Very friendly, super helpful and welcoming. Went out of way to find me the best price and best way to ship item. Highly recommend them, 1st time there cant say enough good things about them. Rick your a rockstar.

I dropped off 3 packages that were return items to this location on 5/04/21. I asked the guy to scan and give me a receipt. He was rude and refused to do that. He said they dont give receipts. Then out of 3 packages only 2 reached their destination. One that happened to be most expensive one was never scanned. I called on 5/07/21 the same rude guy answered the phone and said it is not his problem call UPS. I called UPS filed a claim and as of today 5/13/21 they dont know where the package is. Do not go to this place

I never write reviews, but I felt this is needed.Today I went there to drop-off a package with a pre-paid sticker. First time doing that, so I asked the store clerk whether I had to write something else on the package, his response (in a very rude tone) I dont know. It is your package. Funny enough, another costumer came in asking a similar question; to which he replied I dont know, it is your package. If anything wrong happens it is not my responsibility, again, in the same rude tone as before.

Friendly, helpful and way better then going to the post office. I have been coming here for years and recommend this place to anyone in town.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE “manager.” Incredibly condescending and unwilling to help me discover the location of my mailed envelope when inputting the tracking number didn’t reveal any information or details. Upon purchase of shipment, I was guaranteed my money back if it did not arrive on time and this “manager” denied this to me after I complained about this delay. I was rude back to him after he continuously berated me with negative and sarcastic comments. There’s plenty of other places to go to if you care about enjoying a decent and professional experience.

I have been a customer for years and honestly I will never go elsewhere. Joe, Laurel, Gio and the friendly dog (black lab) Bronson are the best bunch of folks I have done business with. They are so accommodating and helpful. Sometimes people concentrate on the bad and not understanding of what its like to run a business that has so much to offer to the public all in one place. Patience and kindness is a virtue and people as well as business deserve a second chance. I believe in helping the mom and pop business and like I said, I wont go elsewhere.

Ive always enjoyed going here. I once had a delivery from Freshly (a frozen meal service) and as soon as it got delivered, the owner called me to let me know that way I could pick it up asap and the food wouldnt go bad. It had a lot of ice packs and insulation, but it was still very thoughtful of them!

The woman who was working there was easy to talk to, professional yet friendly. Gave me a good price too. Id recommend checking this store out.

I have done business with these folks for over ten years. They are as consistent as the sun. And good people. Its hard to find people like Joe and Laurel these days. Joe, Laurel, and the crew will continue to get my business because they have gone above and beyond for me so many times.

Ive had a box here for several years and have been very happy!! Joe, Laurel and Gio are professional and courteous. They offer excellent service for all mail, shipping, notary and other services!!

Time on your hands? Post office pace too fast? This place is for you! I must have waited at least half an hour( before I stormed out) and the rather simple transactions of the three people ahead of me - two of which were ongoing when I came in - were still not concluded.. And there were 2 employees (owners?) handling these customers and still going strong. Ans i recalled, belatedly that a previous time I was there the same thing happened. Time to find another place. Honestly, the post office IS faster!

Most lousy business I’ve ever seen. I went for a notary and fingerprinting and they ripped me off for finger printing and forgot to put their notary stamp on my documents and when I called they gave me attitude and did not apologize for their mistake. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.

Good people, good service. As for the low reviews, some are ancient! To the owners: Try to get them removed by Google, if possible, since they are not relevant anymore.
