I have been a freelance art and antique Dealer for several decades, and have dealt with literally hundreds of Packaging Stores, some abroad. This has to be the most Customer unfriendly and rude shipping store I have yet to deal with. They refuse to respond to emails, unless it is to make a demand. I have repeatedly asked for the cost of the packaging of my item, to try to make sense of why it is so insanely expensive to ship to me, and while they have no problem sending me repeated invoices, and threats to return my item to the Auction House where I purchased it, if I dont pay by a specific time, they have not responded to a single of my emails asking for the cost of packaging. And, dont get me started on their absurd cost to pack and ship. READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. THEY ARE SPOT ON.
Horrible customer service. I had purchased an item through an auction house and had requested the item to be shipped. Neither the auction house and more importantly the shipping center NEVER contacted me to communicate the facilitation to ship my item. It wasnt until I reached out to them did I get more information. But it got worst. When arranging the shipping they indicated that they were going to charge me over $30 to ship the item from Glendale to Orange County. Super suspicious and border line scammy. The item itself only weighed 2 pounds. Personally Ive shipped a heavy 12 pound item from Orange County to LA and even then it did not cost that much. Again hence my shock and suspicion. When I asked for the breakdown of cost they communicated they added 3 pounds for packaging... the item did not require 3 pounds worth of packaging. This was the only basis for justifying the shipping cost, no other breakdown of charges were ever communicated. So as an alternative I asked if I could just pick up the item from their shop. The person I spoke to said that it would not be a problem at all but they do charge a $5 holding fee per week. They mentioned as long as I picked it up on or before the upcoming Thursday that I would not be charged for an additional week. When the item was picked up that Monday they charged me $15!!!!! When I called them to ask why it was $15 (I had sent a friend to pick it up) they told me that they told me the $5 fee by mistake and they dont know why I was told that but that they had always charged $15???If you decide to use them proceed with caution and be sure to ask and verify EVERYTHING!!!!
Owner tries to snatch mail from you. zero sense of customer service.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I contacted Ashley at GSC after making several phone calls to uninterested companies and she was excited and eager to help! Im in Texas and I wish we had them here in the Dallas area. The customer service was second to none.Thank you so much Ashley!TR

Great service. I like avoiding the lines at the post office and coming here. Check out their Groupon and make this your regular place. I did.
