Great guy, took time to help me find the parts I need.

I made a random call looking for information. When there was no answer, I hung up without even leaving a message. Much to my surprise I received a call back from Mike. He went on to answer my original question and gave me further guidance and I wasnt even his customer. I then went on to ask him what makes his product superior to others. He went on to tell me without skipping a beat. He gave me examples of best and worst case scenarios, and was able to give me information about the different city codes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and appears to have superior customer service skills. I have not used him as it will be a couple of months before my new door is installed, but he has just gained a new customer! I hope you give him a try!

Our automatic sliding glass door closer, leading to the backyard pool, finally quit working after 14 years of dependable service. I called Door Closing Systems, the company that made our original closer and they agreed to come out and fix our problem the very next day. Tim, the installer, decided to replace our old unit. The only cost to us was $95 for the service call. Not bad for a 60 mile round trip to our home in Anthem. What a deal! The new unit works extremely well. I highly recommend Door Closing Systems if you need a device like this. Their device works great, lasts for years and the customer service is excellent!

Got a quote for sliding door closure. They called back a few days later and said I lived on weat side so it woukd be $95 more !!! Glendale to west Buckeye cost $95 extra trip fee so if you live on weat side they do NOT want our business!

Very poor response...once told of an issue...did not want to take care of problem...
