to just go home that nothing i needed was worth the almost bullying from the workers at this poorly managed store.A couple of weeks later i try my luck in this store again. I dont know why i did but i did. I walk in and smile as i say hello, i get ignored as i walk to the ATM to get money out but i needed to break a 20 because I needed small bills. So after using the ATM IN THE WALGREENS i get in line to break the 20. The lady(a bad manager) at the deck looks me up and down with the ugliest look on her face and then she stares straight a head not wanting to look at me, so i ask her if she could break the 20, she grabs it from my hand barely looks at it and says no. Very confused and embarrassed i ask her why not? She says with the worse attitude that its fake. She yells this out, so loud causing everyone to look at me. Embarrassed i explain that I just got it from the ATM in her store right next to the register, I pull out the receipt from the ATM show her and its the only cash I have on me she replies with thats not my ATM I looked at her confused, like what did she want me to do. I begged her to check the other 20 she grabs it from my hand and says yeah this ones fine her voice cracked because she got caught lying and trying to accuse me of something terrible because she was to uneducated to use one of the pens that checks bills. Instead she would rather insult and embarrass me, when really she should be so embarrassed to how unprofessional she looks, she claiming the ATM inside the walgreens store is giving out fake money, Im wondering if the police should be involved if this location is hanging out counterfeit money. The cameras should show that the money never went out of sight from the ATM straight to the unprofessional rude lady who claims the money was fake, Im wondering what has she done about that info? Is this whole store aware that the ATM might be a fake? At this point I truly feel Beyond uncomfortable going anywhere near this Walgreens i think maybe the police should be notified about the chance that their ATM is handing out fake bills.

Pharmacy staff was very helpful fixing the issues I had with my dogs medications and the Walgreens Prescription savings card.

So i went to day to get some pictures done i got confirmation to go pick them up but when i told them. That i got a email saying it was ready for pick up the manager informed me that it was not there maybe another store so I gave them the confirmation number and they couldnt look it up and the lady Lori throw some paper plates at me and the manager didnt do anything about it so dont go there no more lawsuit here i come.

I am so dissapointed. This being my Neighbor hood Walgreens ((and the only store around the corner)) Ive continued to go to this store for 2 years now but i have finally had enough. I have been followed around this store as though I was a theif. Ive been told that employees cant be bothered by my requests looking for items or having questions about photos/Pharmacy etc. Tonight I brought my basket to check out 5 minutes before close. I had groceries lotion and I had 3 makeup items I wanted to price check. After price checking items that were marked with orange sales tags and then finding out they werent on sale I declined to purchase them. The cashier then took the 3 items and put them behind the register. I proceeded to purchase my other items pay for them and as I am walking out the door the cashier yells over maam I need those items back. I went back to the register and was accused of stealing the 3 makeup items. He asked if I put them in my aShopping bag, then accused me of putting them in my purse. At this point I am now visibly upset when a different clerk comes up asking what the issue is, I explained very nicely that I had 3 items I gave him to put back that he cant account for now. After a minute or 2 of looking and the younger clerk now threatening me with calling the cops the older clerk yells over to a 3rd clerk and asks if he took some makeup items from behind the counter (( he was standing by the makeup aisle putting away the items)) the older clerk apologized profusely the younger clerk said nothing. I left the store upset, embarrassed and not feeling like I was treated fairly. Im not a criminal, Im not a theif and I will not be back in this store ever again.

Worst customer service! Trying to have my cancer medication transferred to this location has been unsuccessful. Five days later they have no record of the transfer, I called again and the pharmacy technician could not be bothered. I said I guess Ill call another pharmacy, his response was thats your choice with zero concern of my needs of my medication. I will NEVER spend another dime in that place. The manager should be fired for not addressing all the terrible reviews. The pharmacy staff should be fired as well. Its calledCustomer service!

I can see why this place has a lot of 1 star reviews ... It took them 2Hrs to fill my prescriptions . When I drove up to the drive thru they told me it wasnt ready and to pull behind he car that was behind me so I did . Im now back at the window and she rudely says yeaaah its not ready as if I should of known, you know since I work there and all . Going back up now, lets see what happens ...

Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Getting prescriptions renewed is a nightmare they will always blame the doctors office and never take account. I have been waiting on a prescription for over 2 weeks and still not filled after numberous phone calls and messages left I will no longer be a customer of theres. One call to CVS and I had my prescription same day.

I would rate lower. Absolutely no customer service at this location. Had my dentist call in for an emergency script for me because my infection has gotten so bad that half of my face is as swollen as it can get, and im throwing up pus. First, not only do they not answer their pharmacy phones, but they also dont check the voicemail that physicians are told to use. My wife went before she was supposed to go to work, to pick them up so that I could rest. She was told that no prescription was called in, and that was it no checking, no follow up, just a nice snarky bye-bye. So i had to call and talk (with an infected root canal) to some snarky worker who claimed it was just called in (my dentist sent me the call log as he called two hours before this from his cell phone) and they would need time to get it ready. So thank you to whoever the pharmacist there is, you obviously have no clue how to do your job, or train others to do theirs.

I just had back surgery and the pharmacy must confirm that I can get vicodin from my doctor Anu is a pharmacist that did not realise them to my brother becouse she need verification. I can not walk to her there

Hate it when the the loud speaker announces the department you are in and it says that you need help. It makes me feel like I am a thief.

The store employees are friendly and nice but prices are too high. My problem is with the pharmacy. I have Medicaid which is apparently split between behavioral medicine and other types of medicine. My behavioral medicine is refilled every month here and always comes from Terros. They usually get that right but not always. I was very sick with pneumonia today and dropped of a prescription for an antibiotic. When I went to pick it up it wasnt covered by insurance and wasnt filled. I waited sick at the counter for over 20 minutes until they filled it and reran the insurance to find they put it under my behavioral health which obviously doesnt do antibiotics. It seems Im expected to tell all 6 people behind the counter to try the obvious.

Terrible pharmacy techs. Consistently rude. Go anywhere else.

Called to ask about Rabies vaccines for HUMANS which their website says they do so I called and asked to confirm. I was transferred several times without being told and each time they acted dumbfounded when I asked. The last lady was extremely rude and said No we dont do rabies vaccines. For animals or people. Jesus I know you dont do them for animals your not a veterinarian (which according to the law you must be to give a rabies vaccine to an animal!) just a physicians assistant if even that. Clearly the staff have no idea what their company advertises and are extremely rude and unprofessional. Ill be taking my business elsewhere even though Ive been getting prescriptions from them since they opened.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars too. It took me 3 trips in one day to pick up my two prescriptions. By the time I went there the third time they had only filled ONE of my medications and tried claiming I didnt put in the request for the other. I put in the request over the phone for both meds on a Friday, and by that Monday they didnt have either ready. So my first trip I asked when BOTH would be ready. They said come back later today. So 4 hours later I went back. They said they still werent ready and meds werent in stock. I told them that is what they told me that morning and so when he checked, the meds were there, just hadnt been unpackaged. So I told him Id be back for BOTH. So I left and came back 5 hours later...and much to my dismay they only filled one prescription. So I came back the next day and they filled my other prescription with the generic form of my meds when there is a clear note (or supposed to be) on my file that I need the brand or nothing else. Thats what they filled it for last times. The staff is just so incompetent and borderline rude. I think they need a full blown re-hire.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Unprofessional, rude, and actually refused to request lab work because she didnt want to do it. Stating that we can do it but they really dont like us to, it would mess with their dynamic. Thats what you get from a fake doctor at a clinic. I wont be using Walgreens for anything ever again.
